Peyton Hendershot TE | KC
Cowboys' Peyton Hendershot: Returns to 53-man roster
Hendershot (ankle) rejoined the active roster Wednesday, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
Hendershot was designated to return from IR on Nov. 15, so his 21-day window to practice with the team was up. If he wasn't placed back on the 53-man roster Wednesday, he would have been forced back on injured reserve and missed the remainder of the season. However, the Indiana product has been logging full practices the last three weeks and should be good to go Sunday against the Eagles.

Rodney Williams TE | PIT
Steelers' Rodney Williams: Getting scant playing time
Williams went without a target while playing five of the Steelers' 61 snaps on offense in Sunday's 24-10 loss to the Cardinals.
Williams has been active for each of Pittsburgh's last eight games but hasn't played more than 12 snaps on offense in any contest. He'll likely be in store for only limited playing time while fellow tight ends Pat Freiermuth, Darnell Washington and Connor Heyward are available.

Darnell Washington TE | PIT
Steelers' Darnell Washington: Goes without target in Week 13
Washington played 34 of the Steelers' 61 snaps on offense and went without a target in Sunday's 24-10 loss to the Cardinals.
Washington has played more than half of the Steelers' snaps on offense in three of the past four contests, but the big-bodied rookie out of Georgia been deployed mainly as a blocking tight end. He's drawn just seven targets over his 12 appearances on the season and will likely see limited involvement as a pass catcher down the stretch, especially now that Pat Freiermuth is back in the fold after a recent stint on injured reserve.
-
Pharaoh Brown TE | ARI
Patriots' Pharaoh Brown: Involvement on offense declining
Brown played 32 of the Patriots' 64 snaps on offense but went without a target in Sunday's 6-0 loss to the Chargers.
Brown made some splash plays over the Patriots' first eight games of the season with four of his seven receptions during that stretch going for 20-plus yards, but he's been relegated almost exclusively to a blocking role ever since. The 29-year-old has gone without a target in four straight contests, and fellow tight ends Hunter Henry and Mike Gesicki should remain more involved in the passing game than Brown in the weeks to come.

Kenny Yeboah TE | ARI
Jets' Kenny Yeboah: Activated from IR
The Jets activated Yeboah (hamstring) from injured reserve Wednesday.
Yeboah takes the roster spot of fellow tight end C.J. Uzomah (knee), who was himself placed on injured reserve Wednesday. While Yeboah has yet to make his 2023 debut, he could get the chance to do so as early as Sunday versus the Texans. Across 19 appearances with New York over the past two seasons, Yeboah has mostly contributed on special teams.

C.J. Uzomah TE | PHI
Jets' C.J. Uzomah: Officially placed on IR
The Jets placed Uzomah (knee) on injured reserve Wednesday.
Uzomah's move to IR comes after he sustained a sprained MCL of his right knee in the Jets' Week 13 loss to the Falcons. Given that he will have to spend a minimum of four games on IR, Uzomah won't be eligible to take the field until Week 18 against the Patriots, though the Jets could opt to shut him down for the season if the team is eliminated from playoff contention. The Jets activated tight end Kenny Yeboah (hamstring) from IR in a corresponding transaction.

Dawson Knox TE | BUF
Bills' Dawson Knox: Cleared to practice
The Bills designated Knox (wrist) for return from injured reserve Wednesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Knox missed five games (Weeks 8 through 12) while recovering from right wrist surgery and is now ready to practice following the Bills' Week 13 bye. Per Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News, head coach Sean McDermott expressed uncertainty that Knox will be ready to play Sunday in Kansas City, but the tight end at least stands a good chance to suit up Week 15 or 16. Rookie tight end Dalton Kincaid emerged as a reliable fantasy starter in Knox's absence the past month and a half, though No. 3 wide receiver was actually the biggest winner in terms of added playing time, as the Bills pivoted to far fewer multi-tight end formations and implemented more three-wide looks.

Josh Pederson TE | JAC
Josh Pederson: Reverts to practice squad
Pederson reverted to Jacksonville's practice squad Tuesday.
Pederson saw some playing time on special teams in Monday's overtime loss to the Bengals as Brenton Strange was out with a foot injury. The 26-your-old will now wait for another opportunity to be elevated for a game.
-
Leonard Taylor TE | JAC
Leonard Taylor: Gets let go
Taylor (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve by the Jaguars on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Taylor has been on IR, other than while serving a two-game suspension for an undisclosed reason, since July. The 24-year-old will now be free to play elsewhere if he can prove himself healthy.
-
Luke Farrell TE | SF
Jaguars' Luke Farrell: Minor role in loss
Farrell caught his lone target for nine yards during Monday's 34-31 loss to the Bengals.
The 26-year-old set career highs with three catches and 55 yards last week in Houston, but he was far less involved in the passing game versus Cincinnati. Farrell remains the top backup to starting tight end Evan Engram but doesn't have much fantasy, utility with just 22 receptions for 216 yards through 44 career games.
