Jeudy is expected to become the Browns' new No. 1 wide receiver after Cleveland traded Amari Cooper to Buffalo on Tuesday, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.

Through the Browns' first six games, the former Bronco recorded just four fewer catches (20) and two fewer receiving yards (248) than Cooper, but the trade clears the way for Jeudy to serve as the clear top option. Fellow wideouts Elijah Moore (ribs) and Cedric Tillman, as well as tight end David Njoku, could also see their usage pick up to varying degrees, though poor quarterback play from Deshaun Watson caps the upside of the entire Cleveland passing game.

The Jets acquired Adams (hamstring) from the Raiders on Tuesday in exchange for a 2025 conditional third-round draft pick.

The two teams came to terms on the trade earlier Tuesday, but the deal wasn't officially announced until the star wideout arrived in New York and passed a physical. The Jets evidently aren't too concerned about the hamstring injury that kept Adams sidelined for the Raiders' last three games, and the team believes he will be ready to make his debut this Sunday in Pittsburgh, per Connor Hughes of SNY.tv. Adams will benefit from an upgrade in quarterback play, going from Gardner Minshew and Aidan O'Connell in Las Vegas to Aaron Rodgers in New York, but he'll face stiffer competition for targets as he joins Garrett Wilson and former Packers teammate Allen Lazard in the Jets receiver room. Adams' prior experience working with Rodgers in their eight seasons together in Green Bay could give him the inside track to emerge as the 1A option between he and Wilson, however, with Lazard bumped down to the No. 3 role. Adams has approximately $11.6 million remaining on his contract for 2024 and is due $36.25 million over the next two years, but that latter amount is non-guaranteed and could be re-worked if the Jets want to keep him in the fold beyond this season.

Franklin caught two of three targets for 31 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Chargers. He added one rush for five yards.

Franklin's trip to the end zone was the first of his young career while the rookie saw a major uptick in his usage in Week 6. The wideout played 65 percent of the Broncos' offensive snaps Sunday after averaging a roughly 22 percent snap share in his first four games. Franklin is a talented wideout who should continue to develop within the Broncos' passing attack, especially with an existing connection with his college quarterback Bo Nix at the helm in Denver. The 21-year-old will look to build off his solid performance against the Chargers when the Broncos visit the Saints in Week 7.

Mims failed to record a single reception on three targets in Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Chargers.

Though he saw a season-high in targets, Mims was unable to connect with rookie quarterback Bo Nix against the Chargers in Week 6. The second-year speedster continued to see limited usage, playing just 17 of the Broncos' 55 offensive snaps. Heading into a Week 7 matchup against the Saints, Mims is not a reliable fantasy option.

Humphrey secured his lone target for eight yards in Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Chargers.

Humphrey was minimally involved in Sunday's loss to the Chargers, playing 35 percent of offensive snaps after playing 64 percent of snaps in Week 5. The wideout's decreased playing time made way for fellow receivers Troy Franklin and Devaughn Vele to see a larger workload in the contest. In a passing attack that has been inconsistent so far in 2024, Humphrey should not be trusted for consistent production. The 26-year-old veteran will look to bounce back when the Broncos visit the Saints in Week 7.

The Bills acquired Cooper and a 2025 sixth-round draft pick from the Browns on Tuesday in exchange for a 2025 third-round draft pick and a 2026 seventh-round draft pick, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

The Bills have lacked a true No. 1 receiver since dealing Stefon Diggs to the Texans in April, but they appear to have found a replacement in Cooper. A sputtering Cleveland passing attack has limited the veteran to 24 catches for 250 yards and two touchdowns on 53 targets through six games, but linking up with two-time Pro Bowler Josh Allen should send the wideout's fantasy value soaring. Assuming Cooper is able to quickly pick up his new playbook, he should be available to make his Bills debut Sunday against the Titans.

New Orleans signed Pettis (undisclosed) to its practice squad Tuesday.

Pettis was cut from the Bears' injured reserve list in early September, but with the Saints dealing with multiple injuries to an already-thin group of wide receivers, it now looks like he could suit up for his 2024 debut as soon as Thursday. Specifically, his experience returning punts could prove helpful with Rashid Shaheed's (knee) status for Week 7 up in the air.

Gipson wasn't targeted and had one punt return for eight yards in Monday's 23-20 loss to the Bills.

Gipson remains almost exclusively limited to special teams duties. Finding snaps for the undersized receiver will be even harder moving forward, as the Jets are finalizing a trade for wide receiver Davante Adams (hamstring) ahead of Sunday's road game against the Steelers.

Williams (head) is at risk of a role reduction after the Jets acquired Davante Adams (hamstring) from the Raiders on Tuesday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

After completing his recovery from last year's torn ACL, Williams was eased in with just nine snaps in his Week 1 debut for the Jets, but he saw his playing time steadily increase in the games that followed. However, that trend ended in Week 6, as Williams saw his snap share drop from 70 percent the week before to a 53 percent share in the Jets' 23-20 loss to the Bills on Monday. Williams failed to reel in any of his three targets in the loss, and his night ended on a particularly sour note. Per Cimini, quarterback Aaron Rodgers said in his postgame press conference that the veteran receiver ran the wrong route on the Jets' final play of the game, which resulted in an interception that sealed the win for Buffalo. Williams was evaluated for a head injury after the play in question, but even if he clears the concussion protocol ahead of this Sunday's game in Pittsburgh, he still looks set to drop to fourth on the depth chart behind a healthy Adams, Garrett Wilson and Allen Lazard. The Jets have gotten little back from their one-year, $10 million investment in Williams thus far, with the 30-year-old producing a 10-145-0 receiving line on 17 targets through six games.

Wilson could see his target share take a hit after the Jets acquired Davante Adams (hamstring) from Las Vegas on Tuesday, Lucas Hutcherson of SNY.tv reports.

Wilson has been the clear top wideout through his first two-plus seasons in New York, and he turned in 1,000-yard receiving campaigns in 2022 and 2023 despite substandard quarterback play. After a slow first four games of the 2024 season with four-time MVP Aaron Rodgers under center, Wilson has gotten in sync with the veteran signal-caller and has hauled in 21 of 33 targets for 208 yards and two touchdowns over the last two contests. Though he should continue to see a substantial role, the arrival of Adams -- a six-time Pro Bowler who previously spent eight seasons in Green Bay with Rodgers -- likely means that Wilson will have to settle for being Option 1B in the passing game. On the other hand, the addition of Adams should help divert some attention from Wilson, and perhaps lead to higher-quality looks that uplift the Jets offense as a whole. Wilson still profiles as a must-start fantasy option in nearly every format, even if his weekly production becomes more volatile.
