Story was removed from Monday's game against the Dodgers with an apparent wrist or hand injury, Alanna Rizzo of SportsNewLA reports.

Story exited the game in the middle of his fourth-inning at-bat. He appeared uncomfortable following a swing, and after the trainer and manager Bud Black came out to check on Story, he was lifted from the contest. The extent and location of the issue should be released shortly.

Crawford went 1-for-3 with a triple, three RBI and a run scored in Monday's 9-4 loss to New York.

Crawford delivered a three-run triple in the fifth inning to cut the deficit to one, but the Mets would pull away in the ninth to take the first game of the series. Since being promoted from Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Sept. 4, the 23-year-old has gone 5-for-13 with three extra-base hits and four RBI.

Diaz is not in the lineup Monday against the Orioles.

Diaz will stick on the bench for a second consecutive game after starting 12 of the first 14 games to open September. Yangervis Solarte will cover the hot corner in his absence, allowing Richard Urena to pick up a start at the keystone.

Camargo (groin) is back in the lineup Monday against St. Louis.

Camargo had missed four straight games with groin soreness. He's batting fifth and playing third base Monday, sending Charlie Culberson back to the bench.

DeJong went 1-for-3 with a walk and two runs in a win over the Dodgers on Sunday.

DeJong came home on both of Yadier Molina's RBI singles, giving him his first game with multiple runs since Sept. 4. The shortstop has also reached safely in nine consecutive games, a welcome stretch of offensive success following a lackluster August in which he hit just .202 and posted a forgettable .282 on-base percentage.

Adames went 2-for-3 with a double, a solo home run and a walk in a win over the Athletics on Sunday.

Adames' red-hot second half continued Sunday, as his fourth multi-hit effort of the month brought his September average to .350. The rookie also snapped a 16-game homerless streak with his fourth-inning solo blast, giving him multiple extra-base hits in a game for the first time in his young career.

Fletcher (hamstring) will not travel with the club for its upcoming series with the Athletics, and he may not return before the season ends, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Fletcher was diagnosed with a strained left hamstring after coming up lame on his lone hit Sunday. The Halos' second baseman will be re-evaluated Monday, but it wouldn't be surprising to see the rookie shut down with just 12 games left on the schedule. Kaleb Cowart -- who entered Sunday's contest in place of Fletcher -- should absorb the majority of starts at the keystone.

Mondesi went 3-for-5 with a homer, two RBI and a stolen base in Sunday's 9-6 loss to the Twins.

In just 231 plate appearances, Mondesi now has 25 steals and nine homers along with a .291 average. He now has six multi-hit games this month with three long balls and 10 runs scored.

Fletcher departed Sunday's game against the Mariners with a left hamstring strain, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

The injury occurred in the first inning of the series finale while Fletcher was running to second on a double. The timetable for his return to action remains unclear, but more news should emerge after further evaluation.

Camargo (groin) should be penciled into the starting lineup Monday against the Cardinals, Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports.

Camargo has been held off the diamond for the past four games due to a left groin issue, but he should be good to go for the start of Atlanta's three-game showdown with St. Louis. The 24-year-old owns a .274/.354/.468 slash line through 419 at-bats (122 games) this season.
