Akins (hamstring) was limited at practice Wednesday.

Akins missed last weekend's wild-card win over the Bills with the injury, so he's not a lock to return to action Sunday against the Chiefs. If he's limited or remains out in Kansas City, Darren Fells would once again be in line for added snaps and targets at tight end.

Kelce was limited at practice Wednesday due to a knee injury.

Per Adam Teicher of ESPN.com, the tight end's limitations were the result of a sore knee, but the issue "shouldn't keep" Kelce out of Sunday's playoff game against the Texans. Ideally, Kelce would erase any concern about his health heading into the divisional-round matchup by practicing fully Thursday and/or Friday.

Andrews (ankle) was limited at practice Wednesday.

Andrews will more than likely be available for Saturday's playoff game against the Titans, though it's plausible that the tight end -- who sat out the Ravens' regular-season finale along with several other key players -- will officially be listed as questionable heading into the weekend.

Conklin (knee) was a full participant for Tuesday's walkthrough practice.

Conklin had suffered the knee injury in the second quarter of Sunday's wild-card win over the Saints. His full practice availability suggests that, barring a setback this week, the Central Michigan product will be ready to go for Sunday's matchup against San Francisco.

Andrews (ankle) was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Though his reps were capped in the Ravens' first official practice of the postseason, Andrews looks in no real jeopardy of missing Saturday's divisional-round matchup with the Titans. Andrews was sidelined for the Ravens' Week 17 win over the Steelers with a sore ankle, but his absence had more to do with Baltimore having already clinched the AFC's No. 1 seed rather than any major concern about his health.

Schultz wrapped up the regular season having caught one of two targets for six yards.

While he played in every game, Schultz never saw more than 17 snaps on offense in any given week and the second-year tight end had basically no role as a receiver working behind Jason Witten and Blake Jarwin. Even if Witten heads back into retirement, Schultz likely wouldn't get enough targets in 2020 to make a fantasy impact with Jarwin very clearly the heir apparent at the position.

Dickerson was not targeted across four contests in 2019.

Dickerson bounced between New York's roster and practice squad in 2019, contributing as a blocker and special-teams asset when active. He's appeared in eight contests with the Giants over the last two seasons.

Ertz told Les Bowen of The Philadelphia Inquirer on Monday that it'll take some time to get back to 100 percent. "They said it's probably going to take another month to feel back to myself after everything that went on," Ertz added.

Ertz was referencing the cracked rib and lacerated kidney that's inhibited him since he picked them up Week 16. The issues combined to keep Ertz sidelined in the regular-season finale, and he wasn't medically cleared to play through the latter concern until Saturday. He proceeded to play 88 percent of the offensive snaps during Sunday's wild-card loss to the Seahawks, gathering in two of four passes for 44 yards in the process. With plenty of time to recover, Ertz no doubt will be healthy by the time the offseason program kicks off in the spring. His future with the Eagles seemingly is in some question, though, as the 29-year-old is due $12.5 million in 2020, and the team has talented second-year TE Dallas Goedert waiting in the wings.

Bell finished 2019 with just eight catches for 67 yards on 15 targets.

Bell was brought in to fill the role voided by Demetrius Harris' departure this offseason and essentially did just that. The backup tight end in the Chiefs' offense is unlikely to see a ton of usage in the passing game as long as Travis Kelce is healthy, which was precisely what occurred in Bell's case -- the four-year pro recorded 400 offensive snaps despite little usage as a pass-catcher. He signed just a one-year contract with Kansas City, so there's no guarantee he will be back in the fold in 2020.

Hollister caught two of four targets for 16 yards in Sunday's wild-card win over the Eagles.

Hollister produced his lowest yardage total since Week 6 -- his debut with the Seahawks -- despite Russell Wilson racking up 325 passing yards. The Seahawks will travel to Green Bay for the divisional round. The Packers allowed, on average, 4.8 receptions, 54 receiving yards per game and six total touchdowns to tight ends during the regular season.
