Yankees manager Aaron Boone said Saturday that Stanton (calf) is doing "more dynamic stuff" but isn't yet ready to ramp up running, Gary Phillips of the New York Daily News reports.

It's not clear what the "dynamic stuff" Boone mentioned refers to, but Stanton's biggest obstacle remains being cleared to resume running. The veteran slugger had an MRI on his injured calf May 11, and that imaging showed that the injury is still lingering. Stanton's timeline to return is hazy given his continued inability to run, so fantasy managers shouldn't plan to have him in their lineups in the near future.

Eovaldi (5-4) earned the win Sunday against the Astros, allowing five hits and two walks while striking out eight over seven scoreless innings.

Eovaldi was dominant once again after missing a start earlier in the week due to a side injury, throwing 64 of his 94 pitches for strikes while generating an impressive 19 whiffs against Houston's lineup. The veteran right-hander has now allowed one earned run or fewer in each of his last three outings while going at least seven innings in all three. Amid an inconsistent Rangers rotation, Eovaldi continues to serve as one of the club's few stable options, carrying a 3.62 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 9.1 K/9 across nine starts this season. He will look to continue that success in his next scheduled start against the Angels.

Kirby (5-3) took the loss Sunday, allowing six runs on six hits and two walks over 5.2 innings against San Diego. He struck out six.

Kirby was uncharacteristically knocked around Sunday, surrendering a pair of homers to Gavin Sheets as part of a season-worst six-run outing. The 28-year-old hurler entered the day with a 2.84 ERA that has since risen to 3.45 to pair with a 1.18 WHIP and 52:16 K:BB across 62.2 innings (10 starts). He'll look to bounce back his next time out, which is tentatively scheduled for Saturday against Kansas City.

Quero went 3-for-5 with a home run, three RBI and two runs scored in Sunday's 9-8 win over the Cubs.

Quero drove in a run with an RBI single in the second inning before delivering the biggest swing of the game in the 10th. With one out, a runner on and the White Sox trailing by one, the 23-year-old catcher launched a walk-off two-run homer off Ryan Rolison for his first long ball of the season. Entering Sunday, Quero had struggled badly at the plate, slashing just .151/.248/.163 with one double and seven RBI across 31 games.

Rodriguez (0-1) took the loss Sunday, allowing seven runs on seven hits and four walks over 3.2 innings against the Dodgers. He struck out four.

After opening the season on the injured list due to right shoulder inflammation, Rodriguez failed to contain the Dodgers' offense in his first start of the year and ultimately exited before completing four innings. Having not pitched in the big leagues since 2024 due to multiple arm injuries, the rust was evident for the right-hander, who struggled both in permitting free passes and limiting hard contact Sunday. How the Angels monitor his workload coming off those injuries remains to be seen, though Rodriguez is tentatively scheduled to make his next start Friday against the Rangers.

Fedde did not factor into the decision Sunday against the Cubs, allowing four runs on six hits and four walks while striking out two over three innings.

Fedde struggled from the opening frame, surrendering a two-run homer to Michael Busch before recording his first out of the game and losing control of a sweeper that allowed another run to score in the inning. The veteran needed 92 pitches -- just 49 of which were strikes -- to record only 12 outs before being pulled in the fourth inning after allowing back-to-back baserunners. It marked his shortest outing of the season. Fedde has now allowed a home run in four straight starts and eight total during that stretch. He owns a 4.30 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 28:18 K:BB across 46 innings and is scheduled to face San Francisco next.

Springs (3-4) took the loss Sunday, allowing two runs (one earned) on five hits and a walk over six innings in a 10-1 loss to the Giants. He struck out three.

Springs turned in six serviceable innings -- with the damage coming via a Luis Arraez solo homer in the third inning and a Matt Chapman RBI double in the fourth frame -- but a lack of run support stuck the southpaw with his second consecutive loss and fourth defeat of the season. Springs has cooled off after allowing just four runs across 24.2 innings in his first four outings, though the 33-year-old has still been generally effective for the Athletics with a 3.93 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 47:16 K:BB across 55 innings (10 starts). His next outing is tentatively scheduled for Friday against the Padres.

Manzardo went 2-for-5 with two home runs and three RBI in Sunday's 10-3 win over the Reds.

After striking out in his first at-bat, Manzardo showed out in a big way by taking Brady Singer deep for a two-run homer in the third inning before adding another long ball in the fifth on a day when Cleveland's offense erupted for six total homers. The first baseman now has four home runs on the season and continues to swing a hot bat in May, batting .295 across 13 games this month. Manzardo is now slashing .223/.301/.362 with four doubles, 16 RBI and 15 runs scored across 146 plate appearances.

Williams (6-3) earned the win Sunday against the Reds, allowing two runs on eight hits while striking out seven over six innings.

Williams generated 17 whiffs while throwing 68 of his 93 pitches for strikes, helping him work through six innings for a sixth consecutive outing. Outside of an Elly De La Cruz solo homer in the third inning, the right-hander kept the Reds in check despite allowing eight hits. He continues to miss bats at an elite rate, as his 73 strikeouts now rank fourth in MLB. However, over his last three starts, Williams has surrendered 26 hits and 12 earned runs, a notable shift from the beginning of the season when he limited hits effectively but struggled badly with walks. Even so, Williams still owns a solid 3.67 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and .225 batting average against on the season. He's scheduled to face a hot Phillies lineup next.

Monasterio started at shortstop and went 1-for-4 in Sunday's 8-1 loss to Atlanta.

Monasterio has made two consecutive starts at shortstop, as Trevor Story (groin) was added to the injured list and could face surgery. It's unclear if Monasterio will become the everyday fill-in at shortstop, but interim manager Chad Tracy put him in the starting lineup against right-handers Saturday and Sunday. Other than Monasterio, the Red Sox have a host of options on the 26-man roster that can play shortstop, including Isiah Kiner-Falefa, Nick Sogard and Marcelo Mayer.
