Baker Mayfield QB | TB
Browns' Baker Mayfield: Hurts shoulder in loss
Mayfield's left arm was in a sling after Sunday's 37-14 loss to the Cardinals, Jake Trotter of ESPN reports. He injured his left shoulder during the game but was able to keep playing.
Mayfield completed 19 of 28 passes for 234 yards, two touchdowns and in interception while adding eight yards on three rushing attempts. Case Keenum replaced him late once the game was out of hand, but Mayfield was previously able to play through the injury, which bodes well for his potential availability against the Broncos on Thursday.

Taylor Heinicke QB | LAC
Football Team's Taylor Heinicke: Struggles against KC
Heinicke completed 24 of 39 pass attempts for 182 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's 31-13 loss to Kansas City.
Heinicke kept Washington in the game throughout the first half, completing 14 of his 25 passes for 132 yards and a touchdown. However, he and the offense stalled in the second half, and the end result was his lowest yardage total in a full game this season. After operating in a fairly efficient manner through three starts, Heinicke averaged only 4.7 yards per attempt in Sunday's game after picking up only 6.0 yards per attempt in Week 5. Ryan Fitzpatrick (hip) reportedly has a chance to return in Week 7, which would almost certainly land Heinicke back on the bench.

Kirk Cousins QB | LV
Vikings' Kirk Cousins: Strong showing in OT win
Cousins completed 33 of 48 pass attempts for 373 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 34-28 overtime win over the Panthers.
Cousins was brilliant against a Panthers defense that is no pushover. Having a healthy Dalvin Cook back certainly helped ease the opponent's defensive focus away from the passing attack, which could bode well for the veteran arm if his star back can stay healthy following the team's upcoming bye. Cousins will head into said bye with a strong start to the season overall, producing three 300-plus yard and four multi-touchdown games, all while completing over two-thirds of his passes through six contests.

Davis Mills QB | HOU
Texans' Davis Mills: Struggles in blowout loss
Mills completed 29 of 43 passes for 243 yards and two interceptions in Sunday's 31-3 loss to the Colts. He added five yards on two rushing attempts.
After topping the 300-yard mark through the air last week, Mills regressed closer to the subpar results he showed in his first three appearances, failing to lead Houston into the end zone in the blowout loss. Once Tyrod Taylor (hamstring) is ready to return, the rookie third-round pick will be relegated back to a bench role. That could happen as soon as Week 7 against the Cardinals.

Patrick Mahomes QB | KC
Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes: Racks up 397 yards
Mahomes completed 32 of his 47 passes for 397 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's 31-13 win over Washington.
Mahomes led the Chiefs to only 10 points in the first half, in part because he threw two interceptions. After his struggles in Week 5, there was significant reason to worry about his performance. However, he roared back to complete 13 of 23 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns in the second half to post his highest passing yardage total of the season. On the campaign, Mahomes has recorded multiple passing touchdowns in every game and has topped 300 yards in three of six contests.

Jared Goff QB | DET
Lions' Jared Goff: Struggles continue
Goff completed 28 of 42 passes for 202 yards and one interception during Sunday's 34-11 loss to the Bengals.
Goff's throwaway on 4th-and-4 at one point in the second quarter was emblematic of how this day went for the Lions. In fact, the final score probably overstated the success Goff found while directing the offense, considering Detroit didn't find the end zone until late in the fourth quarter when they were already down 34-3 -- and after Cincinnati's backup had already thrown more touchdown passes than Goff would for the entire game. However, head coach Dan Campbell said afterword that it isn't a consideration to bench Goff at this point, per Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, so look for the embattled signal-caller to be back under center in Week 7 in his return to Los Angeles to take on his former team.

Daniel Jones QB | IND
Giants' Daniel Jones: Rough afternoon in Week 6 loss
Jones completed 29 of 51 passes for 242 yards with no touchdowns and three interceptions in the Giants' 38-11 loss to the Rams on Sunday. He also threw a two-point conversion pass, rushed three times for four yards and committed two fumbles, losing one.
Jones' final yardage total was respectable enough, but it belied the degree of difficulty he endured throughout the afternoon. The embattled signal-caller was sacked four times and hit on seven occasions overall just a week after suffering a concussion against the Cowboys. Jones also saw his previously modest but tidy 4:1 TD:INT take a serious hit with Sunday's trio of picks, two of which led to Rams touchdowns. The fact Kenny Golladay (knee) and Darius Slayton (hamstring) were out Sunday and Kadarius Toney exited early with an aggravation of his ankle injury certainly didn't help matters, but Jones will look to bounce back with what is likely a short-handed crew to some extent in Week 7 against the Panthers at home.

Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Modest passing performance in win
Jackson completed 19 of 27 passes for 167 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in Sunday's 34-6 win over the Chargers. He added 51 yards on eight rushing attempts.
The Ravens raced out to a 17-0 lead but Jackson briefly let the Chargers back into the game by throwing an interception one play after Baltimore's defense intercepted Justin Herbert. Los Angeles got into the end zone two plays later to cut into Baltimore's lead before halftime, but Jackson bounced back in the third quarter with a nine-yard touchdown pass to Mark Andrews. With the defense and running game dominating, Jackson's pedestrian passing performance didn't keep the Ravens from blowing out a Chargers team that also came into the game with a 4-1 record. Up next for Jackson will be a Week 7 home date with the Bengals.

Justin Herbert QB | LAC
Chargers' Justin Herbert: Flops in Baltimore
Herbert completed 22 of 39 passes for 195 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's 34-6 loss to the Ravens. He added 12 yards on two rushing attempts.
Herbert started 8-for-17 for 71 yards and an interception through five drives as the Chargers fell behind 17-0, but he came alive with a one-yard touchdown to Jared Cook on the following possession. That momentum was short-lived, however, as Baltimore answered with a third-quarter touchdown, followed by a Herbert incompletion on 4th-and-1 in his own territory that all but decided the result with more than a quarter to play. Considering the second-year signal-caller had previously thrown for at least 300 yards or three-plus touchdowns in every game this season, this dud can be written off as a one-game blip against an elite defense. Expect Herbert to bounce back once Los Angeles comes out of its Week 7 bye.

Joe Burrow QB | CIN
Bengals' Joe Burrow: Three touchdown passes in win
Burrow completed 19 of 29 passes for 271 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in the Bengals' 34-11 win over the Lions on Sunday. He also rushed five times for 20 yards.
The Bengals walked into the road contest as big road favorites, and although it took them a bit to get clicking, the final result was a runaway win. Burrow contributed with touchdown throws of 40, two and seven yards to the eclectic trio of Joe Mixon, C.J. Uzomah and Auden Tate, his sixth multi-touchdown performance in as many games to open 2021. The second-year quarterback has over 260 passing yards in all but two contests as well, keeping his fantasy value robust in all formats going into a tricky Week 7 divisional road battle against the Ravens.
