The Marlins promoted Arquette from High-A Beloit to Double-A Pensacola on Monday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

The seventh overall pick in the 2025 First-Year Player Draft slashed .276/.333/.517 over 63 plate appearances at Beloit after missing the beginning of the season while recovering from core-muscle surgery, and that was good enough for the Marlins to decide the 22-year-old needed a new challenge. The aggressive promotion schedule for Arquette suggests he could make his big-league debut as soon as early 2027 if he continues to hold his own on his way up the ladder.

The Athletics are slated to call up Jump from Triple-A Las Vegas to make his major-league debut, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

He will enter the rotation in place of the injured Aaron Civale (shoulder/lat). Jump has had an up-and-down season at Las Vegas with a 4.50 ERA and 56:20 K:BB over 38 innings, but he's been really sharp over his last two outings while tossing 11 shutout frames with a 15:1 K:BB. It's unclear when Jump will make his debut, but he last pitched May 20, so he's already sufficiently rested.

Lukes went 3-for-4 in Monday's loss to the Marlins.

Seeing his first big-league action since late April, Lukes got the start in center field and hit second while Daulton Varsho got a breather. Lukes had been heating up prior to straining his hamstring, and over his last eight games for the Jays he's batting .560 (14-for-25) with four doubles. The 31-year-old should have a regular spot in an outfield corner as Toronto mixes and matches with Jesus Sanchez and Yohendrick Pinango, with Myles Straw also available as a short-side platoon option.

Baldwin (oblique) doesn't yet have a timeline for his return, MLB.com reports.

The star catcher landed on the IL on May 19 with a Grade 1 oblique strain, the mildest category, but the best-case scenario still likely has him out until mid-June. Until Baldwin resumes baseball activities, though, a clear target date for his return won't be available.

Lewis (shoulder) has allowed five earned runs on five hits and four walks while striking out six over 6.2 innings in two appearances for Double-A Wichita since being assigned to the affiliate Wednesday after being reinstated from Triple-A St. Paul's 7-day injured list.

Lewis was shut down in spring training due to a right shoulder strain and opened the season on the shelf for St. Paul before he was cleared to begin a rehab assignment April 17. Over five rehab appearances between Single-A Fort Myers and the rookie-level Florida Complex League, Lewis struggled to regain form, posting a 6.00 ERA, 1.89 WHIP and 12:8 K:BB in nine innings. Though he's seemingly healthy again, Lewis will need to find success at Wichita before St. Paul brings him aboard as a potential rotation option.

Rojas struck out three and allowed one hit and one walk over three scoreless frames en route to collecting his first hold of the season in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Red Sox.

The 23-year-old lefty had tossed four scoreless innings in his first MLB start May 18 against the Astros, but he was part of the rotation only for a short-term basis. Taj Bradley was reinstated from the 15-day injured list and worked the first five innings of Saturday's contest, with Rojas entering the game behind him and helping the Twins maintain their three-run lead.

Bleday went 1-for-4 with a walk and solo home run in Monday's 7-2 win over the Mets.

Bleday's solo shot in the third turned out to be the game-winning hit. His torrid start in a Cincinnati uniform has cooled off -- the outfielder entered Monday on a 3-for-27 run over the previous seven contests -- but he's locked in a regular gig in left field since being called up from Triple-A Louisville. Bleday has seven home runs and 21 RBI while slashing .270/.377/.596 through 25 games.

Lowder (shoulder) is expected to face hitters Wednesday, MLB.com reports.

Lowder has ramped up his rehab and completed a high-intensity throwing session Monday. The right-hander is working his way back from right shoulder discomfort that cropped up during a May 7 start. Even if a brief rehab assignment is necessary, Lowder could be ready for activation by the end of the week.

Arias (hamstring) has resumed baseball activities and hitting in a cage, MLB.com reports.

Guardians manager Stephen Vogt said earlier this month that Arias hit a snag in his rehab, which pushed the infielder's return timeline out. The initial estimate of 4-to-8 weeks lined him up for a late-May return, but his potential activation date has now been pushed out to sometime in June.

Allen allowed two unearned runs on five hits and one walk while striking out seven over four relief innings in Monday's 10-2 loss to Washington.

Allen, a starter in the minors, was called up Sunday and needed to bail out the bullpen a day later when starter Tanner Bibee was done after three innings. The Guardians are in the middle of a stretch where they are playing 13 consecutive days, which can be taxing on a 'pen. Given that Allen burned 61 pitches Monday, he's unlikely to be available for several days. As such, his locker was cleaned out post-game, indicating the Guardians will make a roster move Tuesday, per Tim Stebbins of MLB.com.
