Alie-Cox (concussion) has been officially ruled out from returning to Sunday's contest versus the Titans, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Alie-Cox was evaluated for a concussion after banging his head on the turf early in the second half, and he's now been deemed out for the remainder of the contest. The tight end brought in his only target for 17 yards prior to exiting. Alie-Cox will need to pass through the league's concussion protocol in order to be able to play in Week 6 against Jacksonville.

Engram caught four of eight targets for 28 yards during Sunday's 25-20 win over Buffalo.

The 29-year-old tight end tied for the team lead in targets but had a long reception of nine yards and finished with his lowest yardage total of the season. It's the third straight game with exactly eight targets for Engram, and if that trend continues, he should continue to have a decent fantasy floor even as the tertiary option in Jacksonville's passing game.

Ogletree exited Sunday's contest against the Titans with a shoulder injury and was initially deemed questionable to return, but he's since reentered the contest, George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin reports.

Ogletree briefly departed after hurting his shoulder in the first half but was able to return shortly thereafter. After scoring his first touchdown of the campaign in Week 4 against the Rams, the tight end had one reception for 13 yards Sunday before his brief exit.

Kolar (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Steelers.

Kolar played the last two weeks and saw extended playing time on special teams in Week 4 against the Browns but did not record a stat. Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely are set to be the tight end options Sunday for quarterback Lamar Jackson.

Mitchell (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Panthers.

Mitchell popped up on the injury report Friday with a hamstring injury and then was ruled doubtful for Sunday's game. Brock Wright and Darrell Daniels could see extended playing time as the backup tight ends behind Sam LaPorta with Mitchell out.

Bellinger (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Bellinger exited early in Monday's 24-3 loss to the Seahawks with the knee injury and was a limited practice participant throughout Week 5 prep, but he evidently made enough progress for the Giants to feel comfortable keeping him active Sunday. However, Dan Duggan of The Athletic suggests that Bellinger is likely well below 100 percent healthy, so the second-year player could be subject to a lower snap count than usual behind starting tight end Darren Waller. In his three healthy games this season, Bellinger has handled snap shares ranging between 40 and 68 percent, recording just two total receptions in those contests.

Musgrave (concussion) does not carry an injury designation into Monday's matchup versus the Raiders, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.

Musgrave was a full participant in all three practice sessions, paving the way for the rookie tight to return to the starting lineup. Prior to the early exit in the Week 4 loss to the Lions, Musgrave had played in at least 75 percent of the team's offensive snaps and tallied 15 targets combined in the three contests. As a result, the 23-year-old could be situated in a nice spot to have a productive outing against a vulnerable Raiders defense.

The Cowboys elevated McKeon from their practice squad Saturday, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

McKeon was elevated for the first time last week to face New England, and he ended up logging 17 snaps on offense and 13 on special teams without registering any stats. The tight end should serve as depth for Dallas against San Francisco on Sunday, with Peyton Hendershot ruled out due to an ankle injury.

Mitchell (hamstring) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's contest against Carolina.

Mitchell practiced in full Wednesday and Thursday but popped up on the injury report with a DNP due to a hamstring issue Friday. It doesn't bode well for the tight end's likelihood of playing Sunday that the injury occurred late in the week, though his potential absence probably won't have a major impact on the Lions' game plan since he hasn't logged more than 10 offensive snaps in any contest so far this season.
