Jayden Murray RP | CHC
Cubs' Jayden Murray: Dealt to Cubs
The Cubs acquired Murray from the Astros on Saturday in exchange for first baseman Cameron Sisneros, Ari Alexander of 7 News Boston reports.
Houston designated Murray for assignment Tuesday after he allowed 11 earned runs in just 13.1 frames in the majors. He owns a 1.17 ERA and 0.79 WHIP at the Triple-A level this season, however, so the Cubs will take a chance on him and add him to their 40-man roster. The 29-year-old still has minor-league options remaining and therefore doesn't have to join the 26-man active roster immediately, though he could report directly to Chicago to provide the big club with a fresh bullpen arm.

Mickey Gasper DH | BOS
Red Sox's Mickey Gasper: Sitting down Saturday
Gasper is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Mariners, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.
Gasper has taken over as the No. 1 option in Boston's catching trio and is even seeing regular run in the leadoff spot, but he will get a night off after three consecutive starts. Newcomer Anthony Seigler will lead off Saturday while Carlos Narvaez catches for rookie Connelly Early.

Anthony Seigler 2B | BOS
Red Sox's Anthony Seigler: Recalled from Worcester
The Red Sox recalled Seigler from Triple-A Worcester on Saturday.
With Isiah Kiner-Falefa on the injured list due to forearm inflammation, Seigler will rejoin the big club to help bolster Boston's infield depth. The 27-year-old has spent the vast majority of the season at Triple-A, slashing .289/.405/.437 with three homers, 23 RBI and 18 runs scored through 163 plate appearances. He could make an occasional start while the Red Sox are without Kiner-Falefa and Nick Sogard (oblique), though Andruw Monasterio is likely the frontrunner for regular playing time.

Luis Urias 2B | TOR
Blue Jays' Luis Urias: Traded to Toronto
The Blue Jays acquired Urias from the Diamondbacks on Saturday in exchange for cash considerations, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Urias, an eight-year MLB veteran, has played well this season at the Triple-A level in the Pacific Coast League (.939 OPS in 27 games) and is expected to join Toronto's major-league squad after exercising an upward mobility clause in his contract. Zwelling notes Urias' low chase rates throughout his time in the majors made him an appealing target for the Blue Jays, and the 29-year-old will now receive another big-league opportunity in his new organization.

Isiah Kiner-Falefa 2B | BOS
Red Sox's Isiah Kiner-Falefa: Lands on injured list
The Red Sox placed Kiner-Falefa on the 10-day injured list Saturday, retroactive to Friday, with left forearm inflammation, Tim Healey of The Boston Globe reports.
Kiner-Falefa was a late scratch from the lineup before Friday's game, and his forearm will now force him to remain sidelined until at least June 29. Andruw Monasterio is a likely candidate to pick up extra starts in the infield while Kiner-Falefa is out, and Anthony Seigler will come up from Triple-A Worcester to add to Boston's infield depth.

Adley Rutschman C | BAL
Orioles' Adley Rutschman: Out again Saturday
Rutschman (head) is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Dodgers, Jacob Calvin Meyer of The Baltimore Sun reports.
This marks Rutschman's second consecutive absence from the starting nine after he was hit in the head by an errant throw while running to first base Thursday. Samuel Basallo will do the catching once again with Gunnar Henderson at DH and Blaze Alexander at shortstop.

Tristan Gray SS | MIN
Twins' Tristan Gray: Idle Saturday
Gray isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Arizona.
Gray will take a seat to begin Saturday's contest following his 1-for-4 performance Friday. Ryan Kreidler will fill in as Minnesota's shortstop and bat ninth.

Jacob Young CF | WAS
Nationals' Jacob Young: Exits with injury
Young was removed from Saturday's game against the Rays with an apparent upper-body injury, Spencer Nusbaum of The Athletic reports.
Young injured himself while making a leaping catch against the outfield wall in the eighth inning and seemed to be grabbing near his ribs after falling to the ground. The Nationals will likely send him in for imaging and could have an update on his status after the game.

Carlos Cortes RF | ATH
Athletics' Carlos Cortes: Out of Saturday's lineup
Cortes isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Angels.
Cortes will take a day off to reset after going 0-for-15 across his last four games. While he sits, Lawrence Butler will start in right field, and Jonah Heim will work as the DH.

Zack Gelof 3B | ATH
Athletics' Zack Gelof: Absent from lineup
Gelof isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Angels.
Gelof's hit streak remains alive and well at 23 games, but the A's will give him a chance to catch his breath Saturday. His absence will allow Max Muncy to start at third base while batting eighth.
