Velazquez went 2-for-2 with a solo home run and a walk in Tuesday's 5-3 win over Atlanta.

Velazquez put the Cardinals on the board with a solo homer off Martin Perez in the fourth inning. It was his third homer of the year. Since being recalled May 29, the slugger is batting .316 (12-for-38) while starting almost exclusively against southpaws. He is unlikely to earn everyday at-bats, but the Cardinals should continue rotating him into the lineup in place of Alec Burleson, Lars Nootbaar or Nathan Church whenever they face a left-handed starter.

Caminero went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run in Tuesday's 10-4 win over the Royals.

Caminero delivered the biggest blow of Tampa Bay's six-run third inning, crushing a three-run homer off Noah Cameron to break the game open. The 22-year-old has now homered in five straight games and is batting .500 (10-for-20) with 15 RBI during that stretch. Even more impressively, Caminero has launched eight home runs over his last seven games, becoming the first player age 22 or younger to accomplish that feat since at least 1900. The third baseman is now slashing .294/.384/.555 with 23 home runs, 12 doubles, 52 RBI and 53 runs scored across 82 games this season.

Witt went 3-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in Tuesday's 10-4 loss to the Rays.

Witt did everything he could to keep Kansas City in the game, launching a two-run homer off Griffin Jax in the third inning before adding a solo shot in the eighth to trim Tampa Bay's sizable lead. Since returning to the lineup from an MCL sprain, the star shortstop is batting .286 (4-for-14) across four games.

Stewart went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double and two RBI in Tuesday's 7-2 loss to the Brewers.

Stewart accounted for all of Cincinnati's offense Tuesday. In the first inning he opened the scoring with a solo homer off Brandon Sproat, and he doubled home Elly De La Cruz in the sixth to chase Sproat from the game. The young first baseman is batting .317 over his last 10 games while recording five multi-hit performances and driving in 12 runs during that stretch.

Bauers went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and two additional runs scored in Tuesday's 7-2 win over the Reds.

After collecting singles in each of his first two at-bats, Bauers led off the sixth inning by crushing the first pitch he saw from Rhett Lowder for a 425-foot solo homer. The blast was his 15th of the season. He is now batting .310 over his last nine games, including three multi-hit performances. Through 74 contests this year, Bauers is slashing .272/.377/.508 with 15 home runs, 12 doubles, one triple, 50 RBI, 49 runs scored and five stolen bases.

Lowder (3-6) took the loss Tuesday against the Brewers, allowing six runs on 11 hits and one walk while striking out eight over 4.2 innings.

Lowder flashed electric stuff early, coming one pitch shy of an immaculate inning in the first and recording another strikeout-filled frame in the third. However, things unraveled in the fourth, as he surrendered six singles -- five consecutively -- leading to four runs. The right-hander returned for the fifth, but Jake Bauers greeted him by sending the first pitch over the fence for a solo homer. While the eight strikeouts established a new career high, so did the 11 hits allowed. Lowder has not completed six innings since April 20 and has posted a 0-5 record with a 7.22 ERA across 33.2 innings since. He is set to face Baltimore at home his next time out.

Conine went 4-for-5 with a double, a walk, a run and two RBI in a 14-3 romp over the Rockies on Tuesday.

Conine got the scoring started for Miami with a run-scoring double in the first inning. He went on to reach base four more times before the night was over, finishing with the first four-hit game of his career. Conine has reached base safely in five of his past six games, batting .400 (8-for-20) with a home run, two doubles, six RBI and a 4:6 BB:K over that stretch, and he's been getting steady playing time against right-handed pitching since coming off the IL on June 21, while bouncing between four different positions (DH, right field, left field and first base).

Sproat (3-4) earned the win Tuesday against the Reds, allowing two runs on four hits and two walks while striking out seven over 5.1 innings.

After serving up a solo homer to Sal Stewart in the first inning, Sproat settled in and held Cincinnati scoreless over the next four frames, including a stretch in which he struck out five of six batters faced. He allowed back-to-back doubles to open the sixth, plating another run before he exited. Sproat has been piling up strikeouts lately, recording 23 over his last 15 innings while issuing just four walks. He has also earned wins in back-to-back starts, both coming against Cincinnati. Sproat now owns a 5.28 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 80:34 K:BB across 75 innings. He is scheduled to face Arizona on the road Sunday in his second start of the week.

Edwards went 4-for-6 with a double, two runs and an RBI in a 14-3 win against Colorado on Tuesday.

Miami pounded out 21 total hits as a team, with Edwards and Griffin Conine pacing the squad with four knocks apiece. Edwards has put together a nine-game hitting streak during which he's slashing a scorching .444/.487/.556 with two doubles, a triple, five runs, four RBI and two stolen bases. The hot streak has pushed the speedy infielder's season batting average up to .304, eighth best in the majors.

Sanoja went 3-for-5 with a three-run home run and two additional runs scored in a 14-3 rout of the Rockies on Tuesday.

Sanoja turned a one-run lead into a four-run advantage with a three-run blast in the third inning. He added two singles to log his third three-hit performance over his past four games. Sanoja has gone 9-for-16 over that stretch with seven RBI, five runs and two stolen bases. He has started four of the Marlins' past five contests and seems to be in line for a consistent role between shortstop and third base.
