Miller secured the save Sunday against the Orioles, throwing 1.1 clean innings. He struck out three.

The Orioles had no answer for Miller, who punched out at least three hitters Sunday for the 11th time already this year. The hard-throwing right-hander has been a lights-out closer for the Padres and fantasy managers alike in 2026, converting all 19 of his save opportunities so far. Miller, who leads the National League in saves, has a shiny 0.90 ERA, 0.80 WHIP and 59:12 K:BB over 30 frames.

Rogers (3-7) took the loss Sunday against the Padres, allowing two runs on five hits and two walks in six innings. He struck out four.

Although he's still struggling for strikeouts, Rogers is certainly finding a rhythm on the mound of late. The 28-year-old southpaw has recorded fewer than five punchouts in eight consecutive starts, but he does have a 3.12 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 10:4 K:BB over 17.1 innings covering three outings in June thus far. Rogers will try to further improve on his 5.86 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 48:22 K:BB over 66 frames going forward, but he'll have his work cut out for him with a road outing against the Dodgers on tap for his next appearance.

Buehler (4-3) notched the win Sunday against the Orioles, allowing one run on six hits and no walks in five innings. He struck out five.

Other than serving up a fifth-inning Jeremiah Jackson solo home run, Buehler was excellent Sunday while pouring in 60 of his 86 pitches for strikes. The 31-year-old right-hander is gaining momentum on the hill as of late, tossing at least 4.2 innings while giving up two runs or fewer in four consecutive starts. Buehler will aim to further improve on a 4.14 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 58:22 K:BB over 67.1 innings in a fairly soft matchup against the Rangers in Texas his next time out.

Fairbanks secured the save Sunday against the Pirates, allowing one run on one hit and no walks in the ninth inning. He struck out two.

Although Fairbanks held on for the save Sunday, his grip on Miami's closer role appears to be tenuous at best. The hard-throwing right-hander has given up at least one run in eight of his last 19 appearances, but he has punched out multiple batters eight times during that span. For the year, Fairbanks has a 6.75 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 29:11 K:BB over 20 innings while converting nine of his 11 save chances.

Meyer (7-0) notched the win Sunday against the Pirates, allowing one run on six hits and three walks in six innings. He struck out nine.

Meyer was able to outduel Paul Skenes on Sunday, firing six innings of one-run ball. The 27-year-old right-hander, who continues to push for his first career All-Star selection, tied a season high in strikeouts and has now pitched at least five frames while yielding two runs or fewer 10 times this year. Still undefeated in 2026, Mayer is next set to take an impressive 2.75 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 95:32 K:BB across 85 innings into a soft home matchup versus the Giants.

Meckler (head) is expected to be fine after exiting Sunday's 8-3 loss to the Rays in the fifth inning, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Meckler ran into the center field wall while trying to track down a fly ball off the bat of Ben Williamson in the top of the fourth inning, which ultimately went over his head for a home run. Meckler hit his head in the process, and he was removed from the game an inning later out of precaution. The outfielder can be considered day-to-day for the time being ahead of Monday's series opener on the road against the Diamondbacks.

Butler went 3-for-5 with a run scored in Sunday's 23-9 loss to the Rockies.

Butler batted leadoff for just the fifth time this season. He has gone 8-for-20 (.400) over his last seven games despite remaining in a part-time role. In that span, the Athletics have faced four southpaws, with Butler starting none of those contests. When more opposing right-handers come up, Butler looks to be gaining some momentum with the bat, which should allow him to challenge Carlos Cortes' starting job in right field. Butler is batting just .186 with a .550 OPS, four home runs, 17 RBI, 20 runs scored, four doubles and four stolen bases over 192 plate appearances this season.

Muncy went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and an additional RBI in Sunday's 23-9 loss to the Rockies.

Muncy has started five of six games at third base since returning from a broken hand Monday. He has gone 4-for-18 (.222) with seven RBI in those contests. For the season, the infielder is batting .236 with a .707 OPS, three homers, 14 RBI, 18 runs scored, six doubles, two triples and two stolen bases over 31 games. With Muncy working his way back to regular status in the lineup, it appears Zack Gelof will primarily compete with Jeff McNeil for playing time at second base, though all but one of Muncy's starts since his return have come against southpaws.

Skenes (6-6) took the loss Sunday against the Marlins, allowing two runs on four hits and one walk in six innings. He struck out 10.

Skenes was mostly dominant Sunday, recording a staggering 23 whiffs, but Miami did manage to tag him for a pair of solo home runs. The All-Star right-hander fanned double-digit hitters for the third time this year, and it was the seventh time that he spun six innings while yielding two runs or fewer. Skenes has a superb 2.85 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 99:16 K:BB across 82 innings, but he's set to face a tough test in Colorado his next time out.

Soderstrom went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double, two total RBI and two runs scored in Sunday's 23-9 loss to the Rockies.

Soderstrom continues to flex power in June with five homers over 12 games this month. He's batting .317 (13-for-41) with 13 RBI in that span. For the season, the outfielder is batting .241 with an .814 OPS, 12 long balls, 39 RBI, 33 runs scored, 19 doubles, two triples and a stolen base over 68 contests. His recent hitting is helping him get closer to the production he displayed last year, though his .257 BABIP on the campaign suggests he is still waiting for his luck to fully come back.
