Wilson went 3-for-4 with a double in Tuesday's 6-0 loss to the Red Sox.

Wilson has logged four games of three hits over his last nine contests. He was responsible for the Athletics' lone extra-base hit Tuesday, which was his first since a Sept. 1 double versus the Cardinals. The shortstop has a .319/.360/.451 slash line with 12 home runs, 56 RBI, 55 runs scored, five stolen bases and 21 doubles over 110 contests. While he doesn't walk a lot with a 5.2 percent walk rate, his 7.6 percent strikeout rate has enabled him to remain effective throughout the season through pure contact skills.

Springs (10-11) allowed five runs on eight hits and struck out six without walking a batter over five innings to take the loss Tuesday versus the Red Sox.

Springs gave up two home runs and four total runs in the first inning, and the Athletics weren't able to battle back from that. This is the first time the left-hander has allowed multiple home runs in a start since July 13 versus the Blue Jays, and it was Springs' third consecutive loss. The 32-year-old is now at a 4.28 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 132:49 K:BB through 162 innings over 30 appearances (28 starts) this season. Springs is tentatively projected for a road rematch in Boston next week.

Refsnyder went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run in Tuesday's 6-0 win over the Athletics.

Refsnyder stretched Boston's early lead to 4-0 in the first inning. The outfielder has gone 6-for-20 (.300) over six games in September while continuing to play primarily in a short-side platoon role. He's been strong with that kind of usage throughout the season, supplying a .281/.361/.500 slash line with eight homers, 27 RBI, 27 runs scored, three stolen bases and 11 doubles over 183 plate appearances this season.

Early (1-0) allowed five hits and one walk while striking out 11 over five shutout innings to earn the win Tuesday in the Red Sox's 6-0 victory over the Athletics.

Summoned from Triple-A Worcester earlier Tuesday, Early stepped into the Boston rotation and spotted 61 of 90 pitches for strikes in his MLB debut. He got plenty of run support en route to scooping up the win, with the Red Sox scoring five of their six runs over the first two innings. Early posted a strong 132:40 K:BB across 100.1 innings between Double-A Portland and Triple-A prior to his promotion, so his ability to rack up 19 swinging strikes in his first outing in the majors perhaps isn't too surprising. Heading into Tuesday, Early wasn't expected to be guaranteed any further turns through the rotation, but he likely pitched well enough against the Athletics to earn himself at least one more start.

Taylor went 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBI in a 12-2 win over the Twins on Tuesday.

The veteran utility man racked up a season-high four RBI in only his second multi-RBI effort of the year. Despite Tuesday's outburst, Taylor should remain well off the majority of fantasy radars as 2025 inches toward an end. On the campaign, he's slashing a woeful .198/277/.341 with two homers, 10 RBI, 15 runs scored and two stolen bases through 101 trips to the plate.

Moncada went 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBI, three runs scored and a walk in a 12-2 win over the Twins on Tuesday.

The homer was Moncada's first of the month of September and his 12th of the season. The veteran third baseman is working toward ending the campaign on quite the high note. Across his last 81 plate appearances (23 games), Moncada is slashing .300/.395/.571 with 10 extra-base hits, 10 RBI and 13 runs scored to push his OPS up to .815 for the year.

Arozarena went 1-for-4 with a home run and four RBI in a 5-3 win over the Cardinals on Tuesday.

Arozarena extended his hitting streak to four games, blasting his first homer of the month as well. The slugging outfielder had a .734 OPS through May, but he's performed better since the start of June. Over his last 389 plate appearances, Arozarena is slashing .258/.339/.490 with 20 long balls, 19 doubles, 50 RBI and 18 stolen bases to bring his OPS to .794 for the year. He's also three homers and three steals away from the first 30-30 season of his career.

Munoz secured the save Tuesday against the Cardinals, striking out one and allowing one hit in a scoreless ninth inning.

Munoz recorded his 34th save of the season in his third straight scoreless outing. The All-Star right-hander owns a 1.63 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 71:25 K:BB through 55.1 innings on the campaign. Munoz is third in the major leagues in saves for the year, and he's established a strong grip on the Seattle closer role.

Kirby took a no-decision Tuesday against the Cardinals, allowing three runs on seven hits and two walks in four innings. He struck out two.

After being tagged for seven runs his last time out, Kirby was unable to steady the ship Tuesday. The right-hander has failed to fire at least five frames in three of his past five outings, although he does have seven quality starts under his belt since the All-Star break. Kirby has a 4.56 ERA and 1.27 WHIP, which are on pace to be career-worst figures, to go with a more encouraging 106:28 K:BB over 108.2 innings, and he'll be trying to get back on track this weekend against the division-rival Angels.

Hendricks (7-9) earned the win Tuesday against the Twins, allowing four hits and one walk in seven shutout innings. He struck out six.

It was one of Hendricks' finest efforts in an Angels uniform so far, as he turned in his third scoreless outing of the season and tied his second-highest strikeout total of the campaign in his second-longest outing of 2025. The veteran right-hander has now submitted three consecutive quality starts as well. Hendricks owns a 4.58 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 95:41 K:BB across 149.1 innings, and he's projected to take the mound against the division-rival Mariners this weekend.
