Sims didn't draw a target while playing four snaps on offense in Sunday's 25-10 loss to Dallas.

Sims has drawn single-digit snaps in each of Washington's first four games and has thus far been held without a catch on three targets. His playing-time outlook could improve Week 5 against the Titans, as rookie wideout Jahan Dotson (hamstring) is unlikely to be available.

Beasley announced Wednesday that he will retire from the NFL, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Beasley will hang up his cleats after 11 seasons in the NFL, including a brief cameo with the Buccaneers for two games thus far in 2022. The longtime slot receiver was named a second-team All-Pro in 2020 after a career-best 976-yard campaign with the Bills. He initially went unselected in the 2012 NFL Draft, but he managed to carve out a successful six-year tenure with the Cowboys before playing three seasons in Buffalo, highlighted by a 2020 trip to the AFC Championship Game.

Samuel isn't practicing Wednesday due to an illness, Matthew Paras of The Washington Times reports.

Samuel has two more chances to return to practice ahead of Sunday's contest against Tennessee, so it's too early to have any serious concern about his Week 5 status. With Jahan Dotson (hamstring) looking likely to sit out Sunday, Washington can scarce afford to have a versatile wideout of Samuel's caliber sidelined this weekend.

McCloud caught one of three targets for six yards in Sunday's 24-9 win over the Rams.

McCloud now has just one catch in each of the 49ers' first four games. Operating as San Francisco's No. 4 receiver, McCloud is not seeing enough opportunities on offense to be considered a viable fantasy starter. The 25-year-old wideout played on just nine of the team's offensive snaps, the least of any 49ers wideout in the contest. McCloud should remain off the fantasy radar when the 49ers visit the Panthers in Week 5.

Watson failed to secure his lone target in Sunday's 41-31 win over the Buccaneers.

Watson was held without a catch on one target for the second straight week, playing just 14 of the Chiefs' 80 offensive snaps Sunday. With so many mouths to feed in Kansas City, the veteran wideout find himself as an afterthought in the offense behind fellow receivers Marquez Valdes-Scantling, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Mecole Hardman and Skyy Moore. Watson should remain out of fantasy lineups when the Chiefs host the Raiders in Week 5.

Moore caught two of four targets for 31 yards in Sunday's 41-31 win over the Buccaneers.

Moore played 22 offensive snaps in Week 4, marking his highest total of the season so far. It's possible the Kansas City coaching staff is making an effort to get the rookie more involved as the season goes on, as his playmaking ability would be a great weapon for the Chiefs' high-flying offense. With that said, Moore operated as the team's No. 4 wideout behind Marquez Valdes-Scantling, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Mecole Hardman. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes is spreading the ball around to his pass catchers thus far, so Moore's piece of the offensive pie could continue to be limited barring injuries to his fellow receivers. The 22-year-old's increased usage is a promising sign, but he'll likely be difficult to trust for fantasy in a Week 5 matchup with the Raiders.

Hardman caught his lone target for four yards in Sunday's 41-31 win over the Buccaneers.

On a day when the Chiefs offense was clicking, Hardman was not a major part of the game plan and saw just one target in the passing game. The veteran wideout operated as the Chiefs' No. 3 receiver, playing behind Marquez Valdes-Scantling and JuJu Smith-Schuster while playing 46 percent of the team's offensive snaps. Though the wideout has the ability to make big plays, Hardman's limited opportunities make him hard to trust in a Week 5 matchup with the Raiders.

Dortch recorded one catch (on one target) for six yards during Sunday's 26-16 victory in Carolina.

Dortch opened the campaign by logging between 74 and 90 percent of the offensive snaps Weeks 1-3 en route to a surprising 20-198-1 line on 23 targets. The usage seemingly was situational with DeAndre Hopkins suspended, Antoine Wesley (hip) on IR and Rondale Moore (hamstring) sidelined. While Moore made his season debut Sunday, A.J. Green sat out with a knee injury, but Dortch was a distant third (36 percent) to Marquise Brown (93 percent) and Moore (86 percent) in terms of offensive snap share. This now may be Dortch's reality moving forward, and he could fall even further down the depth chart whenever Hopkins, Green and Wesley are healthy and/or available.

The Texans signed Davis to their practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Davis was last let go from Houston's injured reserve list in August with an apparent hamstring injury, but the team's decision to re-sign the 25-year-old suggests he's moved past the issue. He'll now provide added depth for the Texans' receiving corps should any of the team's WRs miss time. Since going undrafted in 2019, Davis has suited up for just four games, recording one catch for 17 yards in that span.

Patmon was waived by Indianapolis on Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Patmon appeared in one game for the Colts this season, which was their Week 2 contest against the Jaguars. He saw six targets, hauling in two of them for 24 yards. Patmon's exit comes as the team needed to sign Chase McLaughlin to their active roster, as he had surpassed his limit of three practice-squad elevations. If he doesn't get claimed by another team, there's a chance that he could sign with the Colts' practice squad.
