  • Derek Carr QB | NO

Raiders' Derek Carr: Torches Steelers in win

Carr completed 28 of his 37 pass attempts for 382 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's Week 2 win over the Steelers.

Carr took advantage of a shorthanded Steelers' defense to connect on five passes of 20 or more yards. He showed particular rapport with Henry Ruggs downfield, highlighted by a 61-yard touchdown and a 30-yard pass that set up another score on the following play. Though often regarded as a game manager, Carr has powered an explosive Raiders' offense through two weeks as he's combined to record 817 passing yards and four touchdowns as opposed to only one interception.

  • Dak Prescott QB | DAL

Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Quiet in road win

Prescott completed 23 of 27 passes for 237 yards and an interception in Sunday's 20-17 win over the Chargers.

Offensive coordinator Kellen Moore made a point of heavily involving the Dallas ground game after Prescott attempted 58 passes in last week's loss, and as a result the quarterback posted very disappointing fantasy numbers despite his efficiency. He did lead the Cowboys on a game-winning field goal drive at the end of the fourth quarter, however. With a more aggressive Cowboys defense looking like it might not dig the same kind of holes last year's unit did, Prescott may not have the week-to-week ceiling his Week 1 numbers suggested, but he should still be more productive in Week 3 at home against the Eagles.

  • Kirk Cousins QB | LV

Vikings' Kirk Cousins: Tosses three TDs in loss

Cousins completed 22 of 32 passes for 244 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 34-33 loss to the Cardinals.

He also added 35 rushing yards on two carries. Cousins was efficient all afternoon, hitting K.J. Osborn, Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson for scores in the first half, and he had the Vikings in position to kick a game-winning field goal at the end of the fourth quarter, but Greg Joseph missed from 37 yards out. Cousins has looked very good through two games but has two narrow road losses to show for it, a streak he'll look to snap in Week 3 at home against the Seahawks.

  • Justin Herbert QB | LAC

Chargers' Justin Herbert: Flags ruin big outing

Herbert completed 31 of 41 attempts for 338 yards and one touchdown to go along with two interceptions in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Cowboys. He also carried the ball four times for 12 yards.

The second-year signal caller again attempted 40-plus passes, but the Dallas defense did a good job limiting Herbert from connecting on any big plays. The star QB spread the ball around to his pass catchers, completing receptions to nine different targets. The two interceptions were unpredictably poor throws from the 23-year-old, as a forced pass to Keenan Allen on the opening drive coupled with an errant pass late in the third quarter at the goal line directly crushed two scoring opportunities. That wasn't the only thing holding back a gigantic fantasy day, however. A 36-yard touchdown pass on a well-designed play to tight end Donald Parham was called back due to holding, a possession that then ended with the aforementioned interception at the goal line. An egregiously poor call on the team's final possession also negated what would have been the go-ahead touchdown pass to Jared Cook, forcing the team to settle for a field goal. Herbert's passing volume on a week-to-week basis almost guarantees a safe fantasy floor, and it wouldn't be surprising if the Chargers are forced into offensive overdrive next week against the Chiefs.

  • Broncos' Teddy Bridgewater: Tops 300 yards

Bridgewater completed 26 of his 34 passes for 328 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's Week 2 win over Jacksonville.

Bridgewater moved the ball well throughout the game and took advantage of a soft matchup. He primarily connected with Courtland Sutton, including for big gains of 55, 33 and 16 yards. However, Bridgewater also spread the ball effectively and found Noah Fant and Tim Patrick for touchdowns. As is typical, Bridgewater seemed fairly content to take what the defense allowed. That approach has worked through two weeks, as he's racked up 592 passing yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions.

  • Russell Wilson QB | NYG

Seahawks' Russell Wilson: Goes for 343 yards, two TDs

Wilson racked up 343 yards and two touchdowns on 22-for-31 passing and recorded 16 more yards on three carries during Sunday's 33-30 overtime loss to the Titans.

Wilson backed up his 254-yard, four-touchdown performance from the season opener by stuffing the stat sheet Week 2. However, more than half of his yardage through the air came on three plays -- he had two TDs of 60-plus yards and another 51-yard completion to Tyler Lockett -- and the Titans offense ground and pounded on the back of Derrick Henry in the second half, leading to just six points for the Seahawks between the third and fourth quarters. Wilson will aim to get back to winning ways next Sunday on the road against the 0-2 Vikings.

  • Kyler Murray QB | MIN

Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Second 400-yard effort of career

Murray was 29-for-36 passing for 400 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions during Sunday's 34-33 win against the Vikings. He added five carries for 31 yards and another score on the ground.

Murray is putting everything together in his third NFL campaign, accounting for nine total TDs through two games (seven passing, two on the ground). The Cardinals seem to have settled on a tight rotation in the skill positions, with six players accounting for Murray's attention through the air (each one had at least four targets). His scoring strikes went for 15 (DeAndre Hopkins), 77 (Rondale Moore) and nine yards (A.J. Green), while Murray's rushing TD came from 12 yards out. Murray's Week 2 performance wasn't perfect by any means, as he tossed a pick-six on the second offensive play of the second half, but he more than made up for it elsewhere, and he'll look to keep up the momentum with a Week 3 road matchup against a weak Jaguars defense.

  • 49ers' Jimmy Garoppolo: Scores through ground and air

Garoppolo completed 22 of 30 pass attempts for 189 yards and a touchdown, adding 20 yards and another touchdown on 11 carries in Sunday's 17-11 win over the Eagles.

Garoppolo didn't have as many big throws as he did in last week's win over the Lions, completing just one pass over 11 yards (a 40-yard strike to Deebo Samuel) against a tougher Eagles defense. The 29-year-old did bolster his stat line with a rushing touchdown when he took a quarterback sneak into the end zone for the eventual winning score. Rookie backup Trey Lance did not vulture a touchdown this week, and surprisingly, he did not even record a pass attempt or rush in a close victory. Garoppolo should be considered a mid-tier option heading into a matchup against the Packers on Sunday Night Football.

  • Mac Jones QB | SF

Patriots' Mac Jones: Mistake-free in first win

Jones completed 22 of 30 passes for 186 yards in Sunday's 25-6 win over the Jets.

Jones was accurate in the first half, completing 17 of 21 passes for 142 yards to guide his team to a 13-3 lead at the break. He wasn't asked to do much after halftime, as the running game and defense led the way to seal the Jones' first NFL win. Jones has proven to be a capable game manager in his first two contests, but the Patriots prefer to control the clock with runs and short passes as opposed to pushing the ball downfield. The rookie first-round pick has one touchdown and no interceptions heading into a Week 3 visit from the Saints.

  • Zach Wilson QB | NO

Jets' Zach Wilson: Four picks against Pats

Wilson completed 19 of 33 passes for 210 yards and four interceptions in Sunday's 25-6 loss to the Patriots. He also rushed three times for 19 yards.

Wilson got off to a painfully slow start for the second consecutive game, throwing interceptions on each of his first two passes and four of his first 10. He settled down after that but still failed to lead the Jets' offense into the end zone. With 20 points through two games, the start of the Wilson era isn't looking much different from the end of Sam Darnold's stint with Gang Green. Wilson will look to turn things around in a Week 3 road matchup with a Denver team that just limited fellow rookie quarterback Trevor Lawrence to 118 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
