Hurst caught both of his targets for 39 total yards during Sunday's 40-25 loss to Cleveland.

That a 39-yard game would be Hurst's second-highest career total four games into his sophomore season is probably not what Baltimore hoped for after drafting the former Gamecock in the first round, but Hurst is at least trending upward. He has caught multiple passes or scored a touchdown in every game this season, and five of his eight catches have gone for first downs. He still doesn't have the value fellow sophomore Mark Andrews now carries, but it'll be interesting to see how his role develops given Baltimore's relative lack of established targets outside.

Hodges (personal) was waived off the left squad/exempt list by the Jets on Tuesday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Hodges was waived/injured and reverted to injured reserve in early August before eventually shifting to the exempt list. The 2017 sixth-round pick out of Virginia Tech is still looking to make his NFL debut.

Searight (hamstring) was suspended four games for violating the league's performance-enhancing drug policy, Ralph Vacchiano of SportsNet New York reports.

Searight was placed on injured reserve with a hamstring injury in August and won't play this season unless he reaches an injury settlement and signs with another team. If that doesn't happen, Searight's suspension will roll over to 2020.

Swaim caught three of four targets for 17 yards in Sunday's win against the Broncos.

Swaim saw his highest snap count of the season (41) as he almost split snaps evenly with James O'Shaughnessy (undisclosed injury), but O'Shaughnessy still outproduced him as his lone catch was an 18-yard touchdown. Swaim has seen four targets in three of four games this season which is solid for the team's secondary tight end, but his 5.1 yards per reception handicap any fantasy potential in deeper leagues.

Vannett caught both his targets for 28 yards in Monday night's 27-3 win over Cincinnati.

The newly acquired tight end came into the game with four catches for 38 yards and was used sparingly, despite Vance McDonald (shoulder) inactive and Xavier Grimble (calf) on IR. It won't be any easier Week 5 against the Ravens, who have allowed opposing tight ends to score just one touchdown in the last eight games dating back to last season.

Thomas was not targeted in Sunday's 16-10 win over the Texans.

Thomas played 10 offensive snaps, which actually set a new season high for him. Still, such little playing time unsurprisingly prevented Thomas from making an impact, and he remains without a catch through four games. With Greg Olsen hardly ever leaving the field, Thomas has seen his role at tight end marginalized to begin his second season.

Moreau caught all three of his targets for 30 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-24 win over the Colts.

Moreau found the end zone less than six minutes into Sunday's contest when he snagged an 18-yard touchdown pass from Derek Carr. The rookie may have notched the first points of his young career Week 4, but Moreau continues to be overshadowed by Darren Waller, who leads all tight ends with 33 receptions. Nonetheless, Moreau has been on the field for at least 31 offensive snaps in two of the Raiders' first four tilts.

Gentry and Nick Vannett will be the Steelers' available tight ends Monday versus the Bengals with Vance McDonald (shoulder) inactive, Teresa Varley of the team's official site reports.

Aside from McDonald, Xavier Grimble (calf) is on injured reserve. To restock the TE room, the team acquired Vannett from the Seahawks last Tuesday. While he's the veteran between him and Gentry, the latter has been in town since he was selected in the fifth round of the 2019 draft. Gentry's first catch as a pro awaits.

Vannett and Zach Gentry will serve as the Steelers' available tight ends Monday against the Bengals with Vance McDonald (shoulder) inactive, Teresa Varley of the team's official site reports.

The Seahawks traded Vannett last Tuesday due to the withered state of the TE room in Pittsburgh. Aside from McDonald, who was donning a sling and didn't practice before this game, Xavier Grimble (calf) is on injured reserve. Vannett will step into a prime opportunity to produce with Mason Rudolph under center. That said, Vannett didn't do much during his Seahawks tenure, averaging 6.9 yards per target and scoring four touchdowns in 42 appearances.

Higbee caught four of seven targets for 41 yards during Sunday's 55-40 loss to Tampa Bay.

After missing Week 3 with a chest injury, Higbee started against the Bucs and played 44 of 98 offensive snaps. He also took the field seven times on special teams, and his seven targets more than doubled his six through the first two games of the season. The veteran did play less than fellow tight end Gerald Everett (56 offensive snaps), but it appears Higbee is healthy after being inactive last week. He still shouldn't be relied on in the majority of fantasy settings, though.
