Anthony (finger) is expected to continue his rehab assignment with Triple-A Worcester during the upcoming week, Tim Healey of The Boston Globe reports.

Anthony began his rehab assignment with Double-A Portland on Tuesday and went 3-for-11 with a home run, a double and three RBI over four games. The 22-year-old -- who has been on the injured list since May 7 due to a partially torn tendon in his right ring finger -- may only need to play in a couple of games with Worcester before getting the green light to return from the 60-day injured list. Once he's activated, Anthony is expected to split time between designated hitter and left field and settle in as Boston's primary leadoff hitter.

Fedde took a no-decision against the Mets on Sunday, allowing no runs on three hits and one walk in four relief innings. He struck out two.

Working behind opener Sean Newcomb on Sunday, Fedde served as a bulk reliever and fired four shutout innings to stymie a hot Mets lineup. The veteran right-hander hasn't tossed five innings since his most recent traditional start, which was July 31 in Tampa Bay, so the lack of consistent length will inhibit his streaming appeal in fantasy leagues going forward. Through 118.1 innings (12 starts) this year, Fedde has a pedestrian 4.18 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 84:43 K:BB.

Alexander (hand) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday, Andy Kostka of TheBanner.com reports.

Alexander has fully recovered from the fracture in his left hand that sent him to the injured list in mid-July, but he's now been cleared for game action. It's unclear how many games the 27-year-old will require during the rehab stint, but he could be back with the Orioles within the next week.

The Mariners recalled Wisdom from Triple-A Tacoma on Sunday, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Following Brendan Donovan's (concussion) placement on the injured list Sunday, Wisdom will get his first look in the majors since mid-June. The 34-year-old is batting 5-for-41 (.122 average) with one homer and 18 strikeouts in 15 big-league games this season.

Rodon didn't factor into the decision Sunday against Toronto, allowing two runs (one earned) on two hits and two walks over four innings. He struck out two.

Rodon was limited to 76 pitches in his second start back from the IL, though he was effective overall. The southpaw has allowed just two earned runs on four hits across eight innings since returning to New York's rotation. Overall, Rodon sports a 3.15 ERA with a 1.21 WHIP and 58:30 K:BB across 11 starts (54.1 innings) this season. It remains to be seen whether Rodon will remain on a pitch count in his next outing, which currently lines up to come at home next weekend against the Red Sox.

Soriano (10-7) took the loss Sunday against the Yankees, allowing five runs on seven hits and three walks over five innings. He struck out seven.

The Yankees got to Soriano for a pair of runs in the second inning before he was charged with another three runs in the sixth, after the right-hander allowed three straight singles to open the frame. Soriano would ultimately come away with his first loss in four starts since joining Toronto -- he had posted a 2.76 ERA across 16.1 innings in his prior three outings. Overall, Soriano's ERA sits at 3.43 this season with a 1.29 WHIP and 143:65 K:BB across 26 starts (144.1 innings) between the Blue Jays and Angels. Soriano will look to bounce back his next time out, which is currently slated to come next weekend at home against the Mariners.

Baz (4-14) took the loss Sunday against Tampa Bay, allowing three runs on five hits and three walks over 5.2 innings. He struck out three.

Baz held Tampa scoreless through five innings before things fell apart in the sixth, when the Rays scored three runs after stringing together four two-out hits. For Baz, it's the 12th straight outing without a win -- he's gone 0-8 despite logging seven quality starts while posting a 4.02 ERA across 69.1 innings in that span. Overall, Baz sports a 4.04 ERA with a 1.35 WHIP and 135:52 K:BB across 26 starts (151.1 innings) this season. He'll aim for better results his next time out, tentatively lined up to come next weekend on the road against the A's.

Baker earned the save in Sunday's 3-1 win over the Orioles, allowing a run on one hit in the ninth inning.

Colton Cowser led off the ninth with a homer off Baker, just the second run he's allowed in his last 19.2 innings, but the right-hander would rebound to retire the next three Orioles and notch his league-leading 37th save this season. Baker's ERA sits at 1.59 across 51 innings with a 0.88 WHIP and 56:16 K:BB.

Martinez (13-4) earned the win Sunday over the Orioles, allowing just one hit over six scoreless innings. He struck out four.

After giving up a season-high six runs across just 3.2 innings against Toronto his last time out, Martinez bounced back with an excellent performance against the Orioles, allowing just one hit en route to his 13th win. The 36-year-old Martinez lowered his ERA to 2.93 across 25 starts (147.2 innings) this season with a 1.10 WHIP and 87:22 K:BB. He's currently slated to face the Padres at home in his next outing.

Ward is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cubs.

Ward started the past four games after missing the previous five contests due to quadriceps soreness, and he'll check out of the starting nine Sunday to get some scheduled rest. Dominic Canzone is serving as the designated hitter while Victor Robles starts in right field.
