Lindor is not starting Saturday against Houston, Mandy Bell of MLB.com reports.

Lindor started six straight games after returning from the injured list but will now get a day off. He hit .259 in those six games but already has three homers. Mike Freeman starts at shortstop in his absence.

Lindor went 2-for-5 with two home runs and three RBI in Friday's 6-3 win over the Astros.

His third-inning solo shot off Collin McHugh got Cleveland on the board, and then Lindor supplied some insurance runs in the ninth with a two-run blast off Josh James. The shortstop is now slashing .259/.259/.593 with three homers in six games since his return from the injured list.

Anderson went 4-for-6 with a home run, a double, two RBI, three runs scored and a stolen base Friday night against the Tigers.

Anderson cut the deficit to four runs in the sixth with a double to left, and he walked it off in the bottom of the ninth with a solo homer to left. The 25-year-old has been clicking at the dish of late and now owns a seven-game hitting streak heading into Saturday's matchup.

Swanson is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Rockies.

Swanson heads to the bench after starting the last nine games and going 8-for-34 with one home run and three RBI. Johan Camargo will start at shortstop and bat sixth in his absence.

Bichette will be sidelined 4-to-6 weeks but won't require surgery on his fractured left hand, Gregor Chisholm of MLB.com reports.

Bichette sustained the broken hand during Triple-A Buffalo's game on Monday as he was hit by a fastball up and in. The highly touted prospect still could make his major-league debut at some point this season, but is now likely sidelined through the end of May.

Turner now has a 4-to-8 week timetable to return from his broken finger, Dan Kolko of MASN Sports reports.

Turner had an estimated 4-to-6 week timetable when he suffered the injury, though nothing had come from the team directly. May 1 will be the end of four weeks and, according to GM Mike Rizzo, Turner will be evaluated at that point to determine when he can return. Given the vagueness of Rizzo's estimate, it's possible Turner isn't back in the lineup until late May.

Urena was optioned to Triple-A Buffalo on Friday.

Urena was promoted from Buffalo on Sunday and went 2-for-8 in three appearances during his short stint with the team. The 22-year-old returns to Triple-A in order to make room on the 25-man roster for the promotion of top-prospect Vladimir Guerrero.

Wendle's broken wrist is expected to keep him out for 6-to-8 weeks, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Early estimations of Wendle's timetable had him out for three or four weeks, but the first indications from the team are that he'll be out longer than that. The given timeline is preliminary and could be updated, but for now, consider Wendle unlikely to return before early June.

Fletcher went 2-for-4 with a triple and five RBI as the Angels topped the Yankees, 11-5 on Thursday.

Fletcher doubled his RBI total from five to 10 with this performance, which included a three-run triple. He's not hitting for much power with only one home run, but the 24-year-old is off to a respectable start at the dish, slashing .301/.341/.410 over 83 at-bats.

Wendle (wrist) was placed on the 10-day injured list Thursday, Josh Tolentino of The Athletic reports.

This was expected after Wendle was diagnosed with a fractured right wrist Wednesday, an injury he suffered after getting hit by a pitch. It's unclear how long the injury will keep the infielder sidelined at this point, though John Romano of the Tampa Bay Times estimates that Wendle will be unavailable for at least 3-to-4 weeks. Christian Arroyo was summoned from the minors in a corresponding move, while Brandon Lowe figures to cover the keystone while Wendle is on the shelf.
