• Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Long TD run in OT win

  Walker rushed 11 times for 100 yards and a touchdown and brought in all three targets for 64 yards in the Seahawks' 38-37 overtime win over the Rams on Thursday night. Walker delivered quite the spark early in the second half, rattling off a season-high 55-yard touchdown run off right guard to erase what had been a 13-7 deficit. The performance marked Walker's second 100-yard effort of the season, and he also delivered a season-long 46-yard catch on his way to a season-high receiving yardage total. Walker outpaced backfield mate Zach Charbonnet by two carries and 68 rushing yards Thursday, but the two players are likely to remain in their usual narrow timeshare in a Week 17 road matchup against the Panthers on Sunday, Dec. 28

  Walker's best game this season was in Week 11 at the Rams when he scored 20.1 PPR points. He did everything in that outing that we wanted, which was score a touchdown and work in the passing game with three catches for 44 yards on three targets. That's the last time Walker scored a touchdown, which is a span of four games, and he's combined for 6.7 PPR points in his past two contests against Atlanta and Indianapolis with 19 carries for 46 yards and two catches for 1 yard on two targets over that span. The Rams have only allowed three rushing touchdowns to running backs all season and are No. 2 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to the position. Walker is only worth using as a flex option at best in Week 16.

  Walker was held to 17 yards on nine carries while catching his only target for two yards in Sunday's 18-16 win over the Colts. Walker managed to sink even deeper than last week's sub-30 yard showing against the Falcons by setting a new low in rushing yards in Sunday's win over the Colts. Zach Charbonnet (8-31-0) didn't fare much better in a game that featured no touchdowns for Seattle. That said, Walker's recent struggles could lead to fewer opportunities in the closing weeks if he can't turn things around against the Rams on Thursday Night Football.

• Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Limited Thursday

  Walker (glute) was limited at Thursday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports. Walker also dealt with a glute injury last week but avoided a designation heading into the weekend before logging a 55 percent snap share this past Sunday against the Vikings en route to 16 touches for 74 yards from scrimmage. Meanwhile, fellow RB Zach Charbonnet handled a 39 percent share of snaps and had 14 carries for 52 yards and one touchdown. A similar breakdown of work likely will occur Sunday in Atlanta if Walker is cleared on Friday's practice report.

  Walker is playing well coming into Week 14 at Atlanta, and he has three games in a row with at least 10.4 PPR points, including two outings with at least 13.1 PPR points. His involvement in the passing game lately has been great with nine catches for 92 yards on 11 targets in his past three games, and he has at least three targets in each outing. The Falcons are No. 8 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs, and nine guys have scored at least 11.1 PPR points against Atlanta in the past seven games, including a pair of teammates for the Dolphins in Week 8 (De'Von Achane and Ollie Gordon II) and the Patriots in Week 9 (TreVeyon Henderson and Terrell Jennings), which bodes well for Walker and Zach Charbonnet, who should be considered a sleeper. Charbonnet has scored a touchdown in three of his past four games coming into Week 14.
