Francisco Lindor SS | NYM
Indians' Francisco Lindor: Receives Sunday off
Lindor is out of the lineup Sunday against the Orioles.
Lindor will check out of the starting nine for the first time since May 30 in what likely amounts to a routine off-day, as there was no indication he sustained an injury in Saturday's 4-2 loss. Erik Gonzalez will pick up a rare start at shortstop in Lindor's stead and bat ninth.

David Fletcher 2B | ATL
Angels' David Fletcher: Racks up three RBI
Fletcher went 2-for-4 with a double, three RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 11-7 win over the Rangers.
Fletcher stepped into the box with the bases loaded in the fourth inning and proceeded to drive in all three baserunners with a double off of Martin Perez. The rookie has taken over at second base for the Halos, starting 16 of the club's 17 contests in August. Fletcher isn't providing much in terms of power (.357 slugging percentage), but he should continue to get everyday opportunities to prove his worth down the stretch.

Tim Anderson 2B | LAA
White Sox's Tim Anderson: Three-hit game with three runs scored
Anderson went 3-for-3 with a double, a triple, a walk, an RBI, two stolen bases and three runs scored in Friday's win over the Royals.
It was a great offensive game all around for the 25-year-old, as he slashed his 20th double and his third triple on the year while picking up his 23rd and 24th stolen bases. Anderson has recorded multi-hit games in three of his last four contests and is now slashing .247/.293/.413 on the season. He has 15 home runs, 49 RBI and 63 runs in his third major-league season.

Aledmys Diaz 1B | HOU
Blue Jays' Aledmys Diaz: Knocks in two vs. Yankees
Diaz went 1-for-3 with two RBI in Friday's 7-5 loss to New York.
Diaz delivered a two-run single to center field in the first to cap off a four-run first inning, but the Yankees would rally to nab the victory. With Yangervis Solarte (oblique), Brandon Drury (hand) and Lourdes Gurriel (ankle) all on the 10-day disabled list, Diaz should see plenty of starts throughout the infield until his teammates return to health. The 28-year-old shortstop is slashing .256/.291/.453 with a .744 OPS through 93 games this season

Joey Wendle 2B | ATL
Rays' Joey Wendle: Drives in two in loss to Red Sox
Wendle went 2-for-4 with two doubles, a run scored and two RBI in Friday's 7-3 loss to the Red Sox.
The 28-year-old has been on a doubles binge lately, smacking five two-baggers over his last seven games while hitting .333 (9-for-27) with seven RBI. Wendle has emerged as the Rays' regular second baseman, and his current form at the plate -- not to mention his .295/.344/.421 slash line on the season -- should keep him in the heart of the Tampa order.

Xander Bogaerts SS | SD
Red Sox's Xander Bogaerts: Three extra-base hits in win
Bogaerts went 3-for-4 with a triple, two doubles, two RBI and a run scored in Friday's 7-3 win over the Rays.
Bogaerts got the Red Sox back in the game after they'd fallen behind 3-0 in the first inning. His two-run triple, his first three-bagger of the year, quickly closed the gap. Watching Bogaerts go off on Tampa Bay pitching isn't a surprise, as Boston's shortstop is 20-for-49 (.408) with 14 extra-base hits in 2018 off the Rays' staff.

Adalberto Mondesi SS | BOS
Royals' Adalberto Mondesi: Out of lineup Friday
Mondesi is not in the lineup against the White Sox on Friday.
Mondesi will receive a standard day off following four straight starts in the infield. In his absence, Alcides Escobar will man shortstop.

Joey Wendle 2B | ATL
Rays' Joey Wendle: Timely double in win
Wendle went 2-for-3 with an RBI double and a run in a win over the Yankees on Thursday.
Wendle's first-inning two-bagger plated Mallex Smith to open the scoring on the afternoon for the Rays against Masahiro Tanaka. The versatile 28-year-old has already matched his July RBI total (nine), and he's followed up last month's .360 average with a .349 figure thus far in August. Wendle's red-hot second half has kept him in the lineup on an everyday basis, propping up his stock across all fantasy formats.

Dee Strange-Gordon SS | WAS
Mariners' Dee Gordon: Pops game-winning homer
Gordon went 1-for-5 with a two-run homer in Wednesday's win over the A's.
Gordon's second homer of the season was a timely one, putting the Mariners up for good in the top of the 12th inning Wednesday. The speedster missed a couple of games over the weekend with a sore shoulder, but he's collected a hit in both games since returning to the lineup and is in the midst of a modest four-game hit streak. That said, he's slashing just .159/.213/.273 through 12 games this month, and he has just 27 steals on the season after swiping 60 bags a year ago.

Tim Anderson 2B | LAA
White Sox's Tim Anderson: On bench Wednesday
Anderson is not in the lineup versus the Tigers on Wednesday, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Anderson will take a seat for the series finale after picking up two hits during Tuesday's victory. In his absence, Yolmer Sanchez will start at shortstop while Matt Davidson gets the nod at third base.
