The Chargers signed Fisk from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports. Fisk was unable to make the Chargers' 53-man roster at the end of training camp, but he opted to stick around on the Bolts' practice squad. He hasn't been elevated this season, but he is now on the active roster and will serve as the Chargers' No. 4 tight end behind Will Dissly, Hayden Hurst and Stone Smartt (ankle).

The Chargers signed Fisk to the practice squad Wednesday. Fisk played in just one preseason game for the Chargers after joining Aug. 14, but he'll stick around on the team's practice squad. He appeared in six regular-season games for the Falcons in 2023, during which he played 69 snaps on offense and 84 snaps on special teams.

The Chargers waived Fisk on Tuesday. After being waived off the Falcons' IR in May, Fisk managed to catch on with the Chargers on Aug. 14. He didn't accrue a catch in the Bolts' second preseason game and sat out of the preseason finale against the Cowboys on Saturday. Fisk will explore his next options should he go unclaimed off waivers.

He appeared in six games with Atlanta last season and turned his only target into a nine-yard reception. Now, Fisk will get a chance to compete for a depth spot in Los Angeles' tight end room.

The Falcons waived Fisk (undisclosed) from IR with an injury settlement Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Fisk was waived-injured by Atlanta on May 22 and has now reached an injury settlement with the team. When he recovers from his undisclosed issue, he'll be able to sign with another organization. Fisk caught one pass for nine yards over six games as a depth tight end and special-teamer with the Falcons last year.
