Matt Gay K | SF
Colts' Matt Gay: Strong day in loss
Gay made both of his two field-goal attempts and both of his two extra-point tries in Sunday's 37-20 loss at Jacksonville.
Gay had missed just one kick through five games going into Indianapolis' contest at the Jaguars in Week 6 and continued to be a model of accuracy, including connecting on his fifth 50-plus-yard field goal on as many attempts in 2023. However, in Week 7, the Colts will host a Cleveland defense that's been one of the best in the league through six weeks, dampening expectations for Gay somewhat.

Evan McPherson K | CIN
Bengals' Evan McPherson: Clutch in Week 6 win
McPherson made his only field-goal attempt and both of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 17-13 win versus Seattle.
McPherson didn't get a ton of chances during a low-scoring affair versus the Seahawks, but he answered the call and drove home a 52-yard attempt early in the fourth quarter after a three-and-out from Cincinnati's offense to extend the team's lead to four points, which the Bengals would hold the rest of the way. Cincinnati has struggled to advance the ball the whole length of the field so far this season, putting McPherson on pace for a career high in field-goal attempts. He's remained as effective as ever, but the Bengals will have a tough San Francisco defense on tap after their Week 7 bye.

Greg Zuerlein K | NYJ
Jets' Greg Zuerlein: Nine made FGs in last two games
Zuerlein converted all four of his field-goal attempts in Sunday's 20-14 win over the Eagles.
New York's defense forced four turnovers, giving the offense numerous short fields, but it took until the game's final two minutes for the Jets to finally find the end zone. Prior to that point, Zuerlein accounted for the team's first 12 points with makes from 43, 42, 35 and 38 yards. Zuerlein made a 60-yard field goal last season, but the Jets notably turned down a pair of opportunities from 55-plus yards in Sunday's win, electing to go for it once and punt another time.

Ka'imi Fairbairn K | HOU
Texans' Ka'imi Fairbairn: Perfection again
Fairbairn converted two of two field-goal attempts and both extra-point kicks in Sunday's 20-13 win over New Orleans in Week 6.
Fairbairn made a couple of chip shots -- 24 and 22 yards -- and has not missed a kick since Week 2. While Houston's offense did a better job of converted its red-zone trips into touchdowns Sunday, the team ranks 26th with a 38.1 percent touchdown rate on its drives that reach the 20-yard line and in. That has helped Fairbairn rise to the top of kicker scoring. His 17 makes lead all kickers and 18 attempts rank second.

Eddy Pineiro K | SF
Panthers' Eddy Pineiro: Misses field goal
Pineiro missed his only field-goal attempt and made all three of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 42-21 loss to the Dolphins.
Pineiro went wide right from 43 yards to end the first half. That misfire contributed toward Pineiro scoring a season-low three points heading into Carolina's bye week.

Dustin Hopkins K | CLE
Browns' Dustin Hopkins: Plays significant role in upset win
Hopkins converted four of five field-goal attempts and his lone extra-point kick in Sunday's 19-17 win over San Francisco in Week 6.
The Browns, operating without starting quarterback Deshaun Watson (shoulder), were expected to be outplayed by an undefeated 49ers team, but the defense and Hopkins' leg scored the upset victory. His 13 points were a season high and necessary on a day when the offense was led by former practice squad quarterback PJ Walker. It wasn't an easy day to kick in Cleveland -- San Francisco's Jake Moody missed two kicks -- but Hopkins connected from 42, 46, 50 and 29 yards while missing left from 47. One wonders what might have been had Cleveland stuck with the inconsistent Cade York. Hopkins is 12-for-14 on field-goals attempts and perfect on all five extra-point kicks.

Cairo Santos K | CHI
Bears' Cairo Santos: Posts seven points
Santos converted both of his field-goal attempts in the Bears' 19-13 loss to the Vikings on Sunday.
Santos was very quiet over the first four games of the season, but he has scored 23 points over his last two games. If the Bears continue to show improvement on offense, Santos could work his way into being a streaming option at kicker.

Wil Lutz K | DEN
Broncos' Wil Lutz: No field-goal attempts in loss
Lutz did not attempt a field goal or PAT during Thursday's 19-8 loss to the Chiefs.
Lutz's lack of involvement Thursday was a direct result of the Broncos' glaring offensive struggles against the Chiefs defense. Though Denver found the end zone late in the contest, the team elected to go for a two-point conversion while in catch-up mode. The veteran kicker has now made eight of his nine field-goal tries and has gone 11-for-12 on PATs through the first six games of the 2023 campaign. Lutz will look to bounce back when the Broncos host the Packers in Week 7.

Harrison Butker K | KC
Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Outstanding in TNF win
Butker converted all four of his field-goal attempts and his only extra-point try during the Chiefs' 19-8 win over the Broncos on Thursday night.
Butker converted field goals of 52 and 60 yards out during Thursday night's win, and even some of his shorter kicks had to contend with heavy winds. The veteran kicker has been money for the Chiefs all season, as he hasn't missed a conversion on 15 field-goal attempts and 14 extra-point tries. Butker will work to keep up his momentum Week 7 against the Chargers.

Eddy Pineiro K | SF
Panthers' Eddy Pineiro: Makes all kicks
Pineiro made his only field-goal attempt and all three of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 42-24 loss to the Lions.
Pineiro converted a 33-yarder on his lone field goal. Through five games, he's missed only one of 18 total kicks, resulting in 35 points.
