Sabrowski (elbow) underwent an MRI on Tuesday which confirmed inflammation but no structural damage, MLB.com reports.

Sabrowski was placed on the 15-day injured list Monday after not appearing in a game since last week. The Guardians have not provided a timeline as of yet, but the MLB.com report suggests a possible return in July. The return timeline could change pending new information in the coming weeks.

Holderman allowed one hit and struck out one over a scoreless sixth inning in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to Washington.

Holderman has been near perfect since the Guardians recalled him in late April, which is encouraging given that the team recently placed Erik Sabrowski (elbow), a high-leverage reliever, on the injured list. In 13 appearances since being called up, Holderman has allowed just one run on eight hits and three walks while striking out 19 over 16.1 innings. He told Tim Stebbins of MLB.com that health is the main reason for his success in 2026 after the reliever logged a 7.01 ERA and 1.95 WHIP in 25.2 innings for the Pirates last year. While Tuesday's outing was in a low-leverage spot, manager Stephen Vogt has recently incorporated Holderman late into close games. Within the last week, he's earned two wins and a hold.

Trevino (hamstring) is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Friday, MLB.com reports.

The goal of Friday's imaging is to determine how much activity Trevino should be allowed to do by the club's medical staff. The catcher exited a game May 16 and was added to the injured list shortly after with a three-to-four week timeline.

Pagan (hamstring) is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Friday to check on his healing, MLB.com reports.

Pagan has been doing what he can without stressing the hamstring, including throwing from his knees. Friday's imaging could determine if the reliever can handle more activity and make clearer the timeline for Pagan's return. At the time of his injury in early May, the estimate was between four and eight weeks.

Vargas went 1-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's 7-5 win over San Francisco.

Vargas had a couple of productive outs that knocked in runs. He's been in a significant slump the last two weeks -- Tuesday's eighth-inning double snapped an 0-for-22 run -- but Vargas continues to lead the team with 34 RBI. The 34-year-old infielder is slashing .303/.332/.486 over 194 plate appearances.

Fernandez entered Tuesday's game in the seventh inning after Nolan Arenado was removed due to a groin injury. Fernandez was hitless in his lone at-bat in a 7-5 win over the Giants.

Arizona manager Torey Lovullo downplayed Arenado's injury to Alex Weiner of Arizona Sports following the game and indicated there were no plans to have Arenado undergo imaging. Arenado is considered day-to-day, and Fernandez is likely to fill in at third base if needed.

Sullivan went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 15-6 loss to the Dodgers.

With the game turning into a blowout early, Sullivan was brought in to give Hunter Goodman some rest. Sullivan then pitched a scoreless eighth inning, allowing one hit and no walks, before tacking on a run for the Rockies with his solo shot off position player Miguel Rojas in the ninth. This was Sullivan's first homer since the 2024 campaign with the Padres, and he's added nine RBI, four runs scored, six doubles and no stolen bases while batting .195 with a .553 OPS over 84 plate appearances this year.

Karros went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Tuesday's 15-6 loss to the Dodgers.

Karros' homer came off position player Miguel Rojas in the ninth inning. They all count the same in the box score, and for Karros, this long ball ended a stretch of 29 contests without a homer and eight games without an extra-base hit. The third baseman is batting .208 with a .603 OPS, two homers, 14 RBI, 19 runs scored, seven doubles and two stolen bases over 52 games. That production is mostly similar to what he showed in his first 43 big-league contests last year.

Goodman went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 15-6 loss to the Dodgers.

Prior to Tuesday, Goodman was 7-for-33 (.212) with no extra-base hits over his last nine games. The catcher ended the power drought with a solo shot in the second inning, which was all the offense the Rockies could muster until they added some window dressing against position player Miguel Rojas in the ninth. Goodman is hitting .242 with a .775 OPS and 12 homers this season, but he's generated just 20 RBI, as the team around him isn't giving him much to bolster run production. He's added 31 runs scored, eight doubles and three stolen bases through 50 contests.

Freeland (1-6) allowed eight runs on nine hits and a hit batsman while striking out four and walking none over four innings, taking the loss Tuesday versus the Dodgers.

Freeland pitched well early in the season, but he hasn't looked the same since he returned from shoulder inflammation. He's allowed at least four runs in in five of his six starts since he came off the injured list, with Tuesday's outing being a new low point for him this season. He has an ugly 8.08 ERA, 1.75 WHIP and 39:14 K:BB through 42.1 innings over nine starts. Trusting any Rockies pitcher is tough in fantasy, but Freeland's even struggling on the road this year, making him a risky option even in favorable matchups.
