The Mets recalled Mauricio from Triple-A Syracuse on Thursday.

Mauricio is taking the roster spot vacated by the injured Francisco Lindor (calf) and is starting at shortstop and batting eighth in Thursday's game versus the Twins. Per Joel Sherman of the New York Post, manager Carlos Mendoza said Mauricio will see the majority of the playing time at the position while Lindor is shelved. The switch-hitting Mauricio had a three-homer game with Syracuse earlier this week and has gone deep a total of five times over his last five contests at the Mets' top minor-league affiliate.

The Mets placed Lindor on the 10-day injured list Thursday with a left calf strain.

It's another tough break for the Mets, as they'll now lose Lindor to a strained calf after just getting Juan Soto back from his own calf strain. Per Joel Sherman of the New York Post, manager Carlos Mendoza said that Lindor's strain is worse than Soto's was, so Lindor's absence is likely to last longer than the two-and-a-half weeks Soto was out. Ronny Mauricio is up from Triple-A Syracuse and will fill in as the Mets' primary shortstop until Lindor returns.

Harris was removed from Thursday's game against the Nationals in the seventh inning due to left quad tightness.

Harris doubled in a run in the top of the seventh inning but was then seen stretching out his left leg after advancing to third base on a single. He was removed from the game before the bottom of the frame. Atlanta is saying Harris' exit was precautionary, and the outfielder said after the game that he expects to play Friday versus the Phillies, per Mark Bowman of MLB.com. Harris finished Thursday's tilt having gone 3-for-4 with two RBI, and he's batting .447 with five home runs across his last 11 games. If Harris misses some time, Eli White would receive an uptick in playing time.

Snell (shoulder) threw one-plus inning in a rehab outing with Single-A Ontario on Wednesday, allowing two runs (one earned) on three hits and one walk. He didn't strike out any batters.

Snell didn't log any game action during spring training and showed plenty of rust in his first rehab appearance, needing 32 pitches to retire three batters. He got through the first inning without a run on his ledger but allowed all four batters he faced to reach base before he was pulled in the second, though there were two errors committed behind him. Snell said Thursday that he came out of the appearance well, per Katie Woo of The Athletic, and the hurler is expected to make another rehab start sometime next week. The goal is for him to work up to five innings or 75 pitches before he's activated from the injured list.

Gurriel is not in the lineup for Thursday's contest against the White Sox.

Gurriel started four straight games after being activated from the injured list following his ACL rehab, going 1-for-16 at the dish. He will get a breather for Thursday's series finale while Jorge Barrosa patrols left field for the Diamondbacks.

Devers went 2-for-4 with a double in Wednesday's 3-0 win over the Dodgers.

Devers singled in the first inning and doubled in the sixth, recording at least one hit for a fifth straight game. Over that span, he's batting .304 with three RBI and two doubles in 23 plate appearances. The veteran infielder is now slashing .237/.275/.330 with nine RBI, seven runs scored and two home runs across 102 plate appearances in 24 games this season.

Ramos went 2-for-3 with a run scored in Wednesday's 3-0 win over the Dodgers.

Ramos singled in the fifth inning and added another base hit in the seventh before coming around to score. He has reached base in seven consecutive contests, batting .409 with seven RBI, four runs scored and two homers in 25 plate appearances during that span. Overall, the 26-year-old outfielder is slashing .274/.315/.393 with 13 RBI, nine runs scored and two long balls across 89 plate appearances this season.

Smith isn't in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Giants, Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times reports.

After going 0-for-9 with a walk and two strikeouts over his last three games, Smith will step aside Thursday while the red-hot Dalton Rushing starts behind the plate and bats seventh.

Schmitt is not in the lineup for Thursday's contest versus the Dodgers.

Schmitt had made 11 consecutive starts, but he will begin Thursday's festivities on the bench. Will Brennan will draw the start at designated hitter against righty Tyler Glasnow and the Dodgers.

Doyle is absent from the lineup for Thursday's tilt versus the Padres.

It's the second straight day out of the lineup for Doyle, though he did get a plate appearance off the bench Wednesday (and struck out). Doyle has been in the Rockies' lineup for less than 70 percent of his team's games thus far, which is not a rate fantasy managers had in mind when they took the outfielder in drafts this spring. The 27-year-old hasn't exactly made a case to play more, having put together just a .206/.270/.279 batting line and 35.1 percent strikeout rate through 24 contests. Jake McCarthy will make a second consecutive start in center field for the Rockies in Thursday's matinee.
