Nimmo went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run and a stolen base in Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Brewers.

Nimmo was a pest in a losing effort, tallying a homer and a steal in the same contest for the first time this season. It was a much-needed performance for the 33-year-old, who entered the game just 2-for-35 over his past nine contests and without a home run since Aug. 9. For the season, he's slashing .262/.327/.423 with 14 long balls, 51 RBI, 54 runs scored and seven stolen bases across 550 plate appearances.

Martinez did not factor into the decision in Saturday's 7-6 win over the Padres, allowing three runs on seven hits and no walks with four strikeouts over six innings.

Martinez entered the sixth inning with a 2-1 lead before allowing a two-run homer to Ty France. The veteran hurler still notched his fourth quality start in eight turns since the All-Star break and owns a 3.72 ERA over that span despite two six-run outings. He'll carry a 2.99 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 91:22 K:BB across 153.2 innings this season into a road matchup with the Rangers next week.

Caminero went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Saturday's 7-6 win over the Padres.

Caminero tied the game with a 426-foot blast off Walker Buehler in the sixth inning. It snapped a 15-game homer drought for the 23-year-old, and he's now riding an impressive 12-game hitting streak dating back to Aug. 17. For the year, he's slashing .280/.367/.533 with 36 home runs, 86 RBI, 83 runs scored and three steals across 588 plate appearances.

Baker earned the save in Saturday's 7-6 win over the Padres, allowing one walk and no hits with one strikeout in a scoreless ninth inning.

Baker was summoned to protect a one-run lead and worked around a one-out walk to close the door. The 31-year-old has converted 28 straight save chances dating back to May 13, and his 39 saves on the year lead the majors by four. It's been a dream first season in the closer's role, as he's posted a dominant 1.53 ERA, 0.89 WHIP and 59:17 K:BB across 53 innings.

Javier (1-5) took the loss against the Mets on Saturday, allowing three runs on six hits and no walks with four strikeouts over 4.1 innings.

All of the damage against Javier came in a three-run fifth inning, and he threw a strong 57 of 78 pitches for strikes with 13 whiffs. The 29-year-old did manage to keep the ball in the park for the first time in five August contests, but he'll end the month 0-4 with a 5.79 ERA despite a strong 21:4 K:BB over those five outings. He owns a 6.45 ERA, 1.63 WHIP and 42:19 K:BB across 44.2 innings this season and lines up for a home matchup with the Diamondbacks next weekend.

Alvarez went 2-for-3 with a solo homer and a sacrifice fly in Saturday's 6-2 loss to the Mets.

Alvarez produced both of the Astros' runs, opening the scoring with a sacrifice fly in the first inning before adding a solo shot in the eighth. The long ball was just his second in 25 August games, though he still owns a .919 OPS during that stretch. The 29-year-old nears the final month of the regular season eyeing the American League Triple Crown, leading in batting average (.320), homers (37) and RBI (93) to go along with 90 runs scored and a stolen base across 588 plate appearances.

Griffin didn't factor into the decision against the Royals on Saturday, allowing two runs on four hits and one walk in five innings. He struck out four.

After surrendering five runs in his team debut Aug. 6 against the Mets, Griffin has regained his form on the mound since then. The southpaw has thrown at least five innings while yielding two earned runs or fewer in four consecutive starts, giving up five hits or fewer each time out during that span. He'll take an excellent 3.21 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 139:39 K:BB across 154.1 innings into his next scheduled outing versus Detroit.

Jenkins went 1-for-3 with a double, an RBI and a stolen base in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the White Sox.

In his second big-league game, Jenkins picked up his first career steal, RBI and extra-base hit, after he'd gone 1-for-3 with a walk in his debut Friday. The 21-year-old is covering center field while Byron Buxton (hip) is on the mend, but Jenkins should slide over to an outfield corner once the veteran is cleared to return, with left field the likelier spot, as Trevor Larnach is batting .188 (12-for-64) in August.

Lynch didn't factor into the decision against Cleveland on Saturday, allowing two runs on three hits and two walks in 3.1 innings. He struck out three.

Most of the damage came via a second-inning two-run home run by Angel Martinez, and Lynch wasn't particularly efficient either. The left-hander did make progress on building himself up, however, as he reached the 70-pitch threshold for the first time this season. He'll be aiming to increase his pitch count his next time out against Toronto, but Lynch now has a 6.32 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 11:7 K:BB in 15.2 innings since joining the rotation Aug. 7.

Ober didn't factor into the decision in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the White Sox, giving up two runs (one earned) on two hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out five.

The right-hander saw his winless streak extend to seven starts, but Ober was hardly at fault, as he tossed 80 pitches (53 strikes) before exiting with the score tied 2-2. Over that stretch, he's gone 0-1 with a 4.46 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and 21:10 K:BB in 36.1 innings. He'll look for more offensive support in his next outing, which is scheduled to come on the road next weekend in a rematch with the White Sox.
