Mookie Betts RF | LAD
Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Two hits in return
Betts (toe) went 2-for-5 with a run scored in Tuesday's 6-5 extra-inning win over the Mets.
Betts missed nearly a week while dealing with a fracture on the tip of a toe on his left foot. The 32-year-old returned to his usual spot at shortstop and played all 10 innings, so it looks like he'll be good to go as long as he avoids setbacks. Prior to his absence, he had gone six games without a multi-hit effort. Betts is at a .257/.339/.405 slash line, eight home runs, 31 RBI, 43 runs scored and five stolen bases over 54 contests this season, and it wouldn't be surprising if he took a cautious approach on the basepaths until his toe is 100 percent.

Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Ready to go Tuesday
Betts (toe) is starting at shortstop and batting second Tuesday against the Mets, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.
Betts has been sidelined nearly a week due to a fracture on the tip of a toe on his left foot, but he's apparently ready to rejoin the lineup after missing four games. The 32-year-old wasn't exactly in his best form leading up to the absence, as he's gone 4-for-25 with three walks in his past six contests.

Ezequiel Tovar SS | COL
Rockies' Ezequiel Tovar: Out until at least Friday
Tovar (oblique) isn't expected to return to the Colorado lineup until at least Friday, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
Tovar tweaked his left oblique in Monday's 6-4 win over the Marlins and has been ruled out through the Rockies' off day Thursday. The shortstop will continue to be treated and evaluated over the next few days before a decision is made on whether he'll require a trip to the 10-day injured list. Orlando Arcia will fill in at shortstop for the Rockies on Tuesday.

Rockies' Ezequiel Tovar: Not in Tuesday's lineup
Tovar (side) is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game in Miami.
Tovar had to depart Monday's contest due to discomfort in his left side. He was not placed on the 10-day injured list prior to Tuesday's game, which is certainly a good sign, but an eventual trip to the IL can't be ruled out. Orlando Arcia is at shortstop and batting sixth for the Rockies on Tuesday.

Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Expected to start Tuesday
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts confirmed after Monday's 4-3 extra-inning loss to the Mets that Betts (toe) is expected to return to the lineup Tuesday, Alden Gonzalez of ESPN.com reports.
A fracture on the tip of a toe on his left foot has kept Betts from playing since last Wednesday, but he demonstrated notable progress Monday, despite being held out of the lineup for a fourth game in a row. He was able to take part in pregame fielding and baserunning drills and was reportedly available to pinch hit if needed, but the Dodgers ultimately stayed away from him. Assuming Betts isn't dealing with any unexpected soreness when he reports to Dodger Stadium on Tuesday, he should step back into his usual roles at shortstop and as the team's No. 2 hitter.

Francisco Lindor SS | NYM
Mets' Francisco Lindor: Homers, swipes bag Monday
Lindor went 2-for-5 with a solo home run, an additional RBI and a stolen base in a 4-2 extra-inning win against the Dodgers on Monday.
Lindor slugged Dustin May's second pitch the game 417 feet to right field for a leadoff homer. He added a run-scoring single in the 10th inning to provide what ended up being the winning run. Lindor also swiped his 11th bag in the contest, marking the third time this season he's homered and stolen a base in the same game. With 14 long balls and 11 thefts on the campaign, Lindor is one of 12 major-leaguers to reach double digits in both categories so far.

Ezequiel Tovar SS | COL
Rockies' Ezequiel Tovar: Removed as precaution
Tovar was pulled from Monday's game against Miami as a precaution after feeling discomfort in his left side, Kevin Henry of the Denver Gazettereports.
Manager Warren Schaeffer noted after the game that Tovar "felt something in his body," per Patrick Lyons of JustBaseball.com, and it was later clarified that Tovar experienced discomfort on his left side. Despite this, the 23-year-old stated that he should be available for the second game of the series Tuesday.

Ezequiel Tovar SS | COL
Rockies' Ezequiel Tovar: Exits early Monday
Tovar was removed from Monday's game against the Marlins during the eighth inning for an undisclosed reason, Christian Saez of TheDNVR.com reports.
It's unclear at this time whether Tovar suffered an injury at some point earlier in the matchup. Orlando Arcia, who started at third base, bumped over to shortstop and Ryan McMahon moved to the hot corner as a result. The Rockies should have more information on Tovar's status after the game.

Dodgers' Mookie Betts: Out Monday, aiming to play Tuesday
Betts (toe) remains out of the lineup for Monday's game versus the Mets.
Betts will miss out on a fourth straight start after he sustained a fractured left big toe. He will be available to pinch hit if needed in the series opener, per DodgerInsider.com.

Andruw Monasterio 3B | MIL
Brewers' Andruw Monasterio: Filling in for resting Durbin
Monasterio will start at third base and bat seventh in Monday's game against the Reds, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Monasterio made three starts in the Brewers' ensuing six games following his promotion from Triple-A Nashville on May 9, but playing time has been scarce ever since for the 28-year-old. He'll crack the lineup for the first time since May 26, stepping in at the hot corner for a resting Caleb Durbin.
