  • Panthers' Stephen Sullivan: Unlikely to return Sunday

Sullivan (knee) is doubtful to return to Sunday's contest against the Buccaneers, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

Sullivan went to the locker room after suffering a knee injury in the second half versus Tampa Bay and his day is likely done as a result. The tight end failed to reel in his only target of the game in the third quarter.

  • Hunter Henry TE | NE

Patriots' Hunter Henry: Leading receiver in Sunday's loss

Henry caught seven of nine targets for 75 yards in Sunday's 25-24 loss to the Colts.

The veteran tight end once again led the Patriots in catches, targets and receiving yards, but Henry got denied a bigger performance when Austin Hooper caught Drake Maye's only TD of the day in the second quarter instead. Henry is on the verge of a career-best campaign, needing just three more catches and 43 more yards to set new personal bests in those categories. He'll aim for those marks on the other side of New England's Week 14 bye.

  • Zach Ertz TE | WAS

Commanders' Zach Ertz: Extends TD streak to three

Ertz caught three of six targets for 35 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 42-19 win over the Titans.

Ertz extended Washington's lead to 35-13 with a four-yard touchdown catch in the fourth quarter. He has scored in three consecutive games after recording only one touchdown through 10 games with the Commanders. Ertz will look to extend his touchdown streak in Week 15 against the Saints after a Week 14 bye.

  • Dalton Schultz TE | HOU

Texans' Dalton Schultz: Finds end zone in Week 13 win

Schultz secured five of seven targets for 61 yards and a touchdown in the Texans' 23-20 win over the Jaguars on Sunday.

Despite missing time in the second half to be evaluated for a shoulder injury, Schultz was able to record his first touchdown since January's wild-card win over the Browns, finding the end zone on a 22-yard grab early in the fourth quarter. The veteran tight end finished second in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the afternoon for the Texans, and his catch total matched a season high as well. Schultz now has a pair of five-reception totals in the last three games heading into a Week 14 bye.

  • Trey McBride TE | ARI

Cardinals' Trey McBride: Nearly hits century mark Sunday

McBride caught all 12 of his targets for 96 yards in Sunday's 23-22 loss to the Vikings.

The Cardinals' running game struggled early, forcing Kyler Murray to turn to McBride instead to stay ahead of the sticks. The third-year tight end tied his season high in receptions while leading Arizona in receiving yards, and over the last five games he's cemented himself as Murray's top read, racking up 40 catches on 47 targets for 459 yards. Despite the massive volume though, McBride is still looking for his first touchdown of 2024. He'll try to end his scoring drought in Week 14 against the Seahawks.

  • Brady Russell RB | SEA

Seahawks' Brady Russell: Able to suit up Week 13

Russell (foot) is not among Seattle's inactives for Sunday's contest against the Jets.

Russell logged an LP/DNP/FP practice progression this week and came into Sunday deemed questionable to play. He'll ultimately be able to suit up, though it's likely Russell's work will come mostly on special teams, as usual, especially with three healthy tight ends ahead of him on the depth chart. Russell has logged only 31 offensive snaps versus 190 special-teams snaps over nine contests on the campaign.

  • Bengals' Tanner McLachlan: Not debuting Sunday

McLachlan (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 13 battle against the Steelers.

McLachlan, a rookie sixth-round draft pick out of Arizona, will continue to wait to make his NFL debut. It would likely take an absence to a tight end above him on the depth chart -- Mike Gesicki, Drew Sample, or Tanner Hudson -- for McLachlan to be given a chance to suit up on game day.

  • Anthony Firkser: Reverts to practice squad

Firkser reverted to the Chiefs' practice squad Saturday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Firkser played 17 snaps (seven on offense, 10 on special teams) during the Chiefs' 19-17 win over the Raiders on Friday and did not record a stat. The veteran tight end is eligible to be elevated to the active roster two more times this season.

  • Nick Muse TE | LAR

Vikings' Nick Muse: Elevated for Week 13

The Vikings elevated Muse from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

After being waived by the Vikings on Monday, Muse opted to stick around in Minnesota and signed to the practice squad Wednesday. With Josh Oliver (ankle) ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Muse will serve as the Vikings' No. 3 tight end behind T.J. Hockenson and Johnny Mundt.

  • Charlie Kolar TE | LAC

Ravens' Charlie Kolar: Goes on IR due to broken forearm

The Ravens placed Kolar (forearm) on injured reserve Saturday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

Kolar broke his forearm in the fourth quarter of the Ravens' 30-23 win over the Chargers this past Monday. The third-year tight end will be forced to miss at least the next four regular-season games, making Week 18 against the Browns on Sunday, Jan. 5 the earliest he can return.
