Waddle (ankle) is listed as questionable for Saturday's wild-card game against the Chiefs.

Waddle has missed two straight games with a high-ankle sprain, but the wideout's limited practice listings Tuesday through Thursday give him a chance to return to action for Miami's postseason opener. If Waddle is deemed active for Saturday's 8:00 p.m. ET kickoff, he'll be in a position to reclaim a key role in his team's passing offense alongside fellow starting wideout Tyreek Hill (ankle/quadriceps) in frigid playing conditions in Kansas City. In 14 games prior to missing time with the ankle injury, Waddle recorded a 72-1,014-4 line on 104 targets. Per Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com, head coach Mike McDaniel said Thursday that Waddle hasn't experienced any setbacks this week, while expressing his optimism about the pass catcher's chances of returning to action this weekend.

Brown (back) is listed as questionable for Saturday's wild-card game against the Browns.

After being deemed a non-participant both Tuesday and Wednesday, Brown logged a limited practice Thursday, which gives the wideout a chance to be available for Saturday's 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff. Brown was inactive for the Texans' playoff-clinching Week 18 win over the Colts, but if he's able to suit up this weekend, he'll provide his team's aerial attack with valuable pass-catching depth alongside top wideout Nico Collins and possibly Robert Woods (hip), the latter of whom also is listed as questionable for Houston's postseason opener.

Smith (ankle) practiced in full Thursday.

Smith sprained his right ankle near the end of the Eagles' Week 17 loss to the Cardinals, which didn't allow him to practice during Week 18 prep or play this past Sunday at the Giants. As the Eagles reconvened Thursday, he relayed to Eliot Shorr-Parks of Sports Radio 94 WIP Philadelphia that he'll "be there" for Monday's wild-card contest at Tampa Bay and added, "Count me in." Per Shorr-Parks, Smith then was spotted on the practice field without any sort of wrap on his ankle and eventually put together an uncapped session. Meanwhile, A.J. Brown didn't take part in drills due to the knee injury that he suffered in the regular-season finale, so Smith could be in line for more targets if the former is inhibited or sidelined in Philadelphia's playoff opener.

Woods (hip) is listed as questionable for Saturday's wild-card game against the Browns.

After missing last week's regular-season finale versus the Colts, Woods sat out Tuesday's practice before logging limited reps Wednesday and Thursday. Like Woods, Noah Brown (back) is also listed as questionable for the wild-card round, though the former is likely a better bet to play after turning in two limited practices this week to the latter's one. Official word on the statuses of Woods and Brown for the playoff opener will arrive when Houston releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Saturday's 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff. Woods provided limited fantasy utility during the regular season, posting a modest 40-426-1 receiving line on 75 targets over his 14 appearances.

Toney (hip/ankle) is listed as questionable for Saturday night's playoff opener against the Dolphins.

Toney, who missed the Chiefs' last three regular-season contests, was deemed a limited practice participant Tuesday through Thursday, which gives the wideout a chance to return to action this weekend. If he's available for Saturday's 8:00 p.m. ET kickoff, Toney and his teammates are in line to play through frigid weather conditions in Kansas City.

Ross (hamstring) is listed as questionable ahead of Saturday's game against the Dolphins.

Ross could be trending in the right direction to suit up Saturday, as he began the Chiefs' week of practice with a DNP but followed that up with two consecutive limited sessions. If the 24-year-old is able to play in Kansas City's wild-card outing, he'd likely serve as a reserve option at wide receiver in addition to his usual special-teams duties.

Doubs (chest) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

Though Doubs wouldn't go into specifics regarding the chest injury he sustained in Sunday's 17-9 win over the Bears that resulted in a brief hospitalization, the wideout told Demovsky on Thursday that he's "feeling normal" again. Doubs has opened the week of practice with a pair of limited sessions, and if he's able to upgrade to full activity Friday, he'll have a good chance at avoiding a designation for Sunday's wild-card game in Dallas. If, however, Doubs remains limited once again Friday, he'll most likely carry a questionable tag into the weekend.

Smith (ankle) took part in Thursday's practice, EJ Smith of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Prior to the session, Smith told Eliot Shorr-Parks of Sports Radio 94 WIP Philadelphia regarding Monday's wild-card contest at Tampa Bay, "I'll be there. Count me in." After spraining his right ankle Week 17 against the Cardinals, Smith didn't practice last Wednesday through Friday before sitting out this past Sunday at the Giants. With some on-field work to kick off this week, he appears to be trending in the right direction as the Eagles prepare for their playoff opener.

Brown (knee) was a non-participant at Thursday's practice, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Since Brown left this past Sunday's loss at the Giants due to a knee injury, there hasn't been much intel regarding his health, other than a report from Mike Garafolo of NFL Network afterward in which Brown's issue wasn't believed to be a serious one. With three days to rest up before the Eagles' first session ahead of Monday's wild-card game in Tampa Bay, Brown focused on rehab versus on-field work Thursday, but he'll have two more chances to mix into drills and put himself on a path to play.

Davis (knee) isn't practicing Thursday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

With consecutive absences from practice to begin the week, Davis doesn't appear to be trending toward being available for Sunday's wild-card game against the Steelers. Davis, who exited the Bills' Week 18 win over the Dolphins with a PCL sprain, will likely need to get back on the practice field in some capacity Friday to have any shot at suiting up this weekend.
