Arnold posted six receptions (on 10 targets) for 102 yards and two touchdowns in three games with the Cardinals in 2019.

A late-season pickup off waivers, Arnold made his presence felt, which cannot be said for the other TEs employed by the Cards this season. Both Charles Clay (calf) and Maxx Williams barely surpassed 200 receiving yards while playing entire campaigns (sans Week 17 for the former). Looking at the efficiency metrics in Arnold's brief career to date -- 8.4 YPT and three TDs on 33 targets in 15 games between Arizona and New Orleans -- Arnold has flashed receiving talent in two locales that promote it. With Clay set for unrestricted free agency in March, Arnold and Williams are set to serve as the team's top tight ends next year, assuming no other additions at the position.

The Chiefs signed Mack to a reserve/future contract Thursday.

Mack spent time on the Steelers' and Saints' practice squads during the regular season. He'll now get a chance to latch on as a depth option during the offseason in Kansas City.

Kelce (knee) was listed as a limited practice participant Thursday.

We'll circle back on the tight end's status Friday, but at this stage we'd expect him to be available for Sunday's divisional-round playoff game against the Texans. The Chiefs' final injury report of the week will reveal whether Kelce approaches that contest listed as questionable or minus an injury designation.

Graham (wrist) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday after receiving a veteran rest day Wednesday, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

It should be noted a wrist designation was noted as well, but Graham has been playing through it since early December. While he was targeted 17 times over the last four regular-season games, he gathered in just nine of those passes for 114 yards and no touchdowns. There's little doubt about his availability for Sunday's divisional-round contest against the Seahawks, who allowed the second-most yards (1,099) to tight ends during the regular season and nine catches (on 12 targets) for 117 yards to Eagles tight ends in the wild-card round.

Akins (hamstring) remained limited at practice Thursday, Aaron Reiss of The Athletic reports.

Back-to-back practices, albeit in a limited capacity, offer hope that Akins can return to action Sunday against the Chiefs after missing last weekend's wild-card triumph over the Bills. If he remains out or limited, however, Darren Fells once again would see added tight end snaps and targets versus Kansas City.

Andrews (ankle) is listed as questionable for Saturday's divisional-round game versus the Titans.

Andrews has dealt with a knee injury and then an ankle issue since Week 14, the latter of which held him out of the Ravens' regular-season finale. Coming off the team's bye, he maintained limited practices throughout this week but still enters the weekend with a designation. Assuming he avoids the inactive list when it's released about 90 minutes before Saturday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, he should serve as the top tight end option for Lamar Jackson.

Kelce wasn't wearing a knee brace at the portion of Thursday's practice open to the media, Sam McDowell of The Kansas City Star reports.

Limited on Wednesday's injury report, Kelce at least will maintain that level of participation Thursday and may even elevate to 'full.' Assuming the latter comes to pass by the end of the week, his availability for Sunday's divisional-round game against the Texans will be confirmed, as appears to be the expectation.

Kelce (knee) will practice Thursday, Adam Teicher of ESPN.com reports.

It remains to be seen if he works fully or is limited Thursday, but after Kelce was limited at practice Wednesday, Teicher relayed that the tight end's knee issue shouldn't keep him out of Sunday's playoff game against the Texans.

Manhertz finished the 2019 season with one catch for 11 yards across 15 games.

Manhertz has featured in all but one game for the Panthers over the past three seasons, but he's never finished with more than two receptions in a given campaign. The veteran is a blocking specialist at tight end and should work in that capacity again if he breaks camp with the Panthers in 2020.

Mundt hauled in four of seven targets for 26 scoreless yards over 13 games in 2019.

Mundt played more than expected since Gerald Everett battled a knee injury and missed three games, but Mundt was mainly used as a run-blocker. The 25-year-old ran a route on 49.4 percent of his snaps, and, with many skilled pass-catchers, it's not surprising that he was targeted sparingly. Mundt will be an exclusive-rights free agent in March.
