Banda blew the save in Friday's 9-8 win over the Rockies. He allowed two runs on three hits and no walks without a strikeout over two-thirds of an inning.

Minnesota entered the ninth inning with a 7-3 lead, but Eric Orze was unable to close things out, retiring just one of the four batters he faced. Banda was then called upon for the save once the lead was cut down to one run, but he surrendered two doubles and a homer before escaping the frame. Banda has recorded two saves and nine holds through 38 appearances this season, though his 4.54 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 31:14 K:BB aren't likely to net him regular chances in the ninth inning.

McCarthy went 3-for-5 with a double, a two-run home run and two runs scored Friday against the Twins.

McCarthy was a major catalyst of Colorado's rally late in the game, reaching base on a single and coming around to score in the eighth inning, before blasting his two-run homer one frame later. The performance extended his hitting streak to 10 games, during which McCarthy has gone 16-for-44 (.364) with two long balls, seven RBI and seven runs scored.

Goodman went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and three total RBI in Friday's extra-inning loss to the Twins.

Goodman delivered his home run in the top of the ninth inning, giving the Rockies a brief lead in the contest. He is coming off a poor homestand in which he went only 2-for-21 with eight strikeouts, but he snapped out of that slump with his showing Friday. Goodman now has 22 homers on the campaign and has an exceptional .271 ISO across 319 plate appearances.

Antonacci went 3-for-5 with a walk and two runs scored Friday against the Royals.

Antonacci collected a pair of hits and also scored twice in a 10-run third inning for the White Sox. He now has multiple hits in four of his last seven starts, going 10-for-26 with four RBI and five runs scored in that span. Antonacci has contributed across the board in his first 62 games in the majors, hitting .294 with four homers, 11 steals and 39 runs scored.

Bradley did not factor into the decision Friday versus the Rockies, giving up two runs on three hits and three walks over seven innings. He struck out seven.

Bradley fired seven scoreless innings but returned for the eighth, when he allowed a double and a walk that came around to score after his exit. The Minnesota bullpen then surrendered five runs during the ninth inning to prevent him from picking up his seventh win of the season. Despite that misfortune, it's still a second consecutive quality outing for Bradley, who has allowed just two runs in both of his past two starts to lower his season-long ERA to 3.98 through 15 games.

Sugano did not factor into the decision Friday, allowing seven runs on eight hits and one walk over five innings against the Twins. He struck out two.

The Japanese right-hander quickly put Colorado in a hole by serving up two-run homers in the first and second innings before surrendering three more tallies in the fifth. The Rockies stormed back to temporarily take the lead in the ninth inning and get Sugano off the hook for the loss before Minnesota walked it off in the 10th. The no-decision ends a run of four straight wins for Sugano, though he had an inflated 5.14 ERA during that stretch since he allowed six earned runs versus the A's on June 29. A matchup with the Marlins is likely on deck for him next week.

McGreevy did not factor into the decision Friday, allowing five hits and one walk over six scoreless innings against the Marlins. He struck out four.

McGreevy delivered his 10th quality start and fourth scoreless outing of the season Friday, but his winless streak still extended to eight games since St. Louis failed to score any runs. The right-hander has a 3.12 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 57:21 K:BB across 90.1 innings this season, though his record stands at 3-6 due largely to the lack of run support.

Dubon went 2-for-5 with a stolen base and two runs scored in Friday's 3-1 win over San Francisco.

Dubon logged his third multi-hit effort in his last five games, a span in which he's gone 9-for-22 (.409). The utility man hasn't been particularly active on the basepaths this season -- this was just his second steal on four attempts, with both successful thefts coming in June. He's now batting .267 with a .735 OPS, eight home runs, 43 RBI, 34 runs scored, 15 doubles and two triples over 76 contests.

Iglesias pitched a perfect inning to earn the save in Friday's 3-1 win over San Francisco.

Iglesias has run into some struggles lately, allowing four runs (two earned) over his last 5.2 innings. He took two losses in that five-game span, while Friday's outing marked the first time in eight appearances in June in which he didn't allow a hit. Iglesias is still a perfect 16-for-16 in save chances while pitching to a 1.37 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 29:6 K:BB over 26.1 innings this season. While there are some warning signs, Iglesias doesn't appear to be at risk of losing the closing job any time soon, especially while Robert Suarez (elbow inflammation) is on the injured list.

Meyer (9-0) earned the win Friday against the Cardinals, allowing two hits and two walks over seven scoreless innings. He struck out five.

The right-hander spent the week on the bereavement list but returned to the active roster Friday without missing a turn through the rotation, picking up his third consecutive victory and tying a franchise record with his ninth straight winning decision. Meyer gave up just a pair of singles in addition to the free passes despite generating just eight whiffs on 89 pitches. The 27-year-old has been pitching well all season but has been particularly sharp across his past five outings with a 1.78 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 33:11 K:BB over 30.1 innings.
