Williams (non-injury) is expected to play in Sunday's Week 5 game against the Panthers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Williams had his six-game gambling ban reduced to four games earlier in the week and was immediately eligible to return to the team. He practiced this week and showed enough to get on the field Sunday. Even with Amon-Ra St. Brown (abdomen) doubtful and not expected to play, Williams shouldn't be counted on for a full-time role. Josh Reynolds and Kalif Raymond are the favorites for snaps.

Drummond was elevated to Detroit's active roster Saturday.

Drummond signed with the Lions' practice squad in late August, and he's now got the chance to appear in his first NFL game. The undrafted rookie out of Eastern Michigan caught 33 passes for 525 yards and three touchdowns in his final collegiate season.

Watson (hamstring) was not listed with an injury designation ahead of Monday's contest against the Raiders, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.

It'll be interesting to see how much work Watson receives Monday with no injury designation given the productive wideout was close to a game-time decision last week against the Lions. In that eventual drubbing, Watson played just 45 percent of the offensive snaps, although it's hard to tell if he would have been out there for more had the game been a bit more competitive during the second half. The Packers have a bye in Week 6, so it's at least somewhat telling for fantasy managers that the team felt comfortable playing Watson even with a lengthy off period on tap. The Raiders are actually middle of the pack in terms of passing yards allowed this season, but they've given up a whopping eight passing TDs to wide receivers, fifth most in the league.

Treadwell was elevated to the Ravens' active roster ahead of Sunday's game against Pittsburgh, Dale Lolley of the Steelers' official site reports.

Treadwell's elevation suggests that the Ravens will likely be without wideout Odell Beckham this coming Sunday. The 2016 first-round pick was active for Baltimore's Week 4 win over Cleveland, playing primarily on special teams.

Atlanta elevated Malone from its practice squad Saturday, Josh Kendall of The Athletic reports.

Malone latched on with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent May 1 and was added to the practice squad in late August after failing to make the initial 53-man roster. Atlanta placed wideout Josh Ali (ankle) on injured reserve earlier this week, necessitating the need for depth among its wideout corps. However, Malone isn't likely to see much work on offense Sunday versus Houston.

Adams (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Monday's primetime contest against the Packers, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.

Adams returned to practice in limited fashion Saturday for the first time this week, paving the way for the All-Pro wideout to potentially play come Monday. While fantasy managers might have to sweat Adams' status closer to Monday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, neither the Raiders nor the veteran have seemingly released any information that suggests the star target would miss a chance to play against his former team.

The Jets elevated Charles from their practice squad Saturday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Charles will get his first chance to suit up in an NFL contest this season after being activated for the Jets' season finale as a rookie last year. New York currently has a healthy wide receiver corps, so Charles isn't likely to see much (if any) action on offense Sunday versus Denver.

Harry has been elevated to Minnesota's active roster ahead of Sunday's game against Kansas City, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

The 2019 first-round pick out of Arizona State was moved from the Vikings' practice squad to their active roster for the second week in a row. Expect Harry to play strictly on special teams, as he played six total snaps last week (none of which came on offense).

Covey (concussion) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Rams.

Covey left Philadelphia's Week 4 win over Washington late with a head injury, but he's since cleared concussion protocol and has no injury designation this coming Sunday. The Utah product is the Eagles' main punt returner, tallying 151 return yards on nine chances this season.

Tennessee activated Philips (knee) from injured reserve on Saturday, Ben Arthur of FoxSports.com reports.

Philips began the regular season on IR after suffering an MCL injury in a preseason contest versus the Vikings. He appears to be fully recovered from the issue, as he was able to practice in full each day this week. Philips caught eight of 13 targets for 78 yards over four games in an injury-plagued rookie campaign last year, and he'll now look to work his way up a receiver depth chart that's headed by DeAndre Hopkins. Philips could play more than a minor role in his season debut Sunday with Treylon Burks ruled out with a knee injury.
