  • Jalen Hurts QB | PHI

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Produces three TDs in big win

Hurts completed 10 of 14 passes for 114 yards and a touchdown and added 22 yards and two TDs on seven carries in Sunday's 28-3 win over the Giants.

While he didn't need to air it out much after hitting A.J. Brown for a 41-yard score in the second quarter, Hurts got into the end zone himself on two second-half Brotherly Shoves to double his rushing TD total on the season. It's the third time in six games this year Hurts has failed to throw for at least 200 yards, but he's likely to need to rely on his arm a lot more Week 8 in a potential barn burner against Joe Burrow and the Bengals.

  • Browns' Dorian Thompson-Robinson: Finger injury not thought to be serious

The finger injury Thompson-Robinson suffered Sunday against the Bengals is not believed to be major, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

That said, Rapoport notes that how Thompson-Robinson's finger responds to treatment and how he can grip a football will determine his availability for next weekend's game against the Ravens. With fears that Deshaun Watson has suffered a season-ending Achilles injury, Thompson-Robinson, if available, and Jameis Winston are candidates to handle the Browns' QB duties going forward.

  • Colts' Anthony Richardson: Ekes out win in return

Richardson completed 10 of 24 passes for 129 yards in Sunday's 16-10 win over the Dolphins. He added 56 rushing yards on 14 carries.

The second-year quarterback had another poor statistical performance in his first game action since suffering an oblique strain in Week 4, but there were some glimmers of hope. Richardson looked more comfortable throwing the ball in the second half as he led Indianapolis to 13 straight points, and coach Steve Steichen was more willing to call designed runs for the mobile QB -- his 14 carries were a season high. and his 56 yards led the team while tying his season high. Most importantly, Richardson came out of the game healthy, setting him up for a clash with the Texans in Week 8.

  • Jayden Daniels QB | WAS

Commanders' Jayden Daniels: Ruled out Sunday

Daniels won't return to Sunday's game versus the Panthers due to a rib injury.

After a 46-run to kick off the Commanders' first possession, Daniels was seen grabbing at his midsection until the team was set up for a successful Austin Seibert field-goal attempt. Daniels then got examined on the bench and in sideline tent before going to the locker room, where the CBS broadcast reported that he was undergoing X-rays. After halftime, he rejoined his teammates on the sideline in street clothes, ending Week 7 with six yards on 2-for-2 passing and three carries for 50 yards. Marcus Mariota will direct Washington's offense for as long as Daniels may be sidelined.

  • Josh Allen QB | BUF

Bills' Josh Allen: Shreds Titans' secondary

Allen completed 21 of 33 passes for 323 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 34-10 win over the Titans. He added three rushes for one additional yard.

The addition of Amari Cooper combined with a beat-up Tennessee secondary led to good things for Allen, as he averaged 9.8 yards per attempt. That included six completions of at least 20 yards -- his highest mark of the season -- and a pair of touchdown tosses that came from 12 and four yards away. The only negative from Allen's performance was his work on the ground, as he's now been held below 25 rushing yards in four of seven contests this season. Overall, it was a strong afternoon in a new-look offense, offering some hope we'll see a more prolific passing attack from Buffalo moving forward.

  • Sam Darnold QB | SEA

Vikings' Sam Darnold: Inconsistent in Week 7 loss

Darnold completed 22 of 27 passes for 259 yards with a touchdown and an interception and added four rushes for 39 yards in the Vikings' 31-29 loss to the Lions on Sunday.

Darnold took four sacks from a Lions defense missing Aidan Hutchinson (IR, lower leg), including on a final play that he'd helped make possible by successfully spiking the ball with one second remaining. The 2018 third overall pick had opened the game in optimistic fashion by helping lead Minnesota to 10 first-quarter points. Darnold had trouble answering once the Lions roared back with three second-quarter touchdowns, but he did record a 25-yard scoring strike to Justin Jefferson early in the third quarter. Nevertheless, that would be the last trip to the end zone the Vikings would make on offense, and Darnold also failed to eat up more clock with his team up by one when he threw incomplete to Jefferson on third down with 2:46 remaining. Having suffered their first loss of the season, Darnold and his teammates have a short turnaround before a Week 8 Thursday night road battle against the Rams.

  • Tim Boyle QB | TEN

Dolphins' Tim Boyle: Sees action in relief

Boyle completed eight of 13 passes for 74 passes after replacing Tyler Huntley (shoulder) in the third quarter of Sunday's 16-10 loss to the Colts. He added four rushing yards on his lone carry.

The 30-year-old quarterback failed to produce points on any of his four drives under center, although Jason Sanders did clank a 54-yard field-goal attempt off the left upright in the fourth quarter. Boyle also saw brief action in Week 3 in relief of Skylar Thompson (ribs), but he could be pressed into duty for a start in Week 8 against the Cardinals if none of Huntley, Thompson or Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) are able to play. Miami doesn't currently have a quarterback on its practice squad, so the team would have to look outside the organization for a backup to Boyle in that scenario.

  • Jared Goff QB | DET

Lions' Jared Goff: Elite efficiency in big win

Goff completed 22 of 25 passes for 280 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions and rushed twice for minus-4 yards in the Lions' 31-29 win over the Vikings on Sunday. He also committed two fumbles, losing one.

Two games after memorably connecting on all 18 pass attempts, Goff pulled off a near-perfect performance Sunday against a tough Vikings defense. The veteran signal-caller couldn't get anything going over the Lions' first three possessions, but he then went on to lead three consecutive touchdown drives that included a 35-yard scoring strike to Amon-Ra St. Brown. Goff would add a 21-yard touchdown toss to Kalif Raymond just past the midway point of the third quarter and subsequently helmed a game-winning eight-play, 44-yard march late that culminated in a go-ahead field goal. Goff now has four consecutive multi-touchdown efforts heading into a Week 8 home matchup against the Titans.

  • Raiders' Aidan O'Connell: May have broken thumb

Based on preliminary tests, O'Connell is believed to have sustained a broken thumb during Sunday's game against the Rams, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Per the report, O'Connell will undergo further evaluation Monday to determine the extent of his thumb injury. If he ends up missing time beyond Sunday, Gardner Minshew would be in line to reclaim the Raiders' starting QB job.

  • Raiders' Aidan O'Connell: Hurts thumb Sunday

O'Connell exited Sunday's game against the Rams after suffering a thumb injury.

O'Connell had completed six of his 10 pass attempts for 52 yards prior to leaving the contest. In his absence, Gardner Minshew is in at QB for the Raiders.
