  • Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Nails game-winner

Carlson made all three of his field-goal attempts and his only extra-point try in Monday's 16-14 win over the Browns.

Carlson converted from 24 and 40 yards prior to draining a game-winning 48-yarder as time expired. Monday's performance added to another superb campaign from Carlson, who has missed merely six of 61 total attempts thus far.

  • Broncos' Brandon McManus: Misses field goal

McManus missed one of two field-goal attempts but made his only extra-point try in Sunday's 15-10 loss to the Bengals.

McManus converted from a season-long 54 yards prior to sending his next field-goal attempt, a 51-yarder, wide right just before halftime. Counting Sunday's performance, McManus has now scored four points or fewer in three of his last four games, restricting him to 91 points on the campaign.

  • Panthers' Zane Gonzalez: May be done for season

Gonzalez could be placed on injured reserve after he was diagnosed with a strained right quadriceps following an MRI on Monday, Jonathan M. Alexander of The Charlotte Observer reports.

The diagnosis is good news for Gonzalez, whom the Panthers feared had torn a muscle while warming up prior to Sunday's 31-14 loss to the Bills. Since the Panthers didn't have another player with NFL kicking experience on the roster, Carolina eschewed extra-point tries on both of its touchdowns and instead went for two. Though the Panthers haven't officially provided an update on Gonzalez's outlook for Week 16 and beyond, the team signed another kicker in Lirim Hajrullahu off Washington's practice squad, per Joe Person of The Athletic. Hajrullahu's addition likely foreshadows Gonzalez's eventual move to season-ending IR.

  • Ravens' Justin Tucker: Continues to be automatic

Tucker converted his lone field-goal attempt and all three of his extra-point attempts Sunday against the Packers.

Tucker has not missed a kick since Week 10 against the Dolphins. Baltimore had success finding its way to the end zone Sunday, which limited Tucker's field goal chances, as his streak of multi-field goal games was snapped at four games. Baltimore heads to Cincinnati to face the Bengals on Sunday.

  • Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Won't be available Week 16

Butker (illness) won't be activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list ahead of the Chiefs' Week 16 game against the Steelers after he tested positive for the virus Monday, Pete Sweeney of ArrowheadPride.com reports.

Though vaccinated players that test positive for the virus are eligible to be removed from the NFL's COVID-19 protocol in as little as one day if asymptomatic, unvaccinated players that test positive are subject to automatic 10-day quarantines. While head coach Andy Reid hasn't officially ruled Butker out, Sweeney's report confirms that the kicker is following the protocol for unvaccinated players, making him ineligible to play Sunday. The Chiefs already telegraphed that Butker won't be available Week 16 when they signed kicker Elliott Fry off their practice squad Monday, a transaction that would normally be made at the end of the week. Assuming Butker is feeling healthy by the time his 10-day quarantine ends, he should reclaim kicking duties Week 17 in Cincinnati on Jan. 2.

  • Greg Joseph K | LV

Vikings' Greg Joseph: Perfect in Monday night win

Joseph converted his only field-goal attempt and both extra-point tries during Monday's divisional win over the Bears.

Joseph had attempted a combined seven field goals in his last two appearances, so it was disappointing for fantasy purposes to see him contained by a low-scoring affair versus Chicago. He will get a chance to bounce back against a solid Rams defense Week 16.

  • Dolphins' Jason Sanders: Converts lone FGA

Sanders made his only field-goal attempt and all four extra-point tries during Sunday's win over the Jets.

Sanders performed reliably during Sunday's divisional win, accounting for seven points. Prior to Sunday's game Sanders had logged four straight contests with at least two field-goal tries, however, so his involvement versus New York was somewhat disappointing. He could get more chances versus the Saints on Monday night, as long as Miami's defense can keep the overall score close.

  • Browns' Chase McLaughlin: Calls for job should increase

McLaughlin missed his lone field-goal attempt and converted two of two extra point kicks in Monday's 16-14 loss to Las Vegas.

After nailing an attempt that was wiped out by the Raiders' late timeout call, McLaughlin missed wide right on a 41-yard attempt as time ran out in the first half. That would have made it a 10-3 game heading into the second half. He's misfired on field goals in five of the last six games, going 4-of-9 during the stretch. Some of the misses put the Browns in a more difficult position, but McLaughlin's miss Monday was the first one that can be argued cost Cleveland a win. The coaching staff has stuck by the struggling kicker, but they may have to make a change.

  • Cairo Santos K | CHI

Bears' Cairo Santos: Misses field goal in loss

Santos made one of two field-goal attempts in the Bears' 17-9 loss to the Vikings on Monday.

Although Santos was accurate on a 34-yard kick, he came up short on a 49-yard attempt late in the first half. With the Bears not scoring a touchdown until the last play of the game, he didn't attempt an extra point. With three or fewer points in three of his last five games, he'll likely be a boom-or-bust fantasy option down the stretch.

  • Brett Maher K | LAR

Saints' Brett Maher: Accounts for every point

Maher converted three of three field-goal attempts during Sunday's 9-0 win over Tampa Bay.

Neither team was able to get much going, but Maher was at least able to cap off three scoring drives from between 35 and 42 yards out. While fantasy owners have appreciated consecutive strong fantasy performances from the kicker, they should remember the three games before that when Maher totaled three field-goal attempts. He'll at least be a high-upside fantasy option when New Orleans matches up with Miami at home in Week 16.
