Morris allowed five runs on five hits, a walk and a hit batsman while striking out none over 2.2 innings in a no-decision Friday versus the Mariners.

After a decent first inning, Morris gave up five runs over the next two frames before Brady Basso was brought in to clean up the mess. In his two starts this season, Morris has given up a total of 14 runs over 6.2 innings, though he hasn't been all that effective in a multi-inning relief role either. The Athletics are well out of the playoff race, so Morris may still get a few more opportunities down the stretch, but with a 10.90 ERA across 17.1 innings, he's unlikely to do much to help in fantasy.

House went 2-for-4 with a double, a stolen base and a run scored in Friday's 5-3 loss to the Dodgers.

House was one of three Nationals with multiple hits in the contest. He has hit safely in nine of his last 12 games, going 12-for-38 (.316) with 10 RBI in that span. The third baseman is batting .246 with a .717 OPS, 10 home runs, three steals, 41 RBI, 36 runs scored and 14 doubles over 77 contests this season. House will likely continue to see the majority of the time at third base to close out 2026.

Kent (1-3) allowed four runs (three earned) on four hits and four walks while striking out four over five innings to take the loss versus the Dodgers on Friday.

Kent gave up three runs during the third inning and another in the fourth, which ended up being the difference. It was a bit of a letdown after he earned his first win and quality start against the Marlins last week. Kent has struggled in his first taste of the majors, posting a 5.55 ERA, 1.68 WHIP and 21:19 K:BB through 24.1 innings over five starts. He'll likely continue to get on-the-job experience to close out the year, with his next start projected to come in San Diego.

Tucker went 1-for-2 with a solo home run, a walk and a second run scored in Friday's 5-3 win over the Nationals.

Tucker ended a 22-game power drought with his sixth-inning blast. During that stretch, he hit just .132 (10-for-76) with two doubles, one triple and five RBI. Inconsistency has been a theme for Tucker throughout much of the campaign, but he continues to hold down a starting role in right field. He's batting .226 with a .686 OPS, 12 homers, 59 RBI, 73 runs scored, 20 doubles, three triples and 10 stolen bases over 133 contests.

Dreyer allowed one hit and struck out one without being charged for a run over one inning to earn the save in Friday's 5-3 win over the Nationals.

Seth Halvorsen was sloppy in a non-save situation, and Dreyer subsequently allowed two inherited runners to score before ending the threat. Since the start of August, Dreyer has allowed three runs on eight hits and eight walks while striking out 17 over 12.1 innings. He has earned two saves and three holds with a blown save and a 1-1 record in that span. Dreyer is at a 2.88 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and 67:20 K:BB through 56.1 innings this season, filling a versatile role in a bullpen that has dealt with a number of injuries.

Snell (3-1) allowed five hits and two walks while striking out seven over six scoreless innings to earn the win over the Nationals on Friday.

Snell continues to excel -- he threw 65 of 100 pitches for strikes in this outing. He's earned quality starts in four of five games since he returned from an elbow procedure, and he's yet to allow more than one run in any of those outings. For the season, Snell has a 1.97 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 43:14 K:BB across 32 innings through six starts. He'll look to keep rolling in his next start, which is lined up to be at Miami, though he could be moved up to work in next week's home series against the Reds if the Dodgers temporarily reduce the rotation to five starters due to injuries.

Rice went 3-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 3-2 extra-inning loss to the Padres.

Rice has six multi-hit efforts over his last 11 games, going 16-for-46 (.348) in that span. He's added two homers, two doubles and eight RBI during the hot stretch. Rice is batting .257 with an .875 OPS, 36 homers, 88 RBI, 87 runs scored, 22 doubles, three triples and three stolen bases through 135 contests this season as the Yankees' primary designated hitter.

Fried allowed one run on four hits and a walk while striking out four over 5.2 innings in a no-decision versus the Padres on Friday.

Fried got up to 72 pitches (51 strikes), and his efficiency in this contest nearly earned him a quality start. He worked in tandem with Will Warren, who threw 2.1 scoreless and hitless innings in relief. Fried's workload is nearly high enough to trust him to regularly contend for wins over the rest of the season. He's at a 2.73 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 87:29 K:BB through 95.2 innings this year. The star southpaw is projected to make his next start at home in a favorable matchup versus the Rockies.

Campusano went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Friday's 3-2 extra-inning win over the Yankees.

Campusano delivered a walk-off blast in the 10th inning, taking Paul Blackburn deep. After a slight dip in playing time in late August, Campusano is back to getting fairly steady work between catcher and designated hitter, having started three of the last four games, though the Padres have faced three left-handed starters in that span. On the year, Campusano is batting .283 with an .849 OPS, six homers, 25 RBI, 19 runs scored and 11 doubles across 56 contests.

Buehler allowed one run on three hits and two walks while striking out six over five innings in a no-decision versus the Yankees on Friday.

Buehler fared well in a tough matchup, limiting the damage to a Ben Rice solo home run in the third inning. Buehler has gone nine straight outings without allowing more than three runs, giving up a total of 17 runs (16 earned) over 47.1 innings in that span. The veteran right-hander is now at a 4.56 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 117:51 K:BB through 136.1 innings, but he's been sharp in the second half of the campaign. Buehler is projected for a home start versus the Nationals in his next outing.
