May (4-6) earned the win Tuesday against the Mets, tossing six scoreless innings on four hits and one walk while striking out six.

May was at his best Tuesday, working a season-high 101 pitches with 70 going for strikes and racking up an impressive 31 called and swinging strikes. It was the right-hander's first scoreless start of 2026, and he's now recorded a quality start in eight of his last 11 outings. May now owns a 4.21 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 66:20 K:BB through 72.2 innings and lines up for a home outing against San Diego next.

Rivero was removed from Tuesday's game against the Astros with an apparent left hand injury, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Rivero suffered the injury after fouling off a pitch in the fifth inning of Tuesday's contest and wasn't able to finish his at-bat. The severity of his injury remains unknown, but if he needs to go on the IL, the Angels will need to promote another catcher from the minors to provide depth behind Logan O'Hoppe.

Jones went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer in Tuesday's 3-2 win against Cleveland.

Jones launched a 443-foot two-run shot off Slade Cecconi in the second inning that opened the scoring. It was his first career MLB homer, and it looked like anything but a young player finding his footing. After he hit .167 in 10 games before he was sent back down, he's now hitting .500 across four games since being recalled. The strikeout rate has been a well-documented concern -- he's posted a 32.4 percent strikeout rate at Triple-A this season -- so the plate discipline bears watching, but with how banged up New York's outfield is at the moment, Jones should see playing time for the foreseeable future.

Moreno went 1-for-3 with two walks and a solo home run during Arizona's 10-6 loss to Miami on Tuesday.

Moreno reduced the Diamondbacks' deficit to 3-2 with a solo homer off Max Meyer in the fourth inning. Moreno has gone deep in back-to-back games and is up to five home runs on the season. He's slashing .257/.335/.429 with three steals and 22 RBI in 161 plate appearances.

Finnegan tossed 1.2 scoreless innings and earned a hold in Tuesday's 10-4 win over the Twins. He walked one and struck out three.

Finnegan got the last two batters of the seventh inning and then worked through the eighth for the Tigers. With Kenley Jansen (pelvis) on the IL, Finnegan has gotten some run as Detroit's closer, but he's blown four saves in five chances this year. The Tigers have seemingly turned to Will Vest to end games instead, though Finnegan has been effective overall with a 2.01 ERA across 31.1 innings out of the bullpen this season. The righty also leads the team with nine holds.

Carroll went 1-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional RBI during the Diamondbacks' 10-6 loss to the Marlins on Tuesday.

Carroll opened Tuesday's scoring with a solo home run in the first and tied things up at 6-6 in the eighth when his groundball out brought Tommy Troy home. Carroll is up to 11 home runs on the season, four of which have come over his last seven games. He is slashing .283/.372/.558 with seven steals, 33 RBI and 42 runs over 269 plate appearances this season.

Marte went 3-for-5 with a double and three RBI during the Diamondbacks' 10-6 loss to the Marlins on Tuesday.

Marte matched a season high with three RBI in Tuesday's loss, two of which came on a single in the eighth to reduce the Diamondbacks' deficit to 6-5. It was also the fifth game of at least three hits for Marte, and it could be the spark he needs to turn things around at the plate after he went 2-for-34 in his nine games prior to Tuesday. He is slashing .253/.305/.450 with 11 home runs and 40 RBI over 272 plate appearances this season.

Cruz earned the save Tuesday against Cleveland, tossing 1.2 scoreless innings with four strikeouts and a walk as New York held on for a 3-2 win.

With David Bednar having worked the previous two nights, Cruz was summoned in the eighth inning with one out and two runners aboard after Jake Bird ran into trouble -- Cruz immediately extinguished the threat by retiring the next two hitters. The right-hander returned for the ninth, and after issuing a leadoff walk, settled in by striking out the next three batters to secure the win. The outing was a reflection of the season Cruz has put together, as he has now held opponents scoreless in 13 of his last 14 appearances and sports a 1.84 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 37:15 K:BB across 29.1 innings. Cruz has earned additional save chances whenever Bednar is unavailable.

Gallen did not factor into the decision Tuesday against Miami. He allowed four runs on nine hits and one walk while striking out three across 5.1 innings.

It was the second straight start in which Gallen gave up nine hits. He's also given up at least four earned runs in three consecutive outings and in six of his last eight starts. Over 69.2 innings, the veteran right-hander has a 5.43 ERA and 1.55 WHIP, both of which are worst in the National League among qualified starters in 2026. Gallen's next start is slated for this weekend on the road against the Reds.

Greene went 1-for-3 with a walk, a home run, an additional run scored and two total RBI in Tuesday's 10-4 win over the Twins.

Greene ended a mini 0-for-7 slump over his previous two games with his seventh home run of the season in an easy Detroit win. The star outfielder is batting .316 over his last 10 contests with three long balls, five runs scored and six RBI. It looks like Greene is hitting his stride as he continues to drive the offense for the Tigers, and he remains a top-flight fantasy option.
