Derek Carr QB | NO
Raiders' Derek Carr: Lousy showing Sunday
Carr completed 15 of 26 passes for 101 yards and an interception in Sunday's 24-0 loss to the Saints.
Carr was without tight end Darren Waller (hamstring) but saw fellow targets Davante Adams and Mack Hollins clear respective injury concerns to suit up. Still, the signal-caller struggled mightily, totaling the third-lowest passing yardage of his nine-year career. With Adams gaining merely three yards through the air, both he and Carr will strive to atone in Week 9 versus the Jaguars.

Tua Tagovailoa QB | ATL
Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa: Stellar numbers in Week 8 win
Tagovailoa completed 29 of 36 passes for 382 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions while adding 19 yards on five rushes in the Dolphins' 31-27 win over the Lions on Sunday.
Tagovailoa opened the game hot and rarely let up, taking advantage of the highly porous Lions defense to help claw Miami back from an early 14-0 deficit. The third-year pro hit Jaylen Waddle with touchdown passes of five and 29 yards in the first and second quarters, respectively, and he capped off the scoring late in the third quarter with an 11-yard strike to Mike Gesicki. Meanwhile, although he didn't have any end-zone connections with Tyreek Hill, he targeted the perennial Pro Bowler a team-high 14 times, connecting with him on 12 of those occasions for 188 yards. Sunday's stellar effort, despite the caliber of competition, served as a tangible reminder of Tagovailoa's outstanding chemistry with his two top receivers and command of head coach Mike McDaniel's offense. With his first 300-yard-plus/multi-touchdown tally since Week 2, Tagovailoa heads into a Week 9 road matchup against the Bears with an abundance of momentum.

Andy Dalton QB | PHI
Saints' Andy Dalton: Throws two TDs
Dalton completed 22 of 30 passes for 229 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 24-0 win over the Raiders.
Dalton found tailback Alvin Kamara on both of his scores. Without any turnovers or sacks, it was a clean performance from the veteran signal-caller, who was picked off three times in the Week 7 defeat to the Cardinals. On the back of his first multi-touchdown win as a Saint, Dalton has helped his stock ahead of his upcoming matchup versus the Ravens.

Trevor Lawrence QB | JAC
Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Two picks in loss
Lawrence completed 18 of 31 passes for 133 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in Sunday's 21-17 loss to the Broncos. He added three rushes for 15 yards.
Lawrence had a tough task facing one of the best secondaries in the league, but the results were particularly ugly. He averaged only 4.3 yards per attempt and threw multiple interceptions in a game for only the second time this season -- one of which came at Denver's goal line. After starting the campaign with multiple touchdown passes in three of the team's first four games, Lawrence has now failed to do so in four consecutive matchups.

Russell Wilson QB | NYG
Broncos' Russell Wilson: Shows improved efficiency
Wilson completed 18 of 30 passes for 252 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's 21-17 win over the Jaguars. He added four rushes for 17 yards.
In contrast to Denver's Week 6 loss, Wilson got off to a slow start in Sunday's win, as he had 19 passing yards and an interception through the team's first three offensive possessions. However, he managed to effectively distribute the ball from there, particularly to Jerry Jeudy and Greg Dulcich while also finding KJ Hamler for a 47-yard gain to set up the game-winning touchdown. Wilson has still managed multiple touchdowns in a game only once this season, but he managed 8.4 yards per attempt -- his second-highest mark of the campaign.

Skylar Thompson QB | BAL
Dolphins' Skylar Thompson: Won't dress Sunday
Thompson (coach's decision) is listed as inactive for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Thompson is considered a healthy scratch for Sunday's matchup in Detroit, after he recently overcame a thumb injury he suffered in Week 6 versus the Vikings. While Tua Tagovailoa and Teddy Bridgewater remain healthy, the rookie will likely continue watching from the sidelines.
-
Derek Carr QB | NO
Raiders' Derek Carr: Top wideout available Sunday
Carr's top pass-catching option Davante Adams (illness) is active for Sunday's game against the Saints.
Also active is wideout Mack Hollins (heel), though Darren Waller (hamstring) won't suit up Sunday. Adams, Hollins and Waller all approached the contest listed as questionable, but Carr will at least have his top wide receivers (including Hunter Renfrow) available versus New Orleans, which bolsters his Week 8 fantasy prospects. Meanwhile, Foster Moreau is slated to see added tight end snaps versus New Orleans in Waller's absence.

Mike White QB | CAR
Jets' Mike White: Set to serve as backup
White is active for Sunday's game against the Patriots as the Jets' No. 2 quarterback.
Beyond starter Zach Wilson, there have been unique circumstances in the Jets quarterback room this week. Chris Streveler was activated from the practice squad, but he won't end up suiting up for the Week 8 matchup. Joe Flacco -- who had been considered the primary backup to Wilson since Week 4 -- is also a healthy scratch for the contest, leaving White as the only other active option after Wilson. The second-year quarterback appeared in four games last season for the Jets and completed 66.7 percent of his passes, but he also racked up eight interceptions over that stretch.

Russell Wilson QB | NYG
Broncos' Russell Wilson: Active for Sunday's game
Wilson (hamstring) is officially listed as active for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
The QB approached the contest minus an injury designation after practicing fully Friday and is in uniform Sunday. Wilson is thus on track to draw the start the start versus Jacksonville in London after sitting out Denver's 16-9 loss to the Jets in Week 7.
