  • Panthers' Ja'Tavion Sanders: Discharged from hospital

Sanders, who left Sunday's game against the Chiefs due to a neck injury, has been released from the hospital, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.

Sanders had been transported to a local hospital Sunday after being carted off the field supported by a backboard. Per Newton, though the rookie tight end was subsequently discharged from the hospital, he still is being evaluated. The Panthers' next game is Dec. 1 against the Buccaneers.

  • Chiefs' Peyton Hendershot: Exits game with calf injury

Hendershot (calf) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Panthers.

Hendershot suffered the injury in the second half of Sunday's game. Travis Kelce and Noah Gray would be the Chiefs' only two tight ends for the rest of the contest if Hendershot is unable to return.

  • AJ Barner TE | SEA

Seahawks' AJ Barner: Remaining top tight end Sunday

Barner is slated to remain the top option at tight end for the Seahawks in Sunday's game against the Cardinals with Noah Fant (groin) inactive for the contest.

The rookie fourth-round pick wasn't able to do much with expanded opportunity during Fant's first two absences in Weeks 9 and 11, generating a modest 6-42 line on 11 targets. Nevertheless, Barner should continue to profile as the top pass-catching option at his position versus Arizona, with veteran Pharaoh Brown also mixing in.

  • Panthers' Ja'Tavion Sanders: Ruled out of Sunday's game

Sanders won't return to Sunday's contest against the Chiefs due to a neck injury, Alex Zietlow of The Charlotte Observer reports.

Sanders landed on his helmet at the end of a 10-yard catch and run late in the first half. Prior to getting carted off the field, he was placed on a backboard and had his neck stabilized, and the Panthers relayed that the rookie tight end was transported to a Charlotte-area hospital to be evaluated further. Sanders thus will end Week 12 with three catches on as many targets for 49 yards.

  • Noah Fant TE | NO

Seahawks' Noah Fant: Officially inactive Sunday

Fant (groin) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Reports earlier Sunday indicated Fant's availability would likely come down to pregame warmups, and the veteran tight end evidently wasn't deemed healthy enough to suit up. With Fant missing his third straight game, rookie AJ Barner will once again helm Seattle's tight-end corps, while Fant will aim for a return to action in a Week 13 road matchup against the Jets.

  • Raiders' Harrison Bryant: Remaining out Week 12

Bryant (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's matchup versus Denver.

Bryant injured his ankle Week 9 against Cincinnati and will miss his second consecutive contest following the Raiders' Week 10 bye. The tight end did manage to log a pair of limited practices to end the week, so he could get back on the field for a Black Friday matchup against the Chiefs in Week 13. Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer will lead Las Vegas' tight-end corps against the Broncos.

  • Greg Dulcich TE | MIA

Broncos' Greg Dulcich: Healthy scratch Week 12

Dulcich (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Dulcich last saw the field Week 3 against the Jets, and he'll be a healthy scratch for the eighth consecutive game Sunday. Adam Trautman, Nate Adkins and Lucas Krull once again will constitute the Broncos' tight-end depth chart versus Las Vegas, while Dulcich's next opportunity to return to the field will come in a Week 13 Monday night home matchup against the Browns on Dec. 2.

  • Panthers' Ja'Tavion Sanders: Leaves field on cart Sunday

Sanders (head/neck) was carted off the field during Sunday's game versus the Chiefs, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.

Sanders went head over heels at the end of a 10-yard catch and run when he took a low hit on the left sideline, with his helmet taking the brunt of the fall. He was placed on a backboard before needing a cart to go to the locker room. An official diagnosis isn't yet known, but Sanders had three catches (on three targets) for 49 yards when he departed just before halftime.

  • Jack Stoll TE | CLE

    Dolphins' Jack Stoll: Inactive Sunday

Stoll (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Patriots.

The Dolphins claimed Stoll off waivers from the Eagles on Nov. 13, but the tight end did not play an offensive snap in the team's 34-19 win over the Raiders last week. Stoll played on 194 offensive snaps in seven games for Philadelphia, catching two passes for 10 yards. The healthy tight end appears to remain behind Jonnu Smith, Julian Hill and Durham Smythe on Miami's depth chart.

  • Noah Fant TE | NO

Seahawks' Noah Fant: Looks like close call for Sunday

Fant (groin) remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, and a source tells Ian Rapoport of NFL Network that it will be a close call as to whether the tight end will be able to play.

Fant closed out Week 12 prep with a full practice, and while that's often a positive indicator that a player will suit up on game day, the tight end has missed the Seahawks' previous two games, which were sandwiched around a Week 10 bye. It's unclear if just one full practice will be enough for Fant to get the green light to play Sunday, and the Seahawks could be preparing for another absence after they elevated another tight end (Tyler Mabry) from the practice squad Saturday. Ultimately, a final word on Fant's status will come 90 minutes prior to the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, when Seattle posts its inactive list. AJ Barner would likely serve as the Seahawks' primary option at tight end Sunday if Fant is unable to go.
