Evan McPherson K | CIN
Bengals' Evan McPherson: Misses two kicks
McPherson missed his only field-goal attempt as well as one of his two extra-point tries in Monday night's 32-13 loss to the Browns.
McPherson went wide right with a 47-yard field goal just before halftime, then failed on his next kick as well. Although he finished by converting a PAT, it was a forgettable outing for the second-year player, with his point total marking a season low.

Tyler Bass K | BUF
Bills' Tyler Bass: Notches nine points
Bass made both of his field-goal attempts and all three of his extra-point tries in Sunday night's 27-17 win over the Packers.
Bass converted field goals from 42 and 38 yards. His nine points marked his third most in a game this season, with his overall tally of 57 putting him just outside the top 10 for kickers league-wide.

Brett Maher K | LAR
Cowboys' Brett Maher: Career-high seven PATs
Maher connected on all seven of his extra-point attempts in Sunday's 49-29 win over the Bears.
Despite not getting any field-goal attempts, Maher still wound up with solid production by virtue of sheer volume. The 32-year-old kicker's prior career high for PATs in a single game was five, set in Week 1 of the 2019 season, and with Dak Prescott back under center and the Cowboys' offense regaining its swagger, Maher figures to be plenty busy in the second half of the season.

Riley Patterson K | MIA
Jaguars' Riley Patterson: Makes all three kicks
Patterson converted his lone field-goal attempt and both PATs during Sunday's 21-17 loss to Denver.
Patterson came through on all of his opportunities but only kicked three times as Jacksonville averaged only 4.7 yards per play. He's 11-for-12 on field goals and 15-for-16 on PATs through eight games this year.

Jake Elliott K | PHI
Eagles' Jake Elliott: Only needed for extra points
Elliott went 5-for-5 on extra-point attempts in Sunday's Week 8 win over the Steelers but was not asked to kick any field goals.
Elliott hasn't lost any effectiveness this season, but the Eagles have found the end zone frequently enough that his fantasy value has taken a hit. He's only missed two kicks (one field goal and one extra point) all season, but the Eagles rank last in the league in field-goal attempts thanks in large part to the fact that they rank second in the league in touchdowns.

Cade York K | NO
Browns' Cade York: Has one attempt blocked
York converted one of two field-goal attempts and all three extra-point tries in Monday's 32-13 win over Cincinnati in Week 8.
York had a kick blocked for a second consecutive week. His first try, from 53 yards out, was rejected by the Bengals' B.J. Hill. In last week's loss to the Ravens, York had a 60-yard boot deflected. The rookie kicker later redeemed himself with a 55-yard field goal.

Brandon McManus K | GB
Broncos' Brandon McManus: No field-goal attempts in win
McManus did not attempt a field goal Sunday while going 3-for-3 on extra-point tries in the Broncos' 21-17 win over the Jaguars.
McManus failed to produce at least one field goal for the first time this season. The veteran kicker has often been relied upon this season with the Broncos' typically struggling to finish drives, but Sunday's win over the Jaguars saw the offense find the end zone on three different occasions. Denver is on bye in Week 9, and the team will look to get their offense on track for the second half of the season. An improved offensive attack could lead to more opportunities for McManus in scoring range.

Rodrigo Blankenship K | TB
Cardinals' Rodrigo Blankenship: Contained to kickoffs in Week 8
Blankenship recorded six kickoffs, all touchbacks, during Sunday's 34-26 loss in Minnesota.
Blankenship filled in for the Cardinals' regular kicker Matt Prater in the final of his three absences due to a right hip injury. While Prater was cleared to log field-goal attempts and point-after tries Sunday -- he made two FGAs and PATs apiece in his return -- Blankenship, who was inked to the active roster last Wednesday, handled kickoff duties Week 8. Such a breakdown of placekicking tasks may be the team's reality until Prater is back to full health.

Matt Prater K | BUF
Cardinals' Matt Prater: Perfect in return to action
Prater made both field-goal attempts and both point-after tries during Sunday's 34-26 loss at Minnesota.
In his return to action following a three-game absence due to a sore right hip, Prater remained perfect on the season, as he's hit true on 14 combined FGAs and PATs. Overall, though, he's averaging just 6.0 points in his five appearances, which ranks 29th among kickers to have played at least that many games in 2022. In any case, Prater appears to have staved off Rodrigo Blankenship for scoring chances, though the latter may hold on to kickoff duties until the former is healthy enough to handle them.

Eddy Pineiro K | SF
Panthers' Eddy Pineiro: Costly misses Sunday
Pineiro missed one of his three field-goal tries as well as one of his three extra-point attempts in Sunday's 37-34 overtime loss to the Falcons.
Pineiro first missed a long extra-point try following a dramatic DJ Moore touchdown to tie the game with just seconds remaining. The kicker then had an opportunity to win the game again in overtime, but he went wide left with a 32-yarder. Following those high-profile mistakes, Pineiro's job security is something to monitor ahead of Week 9's game versus the Bengals.
