Kyler Murray QB | MIN
Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Not much activity Tuesday
Murray threw passes but didn't participate in individual drills at the portion of Tuesday's unofficial practice open to the media, Scott Bordow of The Athletic reports.
The Cardinals won't reveal Murray's activity level until they post Wednesday's injury report, but it appears his minor right hamstring strain will keep him to either LP or DNP. There's no reason to believe Murray won't be under center Sunday against the Rams in L.A., but Brett Hundley is next in line for reps if the rookie can't suit up.

Mason Rudolph QB | PIT
Steelers' Mason Rudolph: Not having shoulder surgery
Rudolph won't need to undergo shoulder surgery, Chris Adamski of TribLive.com reports.
Rudolph's second pro season officially ended when he was placed on IR on Monday, due to a left shoulder injury he suffered Week 16 against the Jets. Earlier Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Rudolph underwent a procedure to reset a sternoclavicular joint dislocation in the shoulder in question. Coach Mike Tomlin proceeded to dispute the report but didn't add his two cents regarding Rudolph's health. In any case, the QB will be devoting his immediate future to rehabbing the shoulder.

Cardinals' Kyler Murray: To practice Tuesday
Murray (hamstring) is expected to take part in Tuesday's unofficial practice, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
The Cardinals removed Murray during the third quarter of Week 16's eventual win at Seattle due to a hamstring issue. An MRI on Monday revealed the rookie quarterback only "tweaked" his right hamstring, per coach Kliff Kingsbury, who called it a minor strain. The team won't release an injury report for the season finale until Wednesday, at which point Murray's activity level will become clearer.

Matt Barkley QB | JAC
Bills' Matt Barkley: Expected to see playing time
Barkley is expected to see playing time in Sunday's game against the Jets, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
With the Bills locked in as the AFC's No. 5 playoff seed, there is no need for starting quarterback Josh Allen to play the entire game against the Jets. That could carve out a role for Barkley, although how significant that role might be is still murky. The situation should become clearer as coach Sean McDermott reveals his game plan for Week 17.

Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Expected to play Week 17
Coach Sean McDermott expects "a majority" of the Bills starters, including Allen, to play Week 17 against the Jets, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Allen and the Bills are already locked in as the AFC's No. 5 playoff seed, so any playing time received by the starters is likely just a means of keeping the rust off ahead of the postseason. With that being said, backup quarterback Matt Barkley could get significant snaps during Week 17's matchup depending on how much Allen ends up playing.

Mason Rudolph QB | PIT
Steelers' Mason Rudolph: Suffers shoulder joint dislocation
Rudolph sustained a sternoclavicular (SC) joint dislocation in his left shoulder against the Jets and underwent a successful surgery to reset it. He will be able to begin throwing again in 6-to-8 weeks, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Rudolph was already placed on injured reserve Tuesday, ending his year, but it looks like he will be recovered in plenty of time for next season's offseason program. It is unclear at this point what the Steelers are planning to do at quarterback for next season, as Ben Roethlisberger (elbow) is now 37 and has suffered many injuries over the course of the past few seasons. If Roethlisberger decides to forgo the final two years of his contract, Rudolph could be in a position to take the reins in Pittsburgh, depending on what the team does in the 2020 draft or free agency.

Mason Rudolph QB | PIT
Steelers' Mason Rudolph: Officially placed on IR
Rudolph (shoulder) was placed on the injured reserve list Tuesday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Rudolph sustained his season-ending injury after taking a snap under center, stumbling back and subsequently landing on his left shoulder while being tackled by multiple Jets defenders. Rudolph becomes the second Steelers' quarterback to wind up on injured reserve after Ben Roethlisberger (elbow) hit the list following Week 2. Devlin Hodges and Paxton Lynch are now the only healthy quarterbacks on Pittsburgh's roster heading into final game of the regular season against the Ravens, with Hodges presumably set to draw the start. The Steelers can clinch a playoff birth with a win and a Titans loss.

Kirk Cousins QB | LV
Vikings' Kirk Cousins: MNF struggles continue
Cousins completed 16 of 31 passes for 122 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Monday's 23-10 loss to Green Bay.
Cousins struggled outside of a 21-yard touchdown to Stefon Diggs, which put Minnesota ahead 10-3 in the second quarter. He had a would-be 53-yard touchdown to Bisi Johnson in the fourth quarter erased on an offensive holding call and failed to move the offense effectively as he fell to a remarkable 0-9 on Monday Night Football. With seeding still at stake against the Bears in Week 17, Cousins will need to bounce back quickly. Hopefully standout running back Dalvin Cook (chest) will return and bring back the play-action threat Cousins needs to thrive.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Underwhelming numbers in win
Rodgers completed 26 of 40 passes for 216 yards with no touchdowns and one interception in the Packers' 23-10 win over the Vikings on Monday night. He also netted minus-3 yards on his three rushes and completed a two-point conversion pass.
Rodgers had another underwhelming night from a fantasy perspective, but of overriding importance was the fact he helped the Packers clinch the NFC North crown and remain alive for the NFC's No. 1 seed in the process. Rodgers failed to throw a touchdown pass for the third time in 2019 -- although he did have a scoring throw in the form of a two-point conversion pass to Geronimo Allison -- but he extended his interception-less streak to nine games despite a season-low 48.5 percent completion rate. Rodgers will now look to help Green Bay stay in the hunt for the NFC's top seed, or at least lock up a first-round bye, in an early-window Week 17 divisional matchup against the Lions.

Kyler Murray QB | MIN
Cardinals' Kyler Murray: MRI yields promising results
The MRI that Murray underwent Monday on his right hamstring injury revealed only a minor strain, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Fortunately for Murray, he avoided a significant injury after exiting in the third quarter of Sunday's 27-13 win over the Seahawks, but the Cardinals still intend to take a wait-and-see approach with the signal-caller in advance of their Dec. 29 season finale versus the Rams. Coach Kliff Kingsbury noted earlier Monday that Murray will play Week 17 if healthy enough to do so, so the rookie's participation in practices Wednesday through Friday bears a close eye. Brett Hundley is the next man up on the depth chart if the Cardinals elect to hold Murray out against Los Angeles.
