Sheehan (3-2) took the loss Monday, allowing two runs on three hits and no walks over 6.1 innings against the Diamondbacks. He struck out three.

Sheehan was done in by the long ball late, as two of the three hits he allowed left the yard. Tommy Troy connected for a solo homer in the sixth inning before Nolan Arenado added another in the seventh frame, which ultimately proved enough to saddle Sheehan with the loss. Homers have been a recurring issue for the right-hander in 2026, as he has surrendered multiple long balls in four starts and allowed 11 total homers across 58 innings. The 26-year-old will carry a 4.50 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 62:14 K:BB across 11 starts into his next outing, which is tentatively scheduled for Sunday against the Angels.

Rodriguez did not factor into the decision Monday, allowing one run on five hits and a walk over six innings against the Dodgers. He struck out three.

Rodriguez didn't punch many tickets, but he was able to navigate a busy third inning and keep the Dodgers offense quiet. The veteran has now allowed one or fewer runs in seven of 12 starts as part of a resurgent 2026 campaign. The southpaw will take a 5-1 record, 2.24 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 52:26 K:BB across 72.1 innings into his next start, which is tentatively scheduled for Saturday against the Nationals.

Young went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Monday's loss to the Mariners.

Young opened the scoring for the Mets with a 424-foot solo blast off Emerson Hancock in the fifth inning. Since returning from the injured list May 26 following left knee surgery, Young has gone 4-for-16 (.250) with two solo homers, five runs and three walks across six appearances. He should continue to push for opportunities at first base and designated hitter against right-handed pitching, though Jorge Polanco (Achilles) could return from the injured list as soon as this week and cut into his playing time.

Semien went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Monday's 3-2 loss against the Mariners.

Semien rocketed the seventh pitch of his at-bat against Emerson Hancock over the left-field fence in the sixth inning to give the Mets a brief 2-1 lead. It marked Semien's second homer in as many days and third long ball across his past seven games, during which he has gone 8-for-23 (.348). It's been a challenging first season in New York for the second baseman, who's hitting .228 with a .630 OPS, six homers, 23 RBI, 23 runs and five stolen bases across 60 games.

Manaea didn't factor into the decision Monday against the Mariners, allowing one run on one hit and one walk while striking out four over five innings of bulk relief.

Entering after opener Austin Warren worked one inning, Manaea was stellar in stifling the Mariners offense, with a solo homer by Colt Emerson in the third inning accounting for the only damage off the veteran southpaw. Monday marked Manaea's first turn since rejoining the rotation, albeit behind an opener, and it went quite well considering he entered the contest with a 5.56 ERA and 1.62 WHIP across 34 innings. He's tentatively scheduled to take the ball Sunday against the Padres, though it remains to be seen whether he starts outright or works behind an opener once again. It's another plus matchup for Manaea, however, as San Diego is 28th in the league in wOBA (.285) and 27th in wRC+ (83) against left-handed pitching.

McCarthy went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double, an additional run scored and two walks in Monday's win over the Angels.

McCarthy took advantage of a center-cut fastball, blasting a solo shot over the wall in right-center field to lead off the third inning. Not known for his over-the-fence power, the center fielder has now homered in two of his past three games. In his first season with the Rockies, the 28-year-old is enjoying a resurgent campaign, hitting .282 with an .808 OPS, 16 extra-base hits (four homers), 25 RBI, 20 runs and 10 stolen bases across 50 appearances.

Goodman went 1-for-5 with a three-run home run and a walk in Monday's 9-8 win over the Angels.

Goodman's lone hit was a pivotal one, as he unloaded on a hanging slider for a 112.9 mph, three-run homer to cap a five-run eighth inning. The catcher has now gone deep three times across his past six games. Overall, he's hitting .238 with a .785 OPS, 14 homers, nine doubles, 26 RBI, 35 runs and three stolen bases through 55 contests.

Freeland did not factor into the decision Monday, allowing six runs (five earned) on seven hits and a walk over 5.2 innings against the Angels. He struck out four.

Freeland was done in by a five-run third inning headlined by a Jose Siri grand slam, with all five runs coming with two outs in the frame. After a positive three-start stretch to open the season, the southpaw has struggled mightily, posting a 10.86 ERA and 2.01 WHIP across 32.1 innings over his past seven outings. His overall numbers now sit at an 8.06 ERA, 1.71 WHIP and 43:15 K:BB across 48 innings. Freeland's next start is tentatively lined up for Sunday against the Brewers, though his significant struggles leave him far from fantasy relevance.

Yelich went 3-for-5 with two RBI, three runs scored and a walk in Monday's 16-2 win over the Giants.

Yelich was notably one of seven Brewers to tally multiple hits Monday and one of six Milwaukee batters to register multiple RBI. The three-hit performance was the veteran slugger's fourth of the campaign as well. Through 109 at-bats, Yelich is hitting .275 with 10 extra-base hits, 18 RBI, 21 runs scored and three stolen bases.

McGreevy (3-5) allowed two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out one batter over six innings in a loss to Texas on Monday.

McGreevy began by tossing three scoreless innings before the Rangers scored one run in each of the fourth and fifth frames. Those were enough to hold up, as the Cardinals' offense managed just one run of support. As usual, McGreevy didn't miss many bats -- he had just six whiffs and one punchout -- but he nonetheless managed his seventh quality start of the campaign. Despite a paltry 6.0 K/9 and 3-5 record, the right-hander is having a solid season, posting a 2.98 ERA and 1.10 WHIP through 66.1 innings spanning 12 starts.
