Dorian Thompson-Robinson QB | PHI
Browns' Dorian Thompson-Robinson: Picked off thrice in first start
Thompson-Robinson completed 19 of 36 passes for 121 yards and three interceptions while rushing four times for 24 yards in Sunday's 28-3 loss to the Ravens.
Thompson-Robinson made his first NFL start after Deshaun Watson (shoulder) was ruled out during pregame warmups. After showcasing a promising mix of passing and rushing ability in preseason, the 2023 fifth-round pick out of UCLA was overmatched in his regular-season debut. Thompson-Robinson turned 17 first-half pass attempts into 60 yards and an interception, as the Browns took a 21-3 deficit into the locker room. His second-half performance was equally ineffective, with an interception in the end zone on the game's final play fittingly capping the forgettable debut. Cleveland will be on bye in Week 5, which will likely provide enough time for Watson's shoulder to recover before the 49ers come to town in Week 6.

Derek Carr QB | NO
Saints' Derek Carr: Modest showing in Week 4 loss
Carr completed 23 of 37 passes for 127 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions and rushed twice for one yard in the Saints' 26-9 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.
Carr averaged a tiny 3.4 yards per attempt, perhaps a result of the veteran signal-caller attempting to play through an AC joint sprain that had him looking very doubtful to play until late in the week. In that context, Carr's propensity for constantly checking down -- the debuting Alvin Kamara led the team with a whopping 13 catches on 14 targets -- is perhaps put into better perspective. Carr has yet to have a true breakout game in a Saints uniform, and it remains to be seen if he's afforded at least one game of rest before he draws his next start. New Orleans faces the Patriots in a Week 5 road matchup.

Jalen Hurts QB | PHI
Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Big day through air in OT win
Hurts completed 25 of 37 passes for 319 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 34-31 overtime win over the Commanders. He added 34 rushing yards on nine carries.
Both scores went to A.J. Brown, a 59-yard bomb in the third quarter and a 28-yard strike in the fourth, as Hurts topped 300 passing yards and threw multiple touchdowns for the first time this season. The fourth-year quarterback now has five TDs through the air and three more on the ground through four games, and he's likely to pose a problem in Week 5 for a Rams defense that just allowed Colts rookie QB Anthony Richardson to produce three scores of his own (two passing, one rushing).

Baker Mayfield QB | TB
Buccaneers' Baker Mayfield: Three-touchdown day in win
Mayfield completed 25 of 32 passes for 246 yards with three touchdowns and one interception while adding eight rushes for 31 yards in the Buccaneers' 26-9 win over the Saints on Sunday.
Mayfield turned in an admirable bounce-back effort in a tough environment against a quality defense after having been mostly stymied by the Eagles at home on Monday night in Week 3. The veteran helped turn the game in Tampa Bay's favor for good in the second quarter with four- and one-yard touchdown tosses to Cade Otton and Trey Palmer, respectively, and his five-yard scoring throw to Deven Thompkins with 3:44 remaining helped seal the win. It also gave Mayfield his first three-touchdown effort in a Buccaneers uniform, one made all the more impressive by the fact Mike Evans exited the game in the first half with a hamstring injury. Mayfield and the Bucs now head into a Week 5 bye before a showdown against the Lions at home in Week 6.

Kenny Pickett QB | CAR
Steelers' Kenny Pickett: MRI on tap
Pickett is slated to undergo an MRI to determine the extent of the left knee injury he sustained in Sunday's loss to the Texans, Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Per Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site, coach Mike Tomlin noted after the contest that the QB's injury was being evaluated, but at this stage the severity of Pickett's knee issue is unclear. If he's forced to miss any time, Mitch Trubisky is next in line to handle the team's signal-caller duties, with Mason Rudolph in reserve.
-
Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Two TDs apiece rushing and passing
Jackson completed 15 of 19 passes for 186 yards and two touchdowns while rushing nine times for 27 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 28-3 win over the Browns. He also committed two fumbles, losing one.
Jackson scored a 10-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter and added a two-yard touchdown run in the second quarter, as well as a seven-yard touchdown pass to Mark Andrews with 11 seconds remaining before halftime. An 18-yard touchdown pass to Andrews rounded out the scoring in the fourth quarter. Jackson has a 4:1 TD:INT and four rushing touchdowns heading into a Week 5 trip to Pittsburgh, but ball security has been a problem for the dual-threat quarterback, who has put the ball on the ground a league-high six times and lost three of those fumbles.
-
Sam Howell QB | DAL
Commanders' Sam Howell: Impresses in OT loss to Philly
Howell completed 29 of 41 passes for 290 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-31 overtime loss to the Eagles. He added 40 rushing yards on six carries.
After a brutal four-INT performance the week before against the Bills, Howell was much sharper in Week 4 and led two fourth-quarter touchdown drives to tie the game twice, ending the second one with a 10-yard TD strike to Jahan Dotson as time expired. Howell will take plenty of confidence into a Week 5 home tilt against a Bears defense that just blew a 21-7 halftime lead against the Broncos.
-
Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Rams' Matthew Stafford: Leads game-winning drive in OT
Stafford completed 27 of 40 passes for 319 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Sunday's 29-23 overtime win against the Colts. He also rushed twice for 14 yards.
Stafford was on pace to have his third straight game with more interceptions than touchdowns until his overtime heroics helped the Rams escape with a win. The veteran quarterback opened overtime with a 20-yard pass to rookie sensation Puka Nacua, then sealed the game with a 22-yard dart to Nacua, who burst past two defenders to score the game-winning touchdown. Stafford was banged up during the game with what may be a hip issue, something fantasy managers should keep an eye on before the Rams' Week 5 contest against the Eagles.
-
Anthony Richardson QB | IND
Colts' Anthony Richardson: Three total TDs in loss
Richardson completed 11 of 25 passes for 200 yards and two touchdowns and rushed 10 times for 56 yards and another score during Sunday's 29-23 overtime loss to the Rams. He also committed two fumbles, losing one, and converted a pair of two-point conversion passes.
It was a tale of two halves for the rookie, who was coming off of a concussion that forced him to miss the Colts' previous game against the Ravens. Richardson didn't find the end zone until the second half, finding Mo Alie-Cox with a 35-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter before leading a pair of lengthy touchdown drives in the fourth quarter to force the game into overtime. Richardson's rushing ability through three games (23-131-4) helps give him a healthy weekly floor while he develops as a passer, and he may need it in Week 5 against a Titans defense that just completely neutralized Joe Burrow.

Tua Tagovailoa QB | ATL
Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa: Outperformed by Allen in loss
Tagovailoa completed 25 of 35 passes for 282 yards with one touchdown and one interception in the Dolphins' 48-20 loss to the Bills on Sunday. He also rushed twice for seven yards, committed a fumble that he recovered and picked up a second loose ball.
Tagovailoa and his high-octane arsenal of weapons appeared set to keep pace with an equally high-powered Bills offense early with a pair of scoring drives capped by De'Von Achane touchdown runs. However, Buffalo's attack ultimately overwhelmed Miami's defense, and Tagovailoa couldn't keep up while also taking four sacks and throwing a third-quarter interception in Dolphins territory when the game still was within reach. Tagovailoa naturally has the ability to bounce back from what was a somewhat subpar performance by his team's lofty standards, a goal he'll look to accomplish in a home date with the Giants in Week 5.
