Williams took 20 carries for 85 yards and a touchdown while corralling all three of his targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 40-40 overtime tie with Green Bay.

Williams managed to reach the century mark in total yards while punching in his fourth touchdown in as many starts this season. The 25-year-old is finally delivering on the potential he flashed as a rookie in Denver back in 2021, prior to a serious knee injury in 2022. Williams has a stranglehold on the Cowboys' starting job with 19.8 touches per game, making him a plus fantasy option heading into next Sunday's tilt against the Jets.

Pacheco rushed the ball seven times for 35 yards in Sunday's 37-20 win over the Ravens. He added two receptions on three targets for eight yards and a touchdown.

Kareem Hunt saw more volume in the game with 14 touches, though he averaged an abysmal 2.6 yards per attempt and played 32 snaps on offense to Pacheco's 27. Pacheco was more efficient, logging a long run of 12 yards while also finding the end zone for the first time in 2025 with an eight-yard touchdown catch late in the second quarter. Pacheco will be difficult to trust so long as he's splitting opportunities with Hunt, but he's showcased improved efficiency and volume in the last two games.

Tuten rushed four times for 14 yards and caught his only target for eight yards in Sunday's 26-21 win over the 49ers.

The 23-year-old rookie took a back seat to Travis Etienne, who cracked the century mark in rushing yards while cashing in a long touchdown. Tuten will find it hard to generate consistent production so long as he is limited to a handful of carries, as he has been early in the campaign. The 2025 fourth-round pick may need an Etienne injury to warrant fantasy consideration heading into a Week 5 matchup against Kansas City next Monday.

Corum rushed nine times for 21 yards and caught two of four targets for a loss of five yards in Sunday's 27-20 win over Indianapolis.

Kyren Williams handled the bulk of backfield touches for Los Angeles as per usual, finishing with 94 yards from scrimmage on 16 touches. Corum still saw strong touch volume, but he failed to produce much with his opportunities. The nine carries marked a new high for the Michigan product through four games in 2025, but Corum doesn't provide enough upside in his current backup role to warrant starting consideration against the 49ers on Thursday.

Monangai rushed four times for 18 yards in the Bears' 25-24 win over the Raiders on Sunday.

Monangai has seen his rushing attempts fall in each of the last two weeks, and he's been limited to 18 to 36 yards in the last three games. Unless D'Andre Swift misses time, Monangai will be a low-floor fantasy option.

Gibson rushed six times for 27 yards and a touchdown and returned one kickoff for 28 yards in the Patriots' 42-13 win over the Panthers on Sunday.

The veteran back retained his role in the Patriots' running back committee despite a Week 3 fumble, logging three fewer carries than Rhamondre Stevenson and one less tote than TreVeyon Henderson. Gibson also scored his first touchdown since Week 13 of last season on a one-yard run with just under two minutes remaining in the first half. He has logged between five and seven rush attempts in each of the last three games, and although he surprisingly has just two targets so far in 2025, Gibson seems to have a relatively secure complementary role in the backfield ahead of a Week 5 road showdown with the Bills next Sunday night.

Sanders exited Sunday night's game against the Packers with an ankle injury and is questionable to return, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Sanders was injured just before halftime after rushing two times for eight yards, while also adding two catches for 17 yards on two targets. If Sanders is unable to return, fullback Hunter Luepke would be the only other member of the backfield behind Javonte Williams.

Swift took 14 carries for 38 yards and a touchdown while catching four of six targets for 22 yards in Sunday's 25-24 win over Las Vegas.

Swift was limited during the practice week with a hip injury that had him listed as questionable leading up to Sunday's kickoff. The veteran RB suited up and rewarded fantasy managers with his second trip to the end zone in four games this season. The Bears placed no restrictions on Swift, handing him 14 of its 18 running back carries in the win. He has been generating just enough value on a weekly basis to warrant flex consideration in most formats, but he won't be available in Week 5 with the Bears on a bye, making Week 6 the next time Swift will be in action.

Jeanty took 21 carries for 138 yards and a touchdown while catching both of his targets for 17 yards and two more touchdowns in Sunday's 25-24 loss to Chicago. He also lost a fumble.

Jeanty's early fumble fortunately did not earn him a benching -- which coaching staffs have been known to do when young players display ball-security issues -- as he went on to produce his best game so far in the NFL. It was a welcome sight from the sixth overall pick in this year's draft, who failed to average over 4.0 yards per carry in any of his first three outings. With a signature performance under his belt, Jeanty's fantasy managers can start him with confidence heading into next Sunday's tilt against Indianapolis.

Henderson rushed seven times for 32 yards and a touchdown and brought in both targets for 14 yards in the Patriots' 42-13 win over the Panthers on Sunday. He also returned one kickoff for 20 yards.

The rookie second-round pick saw two fewer carries than Rhamondre Stevenson despite the latter's Week 3 fumbling issues, but Henderson still turned in a serviceable fantasy performance thanks to his first NFL touchdown. Henderson got into the end zone from five yards out with just under six minutes left in the second quarter, and his rushing yardage tally represented a new career high. He's hauled in multiple receptions in each of his first four games, but he appears stuck in a three-way backfield committee with Stevenson and Antonio Gibson heading into a Week 5 road matchup against the Bills next Sunday night.
