Manager Scott Servais confirmed that Crawford, who was out of the lineup Sunday against the White Sox just two games into his return from a stay on the injured list, has not suffered a setback, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports.

Crawford's absence was actually tied into simply giving the shortstop a break after he went 0-for-8 with four strikeouts in his first pair contests since returning. Servais confirmed Crawford is still looking to regain his timing at the plate after missing a total of 12 games with a hamstring injury, and that the 24-year-old will be back in action on the road trip that begins Tuesday versus the Pirates.

Crawford is not starting Sunday against the White Sox.

Crawford started Friday and Saturday after returning from an 11-game absence due to a hamstring injury, going 0-for-8 with a pair of walks. Donnie Walton starts at shortstop Sunday.

Gordon is not in the lineup Sunday against the White Sox.

Gordon has just two hits in his last five games. Shed Long will take over at second base in his absence.

Arcia is not in the lineup for Sunday's game at St. Louis.

Arcia made his return from the paternity list Thursday and started the last three games, but he'll head to the bench for the series finale after going 1-for-10 with a walk. Hernan Perez will start at shortstop and bat eighth Sunday in his place.

Chang is not in the lineup Sunday against the Twins.

Chang hasn't done much at the plate through his first 23 career games, hitting just .208/.311/.321. Ryan Flaherty will start at third base in his absence.

Edman went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Brewers on Saturday.

Edman launched a 378-foot shot to right in the second off Jordan Lyles to open the scoring on the night for both clubs. Ultimately, that proved to be one of the few offensive highlights for the previously hot-hitting Cardinals, who were flummoxed by Lyles and four relievers. Edman has left the yard on three occasions over the last seven games, and he's now hit safely in eight of his last nine contests, including in four straight.

Correa (back) went 1-for-2 with two walks in Triple-A Round Rock's season-ending loss to Sacramento on Friday, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

With no more minor-league games left, Correa's return is imminent. The shortstop will remain with Round Rock through the weekend and partake in a live batting-practice session Sunday before rejoining the Astros on their off day Monday. "If all goes well, we'll continue his rehab in the big leagues during this homestand," manager AJ Hinch said. The Astros host the Rangers for two games beginning Tuesday followed by a three-game set against the Angels that begins Friday. Correa could ramp up slowly, playing less than a full game in the first few outings for which he's activated.

Ahmed went 1-for-3 with a triple and the lone run in Saturday's 1-0 win over the Reds.

Ahmed's third-inning triple, his fifth of the year, was the only hit the Diamondbacks could muster against Reds starter Anthony DeSclafani and two relievers. Ahmed ultimately scored the only run for either team on a Jarrod Dyson sacrifice fly. The shortstop is hitting .260/.322/.443 with 18 homers, 80 RBI and 74 runs scored this season, all career highs for the 29-year-old.

Crawford (hamstring) went 0-for-3 with two walks and a run in a loss to the White Sox on Friday, his return from an 11-game absence.

The shortstop finally jumped back into action after his extended layoff and was able to put in a full game at shortstop without setbacks. Crawford should be a near-everyday fixture in the lineup for what remains of the regular season, with his next order of business being to snap the 1-for-22 skid that's encompassed the last six games he's suited up for.

Edman went 1-for-2 with a double, two walks, a stolen base and a run in a win over the Brewers on Friday.

Edman drew another start at third base Friday and continued to make the multi-faceted contributions that have become a signature of his rookie campaign. The 24-year-old's two-bagger served as his seventh extra-base hit of September, and he continues to impress on the basepaths with a 92.3 percent success rate on steals (12-for-13).
