Adames, who hit his sixth home run as part of a 2-for-4 effort for Triple-A Durham on Monday, is now hitting .364 over his last 30 games, Mike Rosenbaum of MLB.com reports.

The 21-year-old shortstop entered June with a sluggish .230/.309/.344 line but his subsequent offensive outburst, which includes 13 extra-base hits in his last 30 games, has his average up to .280. Adames has five multi-hit efforts in the last 10 games, although his 24 percent strikeout rate on the season has room for improvement. Adames' overall progress is encouraging, however, as he certainly seems to be hitting his stride in what is his first exposure to Triple-A arms. Notably, the shortstop position at the big-league level remains in flux at the moment, as Matt Duffy's heel issues continue to keep his long-term outlook murky.

Adrianza (abdomen) was activated from the disabled list following Monday's game, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Adrianza has been ready to go, but the club decided to keep an extra reliever for Monday's series opener against the Angels. He has just 63 plate appearances in 26 games this year and will likely be used in a similarly sparse utility role going forward.

Manager Paul Molitor said Adrianza (abdomen) will be activated from the 10-day disabled list Tuesday, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

While there was a possibility that Adrianza would return Monday, the Twins opted to keep an extra reliever on hand for their series opener against the Angels instead. The 27-year-old should return to his role as a little-used utility infielder upon his return.

Manager John Farrell said there's a "good chance" Bogaerts (groin) returns to the lineup Tuesday, Tim Britton of The Providence Journal reports.

This is good news for Bogaerts, who is set to miss his second straight game with a tight groin. "We're confident it's not a long term thing," Farrell said about the injury, indicating that Bogaerts likely won't be out long even if he is unable to return to the lineup Tuesday. Tzu-Wei Lin will continue to serve as the Red Sox's shortstop while Bogaerts remains out.

Bogaerts (groin) is not in the lineup Monday against the Rangers, Evan Drellich of CSN New England reports.

Bogaerts was a late scratch from Sunday's contest with a tight groin, and it appears the ailment is still bothering him enough to keep him out for a second straight game. He'll remain day-to-day for now; Tzu-Wei Lin will draw another start at shortstop in his place.

Crawford said time off in mid-June due to a nagging groin injury helped give him a chance to clear his head, Ben Harris of MLB.com reports.

Crawford is slashing .286/.386/.531 with a home run in 49 at-bats at Triple-A Lehigh Valley since he returned from his injury on June 20. He has a long way to go before his overall numbers begin to look respectable, but at least he has shown signs of life. It still seems like the best-case scenario for his major-league debut will be as a September call-up this year.

Baez went 3-for-4 with two doubles and an RBI in Sunday's win over the Reds.

Baez entered the contest just 1-for-16 over his last five games, so it was nice to see the youngster string a few hits together. With Ben Zobrist back in the mix at second base after returning from a wrist injury over the weekend, Baez could be squeezed a bit for playing time. However, his versatility should get him into the lineup on a fairly regular basis, and he's capable of putting up big games like he did Sunday.

Owings went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run during Sunday's win over Colorado.

Owings had flashed signs through his first few tours of the majors, but he's put it all together in 2017 with a .297/.332/.507 slash line, 12 bombs, 49 RBI, 11 stolen bases and 37 runs. He's recently settled into the fifth slot in the lineup behind Paul Goldschmidt and Jake Lamb, which projects favorably moving forward. However, it wouldn't be shocking if he struggled to maintain his current career-best pace.

Seager picked up a pair of RBI on three hits in a 5-3 loss to San Diego on Sunday.

On a day where he was named to the National League All-Star team (as a reserve), Seager stroked a trio of hits for the second game in a row. He's now back over the .300 mark (.305), tied for second on the team with 42 RBI and leads the Dodgers in doubles with 21.

Arcia went 2-for-4 with a solo homer in Sunday's 10-3 loss to the Marlins.

Arcia has doubled last season's home run total with eight and is actually slashing a solid .288/.329/.435 after a 5-for-8 performance with a pair of long balls over the weekend. Despite going 22-for-50 with nine extra-base hits since June 17, Arcia continues to hit eighth in Milwaukee's order.
