Carrigg went 3-for-5 with a double, an RBI and a run scored Wednesday against the Orioles.

Carrigg was out of the lineup for consecutive games to end August due to an inappropriate interaction with a fan, but he's regained his starting position for the last two games. He also entered Wednesday's contest in a significant slump, collecting only four hits across 37 at-bats with two RBI and three runs scored in his last 10 games. However, Carrigg delivered in a big way during the series finale versus Baltimore, doubling to left field before coming around to score the game-tying run in the ninth inning.

Peck went 2-for-5 with a double, a run scored and three RBI in Wednesday's 11-6, extra-innings win over the Twins.

Peck delivered a double in the second inning, which was his first major-league hit and plated his first two runs. The 24-year-old just got called up from Triple-A Toledo on Monday, and it appears that he's going to get a long look at shortstop, with fellow rookies Kevin McGonigle and Hao-Yu Lee settling in at third base and second base, respectively. Peck could help secure himself a regular role with the Tigers in 2027 if he finishes this year with a flourish.

Anderson took a no-decision against the Twins on Wednesday, allowing two runs (one earned) on three hits and two walks in 5.2 innings. He struck out five.

The right-hander continues to give the Tigers serviceable work since joining the rotation following the trades of Tarik Skubal and Casey Mize. Anderson has tallied at least four punchouts in five consecutive starts, giving up three runs or fewer each time out. He also threw a season-high 90 pitches Wednesday, suggesting he's ready to handle a full starter's workload going forward. Anderson is set to bring a season 3.73 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 101:37 K:BB over 91.2 innings into a home rematch with Minnesota.

Kremer took a no-decision against the Tigers on Wednesday, allowing four runs on six hits and two walks in four-plus innings. He struck out five.

Detroit did its damage in the second and fifth innings, plating a pair of runs in each frame. After giving up just one run in each of his first two starts with the Twins, Kremer has since conceded at least four runs in three of his past four outings. The right-hander will try to right the ship in a rematch with the Tigers in Detroit, where he'll bring a 4.99 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 28:13 K:BB over 30.2 innings with Minnesota.

Reynolds went 2-for-5 with a double and two runs scored Wednesday against the Giants.

Reynolds produced only five RBI and 14 runs scored across 27 games in August, but he's turned in consecutive strong performances to begin the Pirates' current homestand. In those two contests, he's gone 3-for-10 with five runs scored and a double. Reynolds has scored 94 runs this season, already setting a career high.

Clark went 3-for-4 with two walks, three doubles, an RBI and three runs scored in Wednesday's 11-6, extra-innings win over the Twins.

Clark came into the contest batting just .179 in his previous 10 games, but he broke out of his slump in a big way Wednesday. The rookie outfielder became the first Detroit player with three doubles in a game since Miguel Cabrera back in 2018. Clark has been a bit up and down since making his MLB debut back on July 31, though the 21-year-old has certainly flashed signs of his immense potential with a .766 OPS through his first 30 contests.

Anthony went 3-for-5 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 8-3 loss to the Mariners.

Anthony cut Boston's deficit to 8-2 in the seventh inning with a 370-foot shot off Michael Rucker, his second homer this season and first since returning from an extended IL stint. Anthony has certainly hit the ground running following a nearly four-month absence -- he has at least two hits in each of his last four games, going 9-for-18 with four extra-base hits since rejoining the Red Sox. Overall, Anthony is slashing .268/.376/.402 with 16 runs scored, six RBI and two steals across 149 plate appearances this year.

Miller did not factor into the decision Wednesday against the Red Sox, allowing a run on seven hits and a walk across 4.2 innings. He struck out three.

After he was demoted to the bullpen last week, the right-hander quickly rejoined the M's starting rotation after Emerson Hancock (groin) landed on the IL. Miller was limited to 65 pitches Wednesday, as he managed to work his way through traffic to hold Boston to one run. Overall, it was a step in the right direction for Miller, who struggled to a 9.00 ERA across 20 frames in his previous four starts. He'll carry a 4.01 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 95:26 K:BB into his next outing, tentatively scheduled to come at home against the Rangers.

Peterson (7-8) took the loss against the Brewers on Wednesday, allowing six runs on seven hits and four walks in 3.2 innings. He struck out four.

The southpaw never quite got going Wednesday, surrendering a pair of runs in the opening frame and being scored upon in three of the four innings he worked. It marked just the third time through 12 appearances that Peterson conceded more than two runs in a Cubs uniform. Chicago plans to bring Edward Cabrera (blister) back as a reliever eventually, positioning Peterson for a rotation spot the rest of the way. He'll carry a 4.58 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and 50:26 K:BB over 59 innings with Chicago into a road rematch with Milwaukee.

Palencia, who allowed a run on two hits across an inning of relief in Wednesday's 9-5 loss to the Brewers, has been scored on in four out of five appearances since returning from the injured list in late August.

Palencia missed nearly two months with a right elbow flexor strain, and he's yet to get into a groove since returning from the injured list. The flamethrowing righty's ERA has climbed up to 5.14 due to his recent struggles, and he's simply a middle-relief option in Chicago's bullpen until further notice. As a result, Palencia's fantasy value is trending downward.
