DeJong went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in a win over the Mets on Friday.

DeJong squared up for his second home run in as many nights, blasting a game-tying, 366-foot shot to left in the eighth inning. The shortstop has hit safely in nine of his last 10 games, although only one of those contests was a multi-hit effort.

Ahmed went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's loss to the Nationals.

Ahmed took Max Scherzer deep to lead off the fifth inning for his fifth home run in 2019. It snapped a 14-game drought without a homer for the shortstop, who hit 16 long balls last season.

Story had to exit Friday's game against the Padres after taking a grounder off his head, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

Story took a bad hop off his wrist and forehead, and the Rockies' team trainer walked him off the field shortly after. He'll be considered day-to-day until further notice.

Crawford (ankle) was activated off the 10-day injured list Friday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

Crawford played three rehab games with High-A Modesto this week to clear the way for his return from the left ankle sprain. The 24-year-old was slashing .279/.343/.426 in 17 games prior to the injury, and he should slot back into the starting role at shortstop for the Mariners.

Mondesi is not in the lineup for Friday's game at Minnesota, Jeffrey Flanagan of MLB.com reports.

Mondesi will take a seat for only the second time this season, having started the last 51 games for the Royals. Nicky Lopez will play shortstop Friday while Whit Merrifield takes over at the keystone.

Fletcher (shoulder) is leading off and starting at third base Friday at Tampa Bay.

Fletcher was out of the lineup for the last five games due to a sore left shoulder but is good to go after appearing as a defensive replacement Thursday. The 25-year-old had been mired in a 2-for-17 slump over his last six games.

Wendle (wrist) is starting at second base and batting seventh in his return from the 10-day injured list Friday versus the Angels, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

Wendle has been on the IL since late April due to a fractured right wrist but makes his return to action after a four-game minor-league rehab stint in which he went 7-for-15. The 29-year-old will hope to carry over that success after struggling through the first month of the season with a .136/.240/.182 slash line in 25 at-bats prior to the injury.

DeJong went 1-for-4 with a solo home run against the Mets in a tie game suspended by rain in the ninth inning Thursday.

DeJong squared up on a sixth-inning Jacob deGrom offering, sending it 411 feet into the center field bleachers for his third round tripper of June. The shortstop has already matched his homer total for all of May and has now hit safely in eight of his last nine games.

Story went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in a win against San Diego on Thursday.

Story's second-inning home run -- a 410-foot blast to right field -- was his first in June and broke a season-high 10-game stretch without going yard. The fourth-year slugger still has only three hits in his last 25 at bats, striking out nine times during that stretch. Despite the recent struggles, Story is putting up a solid 2019 campaign with a season slash line of .278/.347/.527 accompanied by 16 homers, 46 RBI and 11 stolen bases.

Anderson went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run in Thursday's 5-4 win over the Yankees.

Anderson absolutely crushed a three-run, 416-foot homer off J.A. Happ in the fifth inning to knot the score, 4-4. The speedy 25-year-old is off to an impressive campaign so far, tallying 10 homers, 34 runs scored, 32 RBI and 15 stolen bases while batting .317/.346/.493.
