Kirk Cousins QB | ATL
Falcons' Kirk Cousins: Stymied by Seahawks in loss
Cousins completed 24 of 35 passes for 232 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions and rushed once for minus-1 yard in the Falcons' 34-14 loss to the Seahawks on Sunday. He also lost a fumble that was returned for a touchdown.
Cousins' trio of turnovers certainly had a part to play in the surprisingly lopsided loss, as he handed the ball to the Seahawks on three consecutive second-half possessions. The miscues netted a total of 10 points for Seattle, and both picks also short-circuited drives in Seahawks territory. Cousins' one scoring pass went to Drake London midway through the third quarter from five yards out, and the veteran signal-caller will have to quickly regroup considering a Week 8 road divisional clash against the Buccaneers now is on tap.

Deshaun Watson QB | CLE
Browns' Deshaun Watson: Could be done for season
Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski noted after Sunday's 21-14 loss to the Bengals that Watson is believed to have suffered a season-ending Achilles injury but will undergo testing to confirm the severity of the issue, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
With Watson facing the possibility of an extended absence and Dorian Thompson-Robinson dealing with a finger injury, Jameis Winston is currently the healthiest Browns' QB ahead of next Sunday's game against the Ravens. In any case, look for added context regarding Watson's injury to arrive no later than Monday, but based on the initial diagnosis, he appears headed for IR in the coming days.

C.J. Stroud QB | HOU
Texans' C.J. Stroud: Dreadful in Week 7 loss
Stroud completed 10 of 21 passes for 86 yards, without a touchdown or turnover, in Sunday's 24-22 loss to the Packers. He added five rushing attempts for 19 yards.
Stroud had just 44 passing yards in the first half, but the Texans took a 19-14 lead into the locker room thanks to two Joe Mixon touchdown runs and two interceptions of Jordan Love by the defense. Houston's quarterback stayed cold with 42 passing yards after halftime, but a Ka'imi Fairbairn field goal with 1:44 remaining gave the Texans a 22-21 lead, only for the Packers to win it with a field goal of their own on the last play of the game. This game was there for the taking as the Texans won the turnover battle, 3-0, but Stroud's struggles led to Houston's second loss of the season. Stroud has 21 touchdown passes in 11 career regular-season home games and only 12 touchdown passes in 11 road games, so he's likely to bounce back in Week 8 at home against the Colts.

Jordan Love QB | GB
Packers' Jordan Love: Overcomes two INTs to beat Texans
Love completed 24 of 33 passes for 220 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's 24-22 win over the Texans.
Love's second pass of the game was intercepted, but the defense bailed him out and held the Texans to a field goal on Houston's ensuing instant red-zone opportunity. He bounced back with touchdown passes of 14 yards to Tucker Kraft and 30 yards to Dontayvion Wicks in the second quarter, then added another interception as the Packers took a 19-14 deficit into the locker room. Green Bay reclaimed the lead courtesy of an eight-yard Love touchdown pass to Josh Jacobs in the third quarter, and after falling behind in the fourth, Love got the Packers in position for Brandon McManus' game-winning 45-yard field goal on the game's final play. Love has been more Brett Favre than Aaron Rodgers in his gun-slinging mentality (though obviously far less accomplished than either former Packers great), as he has thrown multiple touchdowns but also been picked off in all five of his starts this season en route to a 15:8 TD:INT. Another multi-touchdown passing performance is likely forthcoming from Love in Week 8 against the 2-5 Jaguars.

Jayden Daniels QB | WAS
Commanders' Jayden Daniels: Has rib injury
Daniels suffered a rib injury during Sunday's game versus the Panthers, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Daniels was clutching at his midsection for most of the Commanders' first possession following a 46-yard run. He then visited the sideline tent and threw some passes once he emerged from the evaluation, but he wasn't able to reenter the contest, instead going to the locker room for X-rays, per the CBS broadcast. Marcus Mariota took over Washington's offense upon Daniels' departure.

Geno Smith QB | LV
Seahawks' Geno Smith: Pair of scoring passes in win
Smith completed 18 of 28 passes for 207 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in the Seahawks' 34-14 win over the Falcons on Sunday. He also rushed four times for 15 yards and fumbled once but recovered.
Smith put together an efficient game in enemy territory, helping secure a key victory for the Seahawks with a turnover-free performance that also featured his first multi-touchdown tally of the campaign. He connected with DK Metcalf (31 yards) and Kenneth Walker (17 yards) for the pair of scoring tosses, and he recorded completions to seven different players overall. Smith did see Metcalf get carted off with a knee injury in the fourth quarter, however, so it remains to be seen if he'll have his top target available for a Week 8 home showdown against the Bills.

Dorian Thompson-Robinson QB | PHI
Browns' Dorian Thompson-Robinson: Exits Sunday's game
Thompson-Robinson exited Sunday's game against the Bengals after sustaining a finger injury, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
With Deshaun Watson having previously been ruled out of the contest after suffering a potentially serious Achilles injury, Thompson-Robinson has now given way to Jameis Winston, who was the Browns' emergency third QB on Sunday. Given Watson's injury and Thompson-Robinson's finger issue, Cleveland's signal-caller situation will be worth closely monitoring ahead of next weekend's game against the Ravens.
-
Tyler Huntley QB | BAL
Dolphins' Tyler Huntley: Hurts shoulder Sunday
Huntley was forced out of Sunday's game against the Colts with a right shoulder injury.
Before sustaining his injury, Huntley completed seven of his 13 passing attempts for 87 yards and a TD and logged five carries for 20 yards. In his absence, Tim Boyle is in at QB for the Dolphins, with Skylar Thompson serving as the team's emergency third quarterback.
-
Joshua Dobbs QB | NE
49ers' Joshua Dobbs: Emergency QB versus Kansas City
Dobbs (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Dobbs is the Niners' emergency third quarterback behind Brock Purdy and Brandon Allen.
-
Jeff Driskel QB | WAS
Commanders' Jeff Driskel: Emergency quarterback for Week 7
Driskel (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Panthers, but he will serve as the emergency quarterback.
Driskel will be the Commanders' emergency quarterback Sunday, meaning he will only see the field if starter Jayden Daniels and backup Marcus Mariota are both injured.
