Cedrick Wilson Jr. WR | DET
Dolphins' Ced Wilson: Deemed questionable for Thursday
Wilson (ribs) is listed as questionable for Thursday's contest against the Bengals, Adam H. Beasley of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Wilson was limited at practices throughout the week and has been deemed questionable for Week 4. The wideout suffered a toe injury during the season opener but also picked up a rib injury in Week 2, the latter of which appears to be more significant. While he was able to suit up in Week 3, he played a season-low five snaps and didn't see a single target. Jaylen Waddle (groin) is also questionable, so if one or both of the aforementioned wideouts is sidelined, Trent Sherfield and Erik Ezukanma would be candidates for increased snaps behind Tyreek Hill.

Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN
Dolphins' Jaylen Waddle: Questionable for Thursday
Waddle (groin) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Bengals after being listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's practice estimate, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (back/ankle) is also listed as questionable, but both players' Week 4 statuses should be officially confirmed upon the release of Miami's inactive list 90 minutes ahead of Thursday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff. In the Dolphins' 21-19 win over the Bills this past Sunday, Waddle logged 32 of a possible 43 snaps on offense en route to catching four of his six targets for 102 yards.

Sterling Shepard WR | NYJ
Giants' Sterling Shepard: Moved to IR
Shepard (knee) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Shepard made a full recovery from the Achilles tear he suffered last December and was the most reliable target for quarterback Daniel Jones early this season, but the veteran suffered an ACL tear late in the Giants' Week 3 loss to Dallas. He'll now spend the rest of the season and perhaps a small portion of next season recovery from knee surgery. Shepard is set to turn 30 years old in February and is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent during the offseason.
-
Christian Watson WR | GB
Packers' Christian Watson: Limited again Wednesday
Watson (hamstring) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Prior to being inactive this past Sunday at Tampa Bay, Watson sandwiched limited sessions around a missed practice last Thursday, so another capped session to begin this week isn't exactly a sign that a return to action is imminent. He'll have two more chances to bump up to full activity before the weekend, at which point the Packers may clear up his status for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
-
Tee Higgins WR | CIN
Bengals' Tee Higgins: Ready for Thursday
Higgins (toe) doesn't have an injury designation for Thursday's game against Miami.
The Bengals listed him as a limited participant Monday before upgrading the wideout to full participation Tuesday and Wednesday. The Week 4 matchup appears to favor Higgins since the Dolphins often deploy top corner Xavien Howard (groin) in shadow coverage, which in this case likely would mean that Howard follows Ja'Marr Chase for much of the game.
-
Allen Lazard WR | NYJ
Packers' Allen Lazard: Limited Wednesday
Lazard (ankle) practiced in a limited fashion Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
In back-to-back appearances Weeks 2 and 3, Lazard handled 80 and 92 percent of the Packers' snaps on offense, respectively, on his way to a catching six of nine targets for 68 yards and two touchdowns. He looks poised to be a regular on the team's injury report until his ankle issue is a thing of the past, but at this point, his availability for Sunday's contest against the Patriots doesn't appear to be in danger.
-
Stefon Diggs WR | WAS
Bills' Stefon Diggs: Good to go for Week 4
Diggs isn't listed on the injury report ahead of Sunday's game in Baltimore.
Diggs' absence from the report confirms he was dealing with cramps rather than an injury when he missed some snaps in the second half of Sunday's loss in Miami. He finished the game with seven catches for 74 yards on 11 targets and 70 percent of snaps after piling up 270 yards and four touchdowns the first two weeks of the season. The Bills have taken Diggs off the field a decent amount this season, but mostly on run plays.

Velus Jones Jr. RB | SEA
Bears' Velus Jones: Another limited practice
Jones (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Wednesday.
A rookie third-round pick, Jones has yet to make his professional debut due to the hamstring injury. He told Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com on Wednesday that he "definitely had a setback" during his recovery, but he felt "really good" during the Bears' first Week 4 practice. Jones likely suffered the setback during his limited practice to begin Week 2 prep, after which he didn't get back on the field for more than a week. He's now logged three consecutive limited sessions dating back to last Thursday, which indicates he may be trending toward his first appearance of the season Sunday at the Giants.
-
Hunter Renfrow WR | CAR
Raiders' Hunter Renfrow: Misses another practice
Renfrow (concussion) remained sidelined at practice Wednesday, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
Renfrow was unable to practice last week before being ruled out in advance of Sunday's 24-22 loss to the Titans. The Raiders' top slot receiver now has two more chances to return to the field ahead of this weekend's game against the Broncos. In Renfrow's absence in Week 3, Davante Adams, Mack Hollins and Keelan Cole served as Las Vegas' top three wide receivers.
-
Greg Dortch WR | BUF
Cardinals' Greg Dortch: Dealing with back issue
Dortch was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice due to a back issue, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Dortch has been producing on a weekly basis this season within Arizona's depleted receiving corps, gathering in 20 of 23 targets for 198 yards and one touchdown through three games. His snap share has eclipsed 74 percent on each occasion, but he's now joined his fellow receivers on the injury report. On a positive note, Dortch was able to practice along with Rondale Moore (hamstring), while A.J. Green (knee) is expected to miss at least one game. If Dortch can ditch his designation ahead of Sunday's contest in Carolina, he again will be in line for regular looks from quarterback Kyler Murray.
