Swanson went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Sunday's 5-3 win over the Mets.

Swanson and Matt Olson were the offensive stars of Atlanta's series sweep of New York, with both players leaving the yard in all three games and driving in nine runs between them. The shortstop is two home runs behind last season's personal-best total (27), but Swanson is otherwise in the midst of what has been a career-best campaign in his seventh year in the majors. He's currently holding down career-high marks in batting average (.277), RBI (96), runs (99) and stolen bases (18).

Rojas is scheduled to undergo surgery on his right wrist Wednesday, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Rojas sustained the wrist injury July 21 versus the Rangers and has been playing through it ever since. The Marlins aren't yet placing Rojas on the injured list, so he could still play Monday and Tuesday against Atlanta before he undergoes surgery the morning of Miami's season finale Wednesday. For the season, Rojas has produced a .237 average with six homers, 19 doubles, 36 RBI, 34 runs and nine stolen bases over 139 games.

DeJong has gone 4-for-36 (.111) since the start of September.

He's played in 20 games in that span, recording just one extra-base hit -- an RBI double in Sunday's 7-5 loss to the Pirates. DeJong has started to regain some playing time since the Cardinals clinched a playoff spot, starting three of the last four games at shortstop. The 29-year-old is still slashing a meager .152/.241/.288 with six home runs, 25 RBI, 17 runs scored and three stolen bases through 74 contests this year, with his defense likely the only thing between him and another demotion.

Allen went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 10-3 win over the Mariners.

Allen provided some extra cushion for Oakland with his sixth-inning blast. The long ball was his first since Aug. 15, and he drove in a run for the first time in five games. The shortstop has seen steady playing time in the second half, but he hasn't done much at the plate throughout the year. He has a .208/.256/.294 slash line with four homers, 18 RBI, 30 runs scored and three stolen bases through 97 contests this season.

Seager went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 8-3 loss to the Angels.

Seager has gone 2-for-12 with a walk, four strikeouts and three runs scored in three games since he returned from a forearm bruise. The shortstop cooled off in September, batting .206 for the month. He's now down to a .244/.318/.456 slash line with 33 homers, 83 RBI, 90 runs scored and three stolen bases through 149 contests overall.

Soto went 3-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored in Sunday's 8-3 win over the Rangers.

Soto had a hot finish to September, and it's carried over to October with three-hit efforts in each of his last two games. He's also knocked in at least one run in five of his last seven contests. The shortstop now sports a .413 batting average with a home run, five doubles, nine RBI, seven runs scored and a stolen base through his first 50 plate appearances in the majors.

Cruz went 2-for-4 with a double, two runs scored and a stolen base in Sunday's victory over the Cardinals.

After receiving the day off Saturday, Cruz returned to form with two timely hits and a walk Sunday. The rookie led off the third with a single, stole second base to record his 10th steal of the season and came around to score on a sacrifice fly to put the Pirates up 4-3. He also scored after smashing a double in the fifth inning to tie the game at 5-5. Over his last 10 games, Cruz is batting .308 (12-for-39) with nine runs, two RBI and three stolen bases.

Pena went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run and an RBI single in Sunday's win over the Rays.

Pena led the offense Sunday, knocking in all three of Houston's runs and extending his hitting streak to five games in the process. His home run in the first inning was his 21st of the season and his second in that five-game stretch. He is slashing .252/.288/.421 through 134 games this season.

Bichette went 0-for-4 with a stolen base in a 6-3 win Sunday over Boston.

Bichette grounded into a fielder's choice and stole second base in the seventh. It was his 13th stolen base in 21 attempts this season. Sunday's game was just the third time since the beginning of September that he did not reach safely. He has a .409/.449/.677 slash line with seven homers, 27 RBI and four stolen bases in his last 30 contests.

Witt went 1-for-4 with a walk and a stolen base in Saturday's 7-1 win over the Guardians.

The steal was Witt's 29th of the season, though he's gone just 3-for-6 on the basepaths since the start of September. He's still just one theft away from a 20-homer, 30-steal rookie season. The shortstop has added a .256/.296/.436 slash line with 80 RBI, 81 runs scored, 31 doubles and six triples while regularly batting second in the Royals' young lineup.
