Pham is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Brewers.

Pham will get a breather after going 9-for-39 (.231) with one home run, three doubles, three walks, 11 RBI and four runs while starting each of the last 10 games. With Pham on the bench for the series finale, the newly recalled Ji Hwan Bae will pick up a start in left field.

Bader is out of the lineup for Sunday's game at Miami.

Bader will head to the bench Sunday after a run of seven straight starts, during which he batted .286 (8-for-28) with three doubles, a homer, five RBI and six runs. Max Kepler, Brandon Marsh and Nick Castellanos will start from left to right in the outfield in the series finale versus Miami.

The Pirates optioned Kreidler to Triple-A Indianapolis on Sunday.

After being called up from Triple-A a week ago, Kreidler didn't appear in any games during his brief stay in the majors. The Pirates will replace him on the active roster with utility player Ji Hwan Bae, who was recalled from Indianapolis.

The Pirates recalled Bae from Triple-A Indianapolis on Sunday. He'll start in left field and bat ninth in the Pirates' series finale versus the Brewers.

Pittsburgh optioned Ryan Kreidler to Triple-A to make room on the active roster for another utility type in Bae, who will be back with the Pirates for the first time since mid-May. While spending the majority of the season at Indianapolis, Bae has produced a .282/.377/.411 slash line with one home run and 23 stolen bases across 289 plate appearances.

Realmuto is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Marlins.

Realmuto started the previous seven games and will receive Sunday off, which will put his modest four-game hit streak on hold, barring an appearance off the bench. Rafael Marchan is stepping in behind the plate for the series finale in Miami.

Burleson (wrist) is expected to be activated from the 10-day injured list ahead of Monday's game against the Mariners, Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Burleson will make his return to the Cardinals without going out on a rehab assignment beforehand. The 26-year-old slashed .286/.337/.451 with 16 home runs and five stolen bases across 470 plate appearances before being deactivated Aug. 29 due to right wrist inflammation.

The Diamondbacks activated DeSclafani (thumb) from the 15-day injured list Sunday.

DeSclafani has been on the shelf since mid-August with right thumb inflammation, and he threw 30 pitches in his most recent bullpen session. The veteran right-hander had made a few trips through the rotation before suffering the injury. Considering the number of pitches he threw in the bullpen session and Nabil Crismatt's recent success, DeSclafani could be moved to the bullpen. However, a six-man rotation remains a possibility. Reliever Bryce Jarvis was optioned to Triple-A Reno in a corresponding move.

Steer is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.

Steer missed a couple games earlier in the week due to a leg injury, and he'll return to the bench having gone 4-for-10 with a double and three walks in his first four games of September. Sal Stewart will step in at first base in the series finale for the Reds.

The Diamondbacks optioned Jarvis to Triple-A Reno after Saturday's game against the Red Sox.

Jarvis will lose his spot on the active roster as Anthony DeSclafani (thumb) is reinstated from the injured list. Jarvis allowed four runs without recording an out Saturday. He appeared in three games during his latest MLB stint, yielding seven runs across 6.1 innings.

Hernandez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Orioles.

Hernandez started the previous four games but will hit the bench Sunday while in the midst of a 6-for-45 (.133) slump. Alex Call is starting in right field Sunday, which could be a more common occurrence down the stretch if Hernandez continues to flounder at the plate.
