Priester came away with a no-decision in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Blue Jays, allowing one unearned run on five hits over six innings. He struck out three without walking a batter.

The right-hander was locked in a pitchers' duel with Kevin Gausman for six frames, with Priester exiting the mound after 82 pitches (56 strikes). The quality start was his fourth in eight starts since the All-Star break, a stretch in which he's gone 4-0 with a 2.76 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 37:13 K:BB over 45.2 innings. Priester hasn't taken a loss since May 13, a streak he'll look to extend in his next outing, which lines up to come on the road next weekend in Pittsburgh.

Hurt (elbow) will begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A Oklahoma City on Tuesday, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

Hurt has been on the injured list all season while working his way back from Tommy John surgery. He began throwing off a mound back in May and threw live batting practice to Dodgers hitters ahead of Saturday's game against the Diamondbacks. It's unclear exactly how long the Dodgers plan to keep the 27-year-old in the minors, but he will presumably require a handful of rehab appearances before being cleared to return to Los Angeles.

Beck isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Cubs.

Beck will step out of the starting nine Saturday following a 1-for-5 effort in Friday's loss. While he rests, Mickey Moniak, Brenton Doyle and Tyler Freeman will start across the outfield for Colorado.

Thomas isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Dodgers.

An 0-for-4 performance Friday snapped what had been a three-game multi-hit streak for Thomas, and the D-backs will now get him some rest against Tyler Glasnow and the Dodgers. Jake McCarthy will fill the void in center field and bat seventh.

Lawlar isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Dodgers.

Lawlar remains in search of his first hit in the majors this season through nine games and will move to the bench to begin Saturday's contest. Blaze Alexander will get the nod at third base with Ketel Marte serving as the designated hitter and Ildemaro Vargas manning second.

The Padres are expected to recall Hart from Triple-A El Paso to pitch in Sunday's game against the Twins, Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

The team hasn't yet announced whether Hart will start Sunday's contest or work as a bulk reliever, but he is penciled in to face Minnesota either way. The 32-year-old lefty carries a 5.29 ERA and 1.21 WHIP through 32.1 innings in the big leagues this year, but he's given up just two earned runs in 13.1 frames since being sent down to Triple-A in late July.

Manager Brian Snitker said Saturday that Quantrill will work as a long reliever going forward, Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports.

Chris Sale's return from the injured list left Quantrill as the odd man out of Atlanta's rotation, but the 30-year-old righty will remain with the big club as a multi-inning relief option. He's given up 12 earned runs in only eight innings since joining Atlanta, however, so he'll most likely be reserved for low-leverage situations.

Myers was pulled from Saturday's game against the Mets with right side discomfort, Stephen Strom of Marlins Radio Network reports.

After striking out during his at-bat in the first inning, Myers was replaced in the field by Jakob Marsee. The severity of Myers' injury has yet to be determined, but the Marlins' training staff will take a closer look at him and should provide more information soon.

Fermin isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Twins.

Fermin will get a day to regroup Saturday after going just 1-for-17 with two walks over his last seven games. Elias Diaz will take over at catcher and bat ninth.

Bailey isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Baltimore, Andres Soto of MLB.com reports.

Bailey has notched hits in back-to-back contests, but he'll step out of the starting nine Saturday while Andrew Knizner catches for right-hander Carson Seymour and bats ninth.
